Well Kezzek, the issue probably is not one of disinterest among the majors. It's a safe bet to assume that the asking price has not been to their liking. Majors want good properties for a song and JJ has not relented on his terms...
If I were being introduced to MDMN for the first time, I would be pleased to learn that there is not only a producing mine with very rich values in gold, silver, and copper, (crosscuts in the tunnel have yielded gold averages of 8+ g/t on the east crosscut and 5+ g/t on the west crosscut and samples from a newly discovered secondary tunnel showed 6.5% copper per ton) but that there exists a contract to explore, map, and drill a contiguous property for which we have a 180 million dollar purchase price along with a ground-breaking 15%FCI and a 7.5% NSR (net smelter royalty until fulfillment).
I’d say that looks pretty good. What doesn’t look so good is the pace at which things have moved for the patient long-term investor. Promotion from both the company and the shareholder base has led many to believe that development of this resource should have happened “yesterday.”
Everything is falling into place, albeit slowly. Patience is needed now more than ever. For those who are overextended, let this be a painful one-time lesson to never put all ones eggs into one basket.
Also glad I took a position last week at sub-penny. Just didn't get enough. Those financials really eased my uncertainty. Am tempted to load more Monday out of the gate.
Well, here's one happy camper. My associate and I got in at .0051 the other day...
That's right, It's going REAL GOOD.
Congrats to those who got in on these bargain prices. The knife had fallen, a few smart ones picked it up and ran with it. Should see quick recovery of share price.
Got in yesterday at .0051. Lookin' like a little monstah today!
AMBS-My favorite six-bagger!
Not my cup of tea, but still long on this and willing to see what gives. Some people really eat this stuff up! Meanwhile, pass the brownies....
Well, you were right all along Rawnoc, er..Rawnuts. Quite a line up for this event.
Kudos to those making this a quality board with links to great DD. Has been a nice ride up for me since $1.04 pps. An exciting company to be invested with.
It may be impossible to short an eight cent stock in the U.S. but there are ways...
“On 1st April 2004, new regulations in the US made the practice of naked shorting just about impossible, by requiring that sellers of any stock must be able to deliver the sold shares within 2 days of settlement. Between January and April, hundreds of US companies found themselves listed in Berlin, on the Berlin Stock Exchange, without their knowledge or consent. Why might this be?” http://www.integrity-research.com/cms/2007/06/29/slamming-penny-stocks/ offers the answer concerning shorting of U.S. penny stocks after 2004. One of the main culprits seems to be the Berlin Exchange. I might add that a recent penny of mine soared 1200 per cent the week after I bought it. Within a short time the stock fell to a third of its value, still leaving me with a nice 400 per cent gain. The drop in pps co-incided with an unwanted listing on the Berlin exchange. The company in question is finalizing a CUSIP and name change, thus fixing the foreign creeps wagon. The stock doubled again just on that news.
Look at it go! We sing like happy bird family!
When this was recommended to me by a knowledgable trader a while back, I wanted to run after just a brief look at the stock. Nevertheless, I took a chance and got in against my better judgement. Glad I did. Funny thing is...it just keeps going up on good volume.
Yep, lots of buying now that it's known that Medinah will be a household name next year. What a discovery!
Darn tootin'! Been long and strong since .0065. Any doubts, just re-read the reason Dr. Rubinfield is on board.
Great find. This will certainly bring eyes to this stock!
He comes up short. See: http://themoneyconverter.com/USD/SEK.aspx
Well over 150 million dollars U.S. Let's stick to the facts when posting!
Thought I was getting in a little late at $1.04 pps recently. Looks like this could just be getting started! Good links to DD here on this board. Many thanks.
Yep, aewillamson is doing a first class job. There's nothing wrong with being a promoter if said is well armed with solid logic and great DD.
Yep, those in the know don't get shaken out.
THANKS FOR THE WAKE UP, CARL!! It's before 6:00am on the left coast (ouch). GO MEDINAH!!!!
Checked out your link from the official Gov't site. It's all true. Look at the numbers increase from Oct. 15th-Up over ten million. This dam is gonna break soon!
That's right. Let's use common sense here. Why on earth would Dr. Rubinfield come on board and make statements such as "MANF has the commercial potential to become a blockbuster drug," if the issue of a delivery system was such a big deal? Do we honestly think Dr. Rubinfield has not considered this before making his noteworthy association with the company?
Well, let’s see, you have a top tier OTC company, fully transparent and Edgar Compliant, racing on the fast track toward getting their first-of-a-kind NuroPro Parkinson's Diagnostic Blood Test on the market. Couple that with a rousing endorsement and buy in by Dr. Joseph Rubinfield of Amgen, who along with his scientific expertise will assist management in positioning the Company's development programs for partnering. Then there’s full, uncontested rights to the MANF protein and subsequent research and development of MANF-based products, and well, simply put, this is that “needle in a haystack” opportunity that comes along only very rarely for investors!
Added at .0085 today. Looks like a ride up.
Pps is going straight up!
Is it gonna be too late to add shares Monday AM?
What a monsta! Holding on to every one of my shares!! Monday is going to be a doozy!
Nice gains over the last few weeks....I understand MPIX has the licensing rights to the original master recordings of a music library catalog featuring many well known artists, but what is meant by a "collection of multimedia and family entertainment content?"
Looks like some crazy short interest in the month of October here. From what I gather, this new management must be the game-changer. Will continue to monitor this stock with interest...
Great article, thanks for posting: "RBCC is already hard at work helping to bring incredible new healthcare technologies to new markets. The company's joint venture partner, Nano3D BioSciences (n3D) has developed a revolutionary 3D cell-culturing system that could soon lead to a breakthrough in cancer research. RBCC has also finalized joint venture terms with Amarantus BioSciences (AMBS), makers of a ground-breaking new blood-test diagnostic for Parkinson's disease."
The NIBA conference is being held November 14-16 at the Venetian is Las Vegas. That's today through Friday of this week. Looks like RBCC is on the fast track!
OMG, Straight up! What kind of monsta is this? That bear raid, all eight minutes was a..."teddy bear raid."
To be fair, this poster was one of a small handful in mid-October that were promoting AMBS. Now everyone and their mother is on board. I will thank this guy and a couple of other early advocates for pointing the way to some great DD, enabling myself and an associate to pick up hundreds of thousands of shares at subpenny.
And of course, there were "wifely pressures" to get out early. Don't most of us know it! My simple answer is "don't tell her anything." When she finds out later you have brought home a ten-bagger or better, she'll eventually thank you (after the obligatory b#@!chfest for violating "trust issues."
Just doldrums and a little walk down before the big event. Not an uncommon scenario for a company at this juncture. This company is methodically preparing itself for the future. In mining, the pace of development is slow, slow, slow. We should remember that this is getting done one step at a time. We'll thank the promoters later for keeping us in this game.
Oh boy, there she goes...
Beginning to buy in here at $1.04 pps. Like the story. Solid.
Good advice. Just this one piece of news from two days ago says it all about where this company is headed: "Amarantus BioSciences, Inc. (OTCQB: AMBS), a biotechnology company developing new treatments and diagnostics for Parkinson's disease and Traumatic Brain Injury centered on its proprietary anti-apoptosis therapeutic protein MANF, today announced that it has appointed Amgen Co-Founder Joseph Rubinfeld, PhD to its Corporate Advisory Board. Dr. Rubinfeld will assist management in positioning the Company's development programs for partnering, as well as provide guidance on MANF-based small molecule strategies with his extensive medicinal chemistry background.
"I believe in MANF," said Dr. Rubinfeld, "I have reviewed a great number of technologies in my 45 year career in the biopharmaceutical field, and I believe that MANF could be one of the biggest successes that I have ever seen."
This is the real thing folks. Divorce yourself from emotion and the message board riff-raff. Know what you own.
Good call!
Solid science. From the article you linked to: "I believe in MANF," said Dr. Rubinfeld, "I have reviewed a great number of technologies in my 45 year career in the biopharmaceutical field, and I believe that MANF could be one of the biggest successes that I have ever seen

A work associate and I talk stocks...all the time. He told me about AMBS at the very low. It was .005 one day, I believe around October 18th or 19th, just before the weekend. Did my DD that Sunday following, liked what I saw, and started with a 200k share buy soon after. My work buddy and I got competive, trying to one up each other by buying more shares to "outdo" each other. It became a win-win situation.
Long story short, my associate got his info on the stock from a very successful investor in Florida. This guy is a winner, plain and simple. I merely had the good sense to know a good thing when it came my way...
