Green Earth Technologies Adds New High Speed Bottling Line At Its Guymon, Oklahoma Manufacturing Facility
Thursday September 18, 9:45 am ET
STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Green Earth Technologies (Pink Sheets: GETG - News) today announced it has added a high speed bottling line at its Guymon, Oklahoma facility where G-OIL™ is made. The Guymon facility consists of 52,000 square feet and has an initial production and bottling capacity of 5 million bottles per month.
Jeff Marshall, CEO of Green Earth Technologies, said, “We decided to place our high speed bottling line in Guymon due to the rising freight costs that are being driven by diesel prices, and the fact that Guymon is centrally located, so we can bottle our G-OIL where it is made and meet the growing demand for G-OIL products from both coasts most efficiently. Another benefit is the proximity to the processing of more than 50,000 heads of cattle within a 50 mile radius of the Guymon facility. Importantly, this gives GET a continuous stream of beef tallow, which is a key ingredient in G-OIL.”
Mr. Marshall noted that last week the Company tested and successfully ran 32 oz. bottles of G-OIL 4-Cycle Outdoor Engine Oil on the high technology line.
The addition of bottling capacity at Guymon follows on the heels of the opening in February of GET’s 60,000 sq. foot Detroit-based subsidiary that also manufactures, warehouses and distributes the Company’s “G”-branded automotive appearance and performance products. Green Earth Technologies will continue to produce its environmentally friendly appearance chemical products and warehouse and distribute both performance (G-OIL™) and appearance products in the Detroit facility.

Green Earth Technologies' G-LUBE is Ready for Retail
Tuesday September 16, 10:03 am ET
GET's green alternative to WD-40 and other penetrating oils and lubricants now available
STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Green Earth Technologies (Pink Sheets:GETG) today announced that its innovative G-LUBE™ Lubricant Penetrating Oil, which is the green solution for freeing sticky mechanisms and unlocking frozen parts, is now available. The multi-purpose, multi-surface, patent-pending lubricant penetrating oil is made with American grown base oils and uses the power of nanotechnology to deliver a product that meets the standard “Ultimate Biodegradable,” ASTM’s highest biodegradability ranking (2.1 ASTM D-5864). The “no-squeak” G-LUBE™ lubricates and cleans while driving out moisture and protecting against rust and corrosion.
In recent testing conducted by a nationally recognized independent research and testing facility, G-LUBE™ biodegraded at a rate of 78% in just 16 days (final biodegradation will be higher). This qualifies G-LUBE™ as "Ultimate Biodegradable," the ASTM standard that requires that a material must degrade a minimum of 60% in 28 days. The independent testing facility also compared G-LUBE™ head to head for performance against the leading lubricant and penetrating oil brand. Those tests revealed that G-LUBE™ was comparable on all performance criteria and was better than the leading brand when it came to the properties of “green.”
Jeff Marshall, CEO of Green Earth Technologies stated, “We are excited to enter the billion-dollar Penetrating Oil market that today is serviced by a handful of products that are minor variations of the similar old formulas. Our G-LUBE is unique because we start with an “Ultimate Biodegradable” Base Oil that has superb lubricating, cleansing and penetrating qualities and then we add the components to displace moisture and fight corrosion and rust. Not only is the product environmentally safe and better for the health of the user compared to the competition, but the end result is a product that is simply superior in cost and performance.”
There is added importance of using "Eco-Friendly" lubricants when the oil is dispersed into the environment and unable to be recycled. G-LUBE™ has also replaced the traditional propellants (CO2 & Propane) with food-grade Nitrogen which is non-toxic, non-flammable and environmentally friendly. G-LUBE™ reduces the user's carbon footprint because it is “Ultimate Biodegradable” and “Environmentally Friendly.” Green Earth's motto is: "SAVE THE EARTH - SACRIFICE NOTHING."

Green Earth Technologies' G-OIL for Ethanol Fuel is Solution for Adoption of New EPA 2010 & 2011 "Surf & Turf" Standards
Monday September 8, 9:45 am ET
Proprietary & Patented Technology Makes Possible the 45% - 75% Reduction in Green House Gas Emissions Associated with Ethanol Fuels
A "Fluid Solution" to Make All 2-Cycle Engines Flex Fuel without Requiring Modifications of Hardware for the Ignition, Fuel or Exhaust Systems
STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Green Earth Technologies [Pink Sheets: GETG] today announced that its “ethanol” edition of G-OIL 2-Cycle Engine Oil is specifically designed for ethanol fuels to help meet the new Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) “Surf & Turf” standards for non-road engines, equipment and vehicles, without requiring any modifications or additional hardware to the engines.
On September 4, 2008, the EPA announced new, stricter emissions standards for spark-ignition non-road engines rated below 25 horsepower used in household and commercial applications. This includes outdoor power equipment and personal watercraft and nearly half of these products are powered by 2-cycle engines. The standards will be in place by 2010 for land and 2011 for sea and will require manufacturers of this equipment to significantly reduce harmful emissions.
“Our answer is ‘fluids’, instead of costly mechanical modifications to equipment, as a first step towards meeting these new EPA standards,” said Jeff Marshall, CEO of Green Earth Technologies. “And, our answer is available now as consumers and manufacturers alike can immediately use E85 and other ethanol fuels to achieve the greater reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.”
G-Oil is already environmentally friendly, but 2-cycle engine fuel is 50 parts gasoline and the oil is only one part. Therefore, in order to get a better exhaust emission, the fuel itself must be made more environmentally friendly and ethanol based fuels have been shown in automobiles to reduce green house gas emissions by 45% to 70%. The environment safe G-OIL dissolves in ethanol fuel whereas all other commercially available synthetic or crude base oils do not. A proprietary & patent pending ingredient is then added to the (ethanol edition) G-OIL that lengthens the burn rate so that no changes need to be made in the standard 2-cycle engine’s ignition and carburetion system, burning ethanol fuels up to E85 just like it was burning gasoline, only with lower emissions.
G-OIL 2-Cycle “Green” Engine Oil is currently available at retail stores and the Internet in a variety of sizes, with the new ethanol edition being ready to ship next month.

“Ron’s extensive experience in operations and global supply chain management, combined with Christian’s impressive financial management background, provide exactly the skill sets that a fast-growing company needs to thrive,” says Jeff Marshall, President of Green Earth Technologies. “Their added support and expertise could not come at a better time for GET, as we’ve begun expanding globally and are preparing to introduce even more products to an already expansive line.”
In his new position with Green Earth, Shaffer will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations management, supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, planning and forecasting, procurement, purchasing, contract manufacturing, distribution, warehousing and operation of management information and control systems. Shaffer most recently served as the Senior Director Global Supply Chain at OQO Corp., San Francisco-based mobile computing company where he developed the global supply chain base to support the start-up firm’s keystone product: the world’s smallest laptop computer. He succeeded in developing and implementing a strategic plan to secure suppliers, manufacturers and distributors around the world. Prior to joining OQO, Shaffer served in similar roles at Norwood Corp., Iomega Corp., Dixon Ticonderoga, Dell Corp. and Goody Products Rubbermaid. At the helm of operations for each, Shaffer increased efficiency of the production and distribution processes, cut costs, implemented programs for improved operations and management, and established the company as leaders in their industry. Shaffer also spent six years in Logistics with the USAF.
“I’m impressed by what GET has done to date, and see huge potential for continued growth over the next several years,” says Shaffer. “I’m eager to roll up my sleeves to develop and implement a plan that will help GET reach its goals.”
Conley comes to Green Earth with extensive financial and accounting experience gained from his time with two major U.S. brands, Bear Naked Inc. and Pepsi Cola North America. As Vice President of Finance/Controller for Bear Naked Inc., Conley managed day-to-day financial operations during a time of major growth and lead the financial transition after Bear Naked’s acquisition by Kellogg Company. While at Pepsi Cola, Conley was Senior Manager of Co-packer Accounting, performing the Controller function for the Company’s non-carbonated beverage portfolio. He led the co-pack finance team during the initial growth spurt of Frappuccino, Lipton Iced Tea, Dole, SoBe, and AMP. Conley managed gross revenues in excess of $1 billion. He was awarded the PepsiCo Chairman’s Award for his service in 2001. Shaffer earned an E.M.B.A in International Business Procurement from Stanford University and a B.S. in Business Management and Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana. Conley earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Iona College, New Rochelle, New York.
In his new role with GET, Conley will be responsible for managing all fiscal affairs including establishing financial policies and budgets, overseeing accounting and monthly financial reporting, and preparing SEC filings. “I’m glad to have to opportunity to get on board with GET early on,” says Conley. “The Company’s products are tremendously innovative and it is an exciting time to be in the business of green.”

Perihelion Global Announces Preferred Share Dividend
MarketWire News ReleasesPublished: 02/19/08 12:05 PM WILMINGTON, DE and SANTA ROSA BEACH, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/19/08 -- Perihelion Global (PHGI), a development company with interests in natural resources, alternative energies, and advanced communications, today announced that in an effort to increase shareholder value, Company management has approved a preferred share dividend plan for common shareholders.
As proposed, management has resolved that shareholders of Perihelion common stock receive 1 (one) restricted Series C Preferred share for every thirty (30) Series A common shares currently owned. The Series C Preferred shares are convertible into Series A common shares at a ratio of three (3) Series A common shares for each 1 (one) Series C Preferred share. Management anticipates shareholders will have the ability to convert their restricted Preferred shares after the requisite one year holding period.
The result of the restricted Preferred dividend would afford common shareholders additional equity in Perihelion Global. Management believes the current market price for its common stock is disproportionally lower than the value of the Company's assets. The company is undertaking this action for the benefit of common shareholders who have experienced significant volatility as the Company nears completion and production from Phase One of its Opp, Alabama Biofuel refinery.
The Company has submitted the appropriate paperwork and documentation for this action to the applicable regulatory agencies, and it is expected that an 'ex-date' will be determined for this dividend within the next two weeks by NASDAQ. The Company will release further information to shareholders regarding the restricted Preferred share dividend as specific dates are determined.

Pont can you please clarify:
There is no agreement of any kind with either the bogus engineering firm of PGHI.
The use of the Word "either" in that sentence would indicate there was something after "PHGI"
I also have a hard time believing that a high ranking Clemson official would call it a "Bogus" engineering firm.
Do you have anything to substantiate your post ?
