Hey banks, can i borrow 200 million? (Shortly after) hey how about another $160 million.
Yes, if they remain scandal free in their global facilities unlike another publically traded MJ blue chip stock, ACB has a great long term future. In the short term they are drowning in extreme debt.
https://www.marketwatch.com/story/aurora-cannabis-raises-345-million-through-convertible-debt-offering-2019-01-24
"Aurora Cannabis Inc. ACB CA:ACB+0.43% said Thursday that it had raised $345 million through a convertible debt offering. "
That was in Jan. All those noteholders are at a huge lose right now if they don't convert.
Stronger how? They just took out another massive loan.
Yea I'll be grabbing big there barring any catastrophically bad news.
1 BA BA BILLION shares outstanding and authorized. This should see 5.15 or less by close and 4.85 by tomorrow close
yep, i have my $5 puts expiring friday ready.
Nice little recovery end of day. I believe ACB will follow the trend of the entire stock market moving forward unless it comes out with breakout news. The october 17 edibles legalization in canada should create a nice gain from wherever the PPS will be earlier that week.
Tomorrow I expect to see mid 5s then a slow bleed into mid 4s until Canada legalizes edibles. At that point the hype should take this back to 7s.
Aurora Cannabis stock drops after earnings miss

wow crashing after market. Happy i sold my call options 10 minutes before close.
The downtrend is over. I expect to see 7s by middle of next week. Much excitement coming due to the expected EBITDA positive earnings next week.
Expecting 5.10 bottom for this week. If no news next week, should see 4s.
5.5 put options looking good for tomorrow
Positive sector news made this week a winner for most mj stocks but its very concerning that it seems to be wearing off now.
My 6 puts did very well for me today and I still have two weeks before expiration so I'm going to hold on tightly for at least another week. 8/15 we find out if ACB was EBITDA positive for the 2nd quarter. If yes, that's the time to buy calls or shares.
bottom just fell out, no telling where the next bottom is.
tomorrow open should get really interesting if its anything like today's open.
ACB needs to close above 6.20 to show a trend reversal on the chart. Otherwise, chart shows a break below 6 tomorrow.
Yes i expect for the bloodbath to continue until the quarterly report is released 8/14. ACB previously announced that they expect to be EBITDA positive for that quarter. If that expectation is missed, we are looking at October/November before any large reversal in my opinion.
This is the result of having 1 billion shares outstanding many of which are owned by note holders who are now converting it appears.
Dropping big time. Didnt think my 6 puts would hit this quick.
My ACB 6.50 puts expired today and earned me triple from when i bought them 2 weeks ago. Now I reinvested everything in ACB 6.00 puts expiring 8/16.

5 puts? What expiration date?
"Clinical research on use" - we don't know how yet so we will research and get back to you. Fluff news.
Todays news is just a rehash of the previous UFC news. The stock tanked right after that news. This news only says "when research is complete" without an ETA.
I agree the oversupply will temporarily cause a market crush, however there will always be a leader in production and extraction capability which at this moment is aurora on a global scale. Amazon was at massive revenue losses for years while the price kept rising because it was the leader among its competitors.
What is everyone thinking by friday close:
A) Above $7 pps
B) Below $6.50 pps
Its hilarious how the bears keep claiming canada is oversupplied while conveniently forgetting ACB is operating in 24 countries. Bears are also talking about Bruce Linton resigning and how CGC wont be profitable until 2021. ACB expects to be profitable this quarter. I expect a PPS of $10+ again by end of october.
Easy logic- $CGC is at $34.21 pps with 3 times less shares outstanding then $ACB and is failing financially by not expecting a profit soon. When adjusting for share count to $ACB, $CGC's comparable PPS value should be around $11. $ACB has no major partnership however is claiming to be profitable this quarter so its easy to see the PPS skyrocketing soon.
None of that matters. This stock could show terrible financials and still go above $10 next week? Why? Because its part of the blue chip marijuana ETFs. All these MJ stocks usually rise and fall together.
Yes all MJ goods. ACB owns dispensaries like whistler which is first to market in Canada.
Wrong- from that same link. 50.4 billion in one month is hardly pennies from just Canada. How about the 20 other countries ACB operates in?
"Overall retail sales across Canada slipped 0.9 per cent to $50.4 billion in November. "
Will never see below 6.5 again. The 350m cash successfully raised last week will likely be put to good news this week. I expect we will see that news shortly.
Thank you sir!
Cant wait to see the expansion news!!!!
HUGE OFFICIAL ACB ASSET VIDEO POSTED 1/9!
Officially posted by ACB and has less than 700 views!
No doubt this will be above $8 at worst by Friday imho.
Aurora Cannabis is about to reveal an ‘extensive’ U.S. expansion plan
"Battley said the debt was issued in U.S. dollars to appeal to American institutional investors, and does not necessarily signal Aurora’s plan to invest in non-psychoactive, hemp-derived CBD assets in that country, for example."
“We can talk about our plans for the United States, and they are extensive,” Battley said. “You can see that we are already busy with that spin-off, which we don’t control. They’re assembling a suite of assets across the U.S. As soon as it is federally permissible, and as soon as the exchanges allow us, it is our intention to exercise our back-in right.”
Aurora already has an expansive global footprint, including several assets in the hemp space."
