Well, my background in basic methods holds that causality is a function of spatio-temporal contiguity.
There's the pop, which holds, there's the post, which preceded.
Ah, the joys of the us stock market.
-p
Certainly popped today...great post, you can take causal credit.

New company, same ticker - at the moment.

Up 53% Friday. Hmm.....
/p
ah, yes, of course. There are more of us than listed as 142.
including me, come to think of it.
thanks for the post on this.
/p
Report includes 142 as number of shareholders. How curuious. I wonder how many are here in IHUB?
-nice to see things moving along. Taking care of paperwork is such a thankless, necessary task.
/pappi
Two years since first post. Just doubled down on great earnings and no profits.
-p
Anyone following or invested?
-p
what's up with this one?
-p
As a Spooz holder since back in the Chicago trading platform days, I've kept the shares since as a kind of personal reminder of humility. But stuff does happen. I can recall a phase when the carbon trade-off efforts brought this stock to life again, bigtime - for a while. There were promises, hints of big money holder involvement, recruitment to Board. But it did not come to fruition. Was it a pump & dump by intent or a good faith effort that just didn't pan out (no gold nuggets, just to keep the Gold Rush metaphor accurate)?
And here we are again, new names, new firms, new prospects.
Unless and until there is validly reported money flow on income, management costs, profit/loss, we're in a waiting pattern for those inclined to buy and hold. The short term traders can have a field day meantime. As for those who seem to have full time jobs trashing stocks, well...IHUB has a very effective ignore button.
-p
Also still buying spooz on schwab, and a TDA migrant.
- i'd noticed limits on share amount, so i keep the total share count purchase to 50K or so.
-p
Rather surprised this board is so quiet, given the steady, sharp uptick of late.
- p
Indeed, Air!
impressive.
-p
Good warning, thanks for posting.
I exited at .38, taking a loss. < sigh >.
best to all,
pappi
is there a John K Park cv source on the web? who he is, what's he's done sorta thing? I can't find anything....but the modest pop is nice to see.
Is this one starting to have a future or is the debt load fatal to recovery? Views??
Greetings: Any thoughts on this JNJ spin-off? I'm not seeing a JNJ swap point, mostly because it sounds complicated to effect, me not living in the US. But a straight stock investment habit over time seems plausible, with DRIP.
- pappi
Nice that someone started this. Cautiously optimistic.
A DRE immigrant to this board.
-pappi
oh yeah.

filling this stock up with monthly buys and DRIPs to a certain threshold. Then I declare victory, pick another, and repeat.
-p
Thanks for posting this info. I just filed an email query on how to authenticate holdings. Any luck so far?
- best,
pappi
Evio is going into....say what??

Good morning, IH Admin!
Alas, the privacy accept window does not retract despite repeated 'accept' hits....
thought you'd want to know.

The firm seems to be doing bitcoin well despite bitcoin challenges: https://finance.yahoo.com/news/cleanspark-announces-january-2022-bitcoin-140000569.html
They funded a year's ops in January.
-p
Nice to see a PEI investor here. And nice to see it pop back after that critical piece in seeking alpha website.
-p
Just created this board to see if there is interest in this REIT.
-p
Starting to nibble here for LT dividend payer position. What's up with the 20% short state? Seems excessive for such a solid player.
-p
Happy New Year PEI stakeholders:
News is out:
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/preit-reports-strong-sales-holiday-115500464.html
Capital accumulation seems the proximate goal.
-p
Sure still waiting for the stock to trade, no question. Any peep out of the firm on this front? I can't find anything.
- p
Well, that's certainly a plan they've posted. Thanks for the link.
interesting Yule read, thanks for this.
-p
Anyone (else) a US citizen, with address in EU, blocked from PTMN buy via TD Ameritrade due to EU regs on PRIIP restrictions? Have queried about an overextention of EU jurisdiction in cases of US citizen orders.
- a curious, nerdy item of financial law prerogative.
will post if things get clear(er).
-p
Notice how happy the brownie staff are....

I bought into both EVIO and DIGIPATH back 2016 when the pot sector looked to be going legit. Infrastructure was my thought. Testing labs, how can this go wrong?
Currently losing most on both, thanks. And curious to see they have now found each other....Who's the winner or leader between the two, I wonder.
Doing lots better on IIPR, in contrast. Overall, interesting emerging sector study, this. And I'll be posting this text to IHUB DIGI, too. Bet I'm not alone in being in both among the IHUB faithful.
cheers,
p

Yup. My posts are there. Seemed well worth the risk given the talent and trading platform prospects.
And wishing SPZI well today. Had a big chunk, have a big chunk. Holding.
cheers,
c
Not a problem. I was only affirming that it is possible to have bought a bunch back in the day and still be holding the same bunch throughout the stock's apparent demise. And to be still holding them when spzi came back from the dead. I was, and remain, pretty surprised at the return to possible viability.
cheers,
p
Yep, that's me! Waiting for that action....
ha.
I was only affirming that it was possible to hold the stock through from 2009 or so until its recent resurrection. I wasn't getting into the question of whether or not share purchases were possible during the long years of SPZI asleep.
-p
Not impossible to own shares over the period. I owned a chunk over the period since 2009 or so.
-p
Mr. and Mrs. Market sure isn't taking to the SPZI resurrection steps - yet. But the announced moves have each been sequentially logical, so on with the process.
-p. Holder of a few shares from a decade ago.
