Patsy,
I have Power E-Trade. I use the Power E-Trade MarketTrader it's great IMHO Real time charts, Level II, News alerts, Real time quotes. I have about 400 stocks that I track real time. (Not sure how many you are permitted, or if there is even a limit) They will even page you when a stock starts to make a predetermined move. $9.99 a trade unlimited shares.
I love it! and yes it's free, when you make a certain amount of trades each quarter. I think it's 75, Love the perks.
New_Investor
Chart says it should pop much higher, lots of large buys going through also.

Can anyone explane what this bond stuff means? I have LVLT stock and am not surre if the little statement about LVLT is good News or Bad News for LVLT. Help Please
NEW YORK (Reuters) - WorldCom Inc. (NasdaqNM:WCOM - news) bond investors are convinced the company is more likely to default on its bonds than make all interest and principal payments.
Prices of WorldCom's 10- and 30-year bonds plummeted 10 cents on the dollar on Monday to below 50 cents, and some of its bonds now yield 35 percent. WorldCom shares sank 28 percent on Monday to an all-time closing low. Volume topped 260 million shares, accounting for 15 percent of all trading on Nasdaq.
The No. 2 U.S. long-distance telephone company's bonds and shares have plummeted on fears over WorldCom's ability to meet debt payments, amid a telecommunications market buffeted in a weak economy by price wars, excess capacity, reduced customer spending and probes by securities regulators.
Some analysts believe a bond price below 50 cents on the dollar suggests investors consider default more likely than recovery.
It also shows investors expect WorldCom's credit ratings, cut last week to two notches above "junk" status, will follow those of Lucent Technologies Inc. (NYSE:LU - news) to junk.
"When you see a bond drop that precipitously, the market is telling you that default is a real possibility," said Eric Tutterow, a Chicago-based analyst for high-yield research firm KDP Investment Advisors.
WorldCom said last week it has enough cash to pay its debts, and could sell about $2 billion of assets to raise cash if needed. This month it posted a 78 percent drop in first quarter profits to $130 million, and cut projected earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization as much as 18 percent to between $7 billion and $7.5 billion.
The Clinton, Mississippi-based company also faces a Securities and Exchange Commission probe over accounting and over loans it made to Chief Executive Bernard Ebbers. WorldCom did not on Monday immediately return calls seeking comment.
WorldCom shares closed down 92 cents at $2.35, after earlier falling to $2.20. They have fallen 96 percent from a split-adjusted high of $64.51 in June 1999. They began the year at $14.08.
YIELDS SOAR, BANKRUPTCY FEARED
WorldCom's $4 billion of 7.5 percent notes maturing in 2011 were bid Monday at 48 cents on the dollar, and its $4.6 billion of 8.25 percent bonds maturing in 2031 at 46 cents.
Those correspond to yields to maturity of 20.27 percent and 18.07 percent, equivalent to a respective 12.55 and 12.45 percentage points more than similar maturity U.S. Treasuries. The 10-year notes yielded 7.9 percent three months ago.
A corporate bond that yields 10 percentage points more than Treasuries is "distressed," according to Merrill Lynch & Co.
"WorldCom is trading like a 'single-B' credit," a medium junk grade, said Cindy Cole, who helps invest $5 billion for National City Investment Management Co. in Cleveland, which has a "very small position" in WorldCom bonds.
Moody's Investors Service rates WorldCom senior debt "Baa2," while Standard & Poor's rates it "BBB." Both warned that further cuts are possible.
WorldCom's 6.5 percent notes maturing in 2004 were bid Monday at 60.5 cents on the dollar to yield 35.29 percent.
That's almost 50 percent above the 23.94 percent average yield in the "junk" telecom bond sector, Merrill Lynch said.
In comparison, fiber-optic network provider Level 3 Communications Inc.'s (NasdaqNM:LVLT - news) 9.125 percent notes maturing in 2008, rated 10 notches lower at "Caa3" by Moody's and "CCC-minus" by S&P, recently yielded just 26.88 percent.
"The equity market is looking to the bond market, and the bond market is questioning whether WorldCom is viable in the long term," said Patrick Comack, an analyst at Guzman & Co. who has a "sell" rating on WorldCom.
"Some people are actually betting WorldCom is going to go bankrupt, maybe in 2003 or 2004," he added.
BIG BORROWER
WorldCom is the No. 10 U.S. corporate bond issuer with $22 billion of bonds outstanding as of March 31, according to Lehman Brothers Inc.
The company has about $872 million of debt maturing this year, $3.25 billion in 2003 and $2.6 billion in 2004, according to fixed-income research service CreditSights Inc. It also has a $2.65 billion credit line that expires in June.
Tutterow said some junk bond investors own WorldCom bonds, "but there doesn't seem to be much interest in adding more."
Cole, said investment-grade bond investors may be selling the bonds if they expect a downgrade to junk.
"It may be an overreaction because WorldCom has significant assets," she said. "Time will tell."

BB don't take me wrong but LVLT had basically the same chart yesterday that’s why I tossed in my 2 cents. Just thought I’d give you a heads-up. You might want to put a tight stop loss in on it. I wish you the best just trying to help you as you have helped me in the past. Thanks for the link I see now what you are saying.
BTA
New_Investor
BB you might want to keep a real close eye on WLSY I just ran a chart on it and according to my indicators it may tumble tomorrow, also if it does finish on the down side tomorrow that is an evening star doji and we both know what that means. Could be a downward trend for awhile. I also don't see where LRCM's money flow has passed the 80 line who do you use for charting and could you please post a link to that money flow. The rest of what you say about the other indicators I agree with. Your WLSY is showing some serious weakness at the end today be careful unless buying presure comes back strong tomorrow it may very well tumble tomorrow. Just my observations and not written in granite.

Sorry about the KM post should have posted from work. Traffic was heavy today and with this boat anchor for a computer and a phone connection that operates @ 28.8 I just couldn’t get on line fast enough. Tomorrow should be soon enough for an entry into KM. They still don’t offer DSL in my area. (Northern Suburbs of Denver.) But they keep telling me it should be here soon. Yeaaa Right.

Sold LVLT today @ $5.05 for a $2.09 a share gain. Also exited my position on TRAC for a .22 share loss. Bought 2000 KM @ $1.17 today should run. I mentioned KM a few days ago so you all could put it on your watch lists, hope you got in today it closed at $1.24 looking for $2.00 a share. Charts look good on KM. BLL downgraded today didn't seem to effect it much down .41 on the day. Up 6.5% on SONS. Chart looks good on SONS. Well that's the latest.

Thanks Patsy, Check out SONS I think it' going to make a come back also, just not as fast as LVLT. I found SABA to be appealing also, but as it goes I have no more cash left at this point, figures doesn't it. Lots of nice looking stocks out there, especially in the small cap market.

Patsy & BB entered a position on TRAC & SONS yesterday will hold TRAC to see what it does after the announcement. SONS should slowly climb to about $6.00.IMHO Chart looks great for SONS. Still holding LVLT showed a little weakness at the end of the day yesterday, but the volume is still there. Readjusting sell price as activity dictates. Could run to $7.00, but most likely $5.50 or $6.00 WOOOHOOO!!
BTA
New_Investor
WOW!! I would like to take back that $3.00 price target. LOL
THANKS
New_Investor
Patsy are you in on the LVLT run?
BTA

TRAC should run to at least $3.00 real fast I'd say, if they do another buy back. can you confirm the buy back or are you speculating?
BTA
New_Investor
I also like the quarter after quarter after quarter after quarter after quarter after quarter, of postive earnings on TRAC.
BTA
New_Investor
TRAC doesn't have much resistance till the $6.00 range. That's what appeals to me about TRAC.
BTA

I'm kinda leaning towards SONS there is the possibility of a buy out. Call options were quite large on it today.

Patsy we really needed that up day on ECMN today would have created a nice chart but like you I will buy more at .10. I have been watching a few others and plan on taking a position on one of them tomorrow. It will either be STOR, TRAC, SONS, or AKAM. What is your take? Which one would you pick of the four?
BTA
New
Patsy & BB LVLT should break the O.OO Line on the MACD tomorrow or the next day at the latest. Then its a sharp pop form there.
Should be good for at least another $1.00 wouldn't you think?
BTA

LVLT up again today 25% closed at $4.07 remember two days ago it was $2.95 Looking good for my target of $5.00
BTA

Patsy & BB As of todays close the ECMN Chart has the making of a Morning Star Doji. If we get some volume tomorrow and close up about 15% ECMN should run. The Stochastics are trending up and real close to crossing the 20 line. The 5 day moving average is about to cross the 20 day. Thus if tomorrow is an up day for ECMN it should run to at least .45 sometime between Wednesday and Friday. Tomorrow has to be an up day for all of this to fall into place. Just thought I'd let you know how the chart was shaping up. LVLT was up 8.7% today told you about it Friday in at 2.96 close today 3.25 should continue its slow steady climb. Money flow into LVLT has been steadily increasing. Still looking for $5.00 on this one short term. Kmart(KM)should also pop in the next two weeks. 2000 at 1.75 2000 at .75 sold at 1.48 almost bought back in when it was in the low .90's will wait a little longer to get back in if it drops below a buck this week I'll pull the trigger on it, but it doesn't look like that will happen. Pretty strong looking MACD chart, looking real good for KM to make a little run in the next couple of weeks.

Patsy also watching TRAC for an entry point Charts say down for now. Hoping to buy some between 1.50 and 1.75 6 quarters of profits in a row. Looks good have been waiting for the sell off that started a couple of days ago. I think that if I can get it at 1.50 it would be a double in a month or two. Did you see what HOLL has done, it had me worried for a long time. In at 4.00 been holding that one for a long time by my standards "September". Also out of STOR at 6.25 ran to almost 8.00 back down to 4.35 will buy back in that to at 4.00 or less have to watch it close. Took it in the shorts on IBIZ in at .026 oh well. Still holding ASCX in at .62
New_Investor
Patsy, not looking for a big move I think if it hits $2.00 I'll sell.
