Taking advantage of my loss carry-forwards against my smart investments. I feel worse about the friends I turned on to Fuse and encouraged them to invest with a chance to make some nice coin. Thankfully, they invested less than I did.
Be careful with matches around that stuff, it could blow up in your face.....oh wait, that was stock that did that and left burn marks all over my body.
These guys made a lot of money off of me and those like me. And now they are taking your money too! Get out while you can. Don't be afraid to just cut your losses. Wish I had taken that advice but I rode it out until it was all worth about $1.25. Got some nice tax loss caryforwards to show for it!
You should know better. Been around here way too long. Still in it with all the "wet behind the ears newbies".
Wow!! Haven't check in here for while since I have nothing left to check on!! Interesting to see that after they stole everyone's money from the original DROP investments they're now stealing your money too. I'm telling ya......Get out while you can. Even at a loss. Because it will only get worse. Wish I had listened. These guys know what they are doing and it's all about them. All I lost was some play money but it still pisses me off.
I was averaged at $.19 with 80,000 shares. I know people who bought this POS at $.60+ when it was on it's way to $1.00+. So now I sit with 400 shares after the reverse split at .0007. Do the math..... my investment is worth 28 cents. Glad I could afford it but NEVER again.
That's a lot but remember those of us that lost $$ here(and will NEVER get it back)had Tiger Woods and his Fuse golf bag of tricks on PGA tour leading the way during his interviews on some major cable business networks. Pair that with some of the famous althlete's that were signed to promote the products (and never did) and we all though we were sitting on an investment that could really take off. By the way.....don't put too much faith in the charts for DROP and only use your play money.
Been around here too long!! Seeing the same wishful posts by new/different wishful thinkers. Take a hint.....invest with your play $$ because these guys just love to take whatever than can from whoever is willing to invest in this POS. My 80,000 shares at $.19 are now worth < $100. Luckily it WAS my play money but we all never thought we'd end up here.
It's a whole new crew in here! Take a look at what us gray beards went through over the last 3 years. It's a money pit.....
My TD Ameritrade account hasn't caught up with the change yet.
And TW left Fuse Science because the future was so bright it blinded him from making a smart financial decision.
Since I've never dealt with a situation like this before.....how do I generate the realized capital loss for my 80,000 shares so I can use to offset my gains in 2014. Do I have to sell the shares? Will the stock ever stop trading? If it stops trading will that generate the loss?
Thanks!
That's not holding anyone back from buying at Walgreens. After the initial stocking of the shelves only $70K of product has been shipped.
No wonder this POS is falling of the cliff. 1st Quarter sales were $313,993. 2nd quarter sales are $73,099. 76% decrease in sales.
So the product is not flying off the shelves and Walgreens is not running to re-stock after the initial glut of product shipped.
Nobody wants this stuff because they don't know it exists...except for us of course.

I tweeted this to Daymond John yesterday:
@bdublu: @TheSharkDaymond I thought when you associated with Fuse Science you would set Mr. Tuffin on the right track......now trading < 1 cent /shr
Response:
Daymond John @TheSharkDaymond I was hoping for the same outcome. I think my stock is at 16 cents. I'm Not happy.
Or take the same few grand and flush it down the toilet. No difference. My wallet is closed.
Sub penny. It was just a matter of time.
These guys can't come up with a fluff release that even they think would be believable or informative. Since Jan.1 I think there have been only 4 releases and 2 of those were (1) year end and (2) 1st quarter results. There is NOTHING going on that even they can comment on!
I already did that at .15, .10 and .05 .....See where that got me??!! No more buying from this wallet.
Like that's what I want to do at this point is buy.
Can you please clarify when exactly did the "quiet period" begin and when do you expect it to end. Can you just stop making things up?!
Yes things are so bad......the PPS is 2 fng cents!!!
The only time you'll see the word "drop" and Tiger in the same paragraph.
But maybe they can increase sales by saving a couple of weeks allowance and buying the Drops ;)
Hope you realize you're one of the lucky ones here.
No dumping because most of us longs here have no value worth dumping. Those are the facts and your "vision" is just a dream with nothing to back up you claims. I've been reading stuff like this for 2+ years and it's all a bunch of crap.
I don't think the intellectual acuity exists within the company. And if it just possibly did, what kind of a plan could they possibly come up with the wouldn't F up the whole thing all over again?
Isn't it great to see all the excitement for fraction of a cent increases while I sit here hoping to recover my 5 figure loss.
Dear Mr Tuffin -
I think it is time for you to come clean. Your mismanagement of Fuse Science has caused many that invested in your company to lose thousands of dollars. If you really have or had new, ground breaking technology you were not been able to properly build upon said technology. In the meantime, you have run this company into the ground. Not once in the two plus years I have owned stock in your company have you met or exceeded the promised goals of your company. In the meantime, my investment has become worthless. Now we are closing in on a reverse split strategy that is surely the last straw to attempt to rescue Fuse Science from the mess you have caused. It will not work and I will never recoup my original investment.
You owe a public explanation to the shareholders with the details of why this company has failed.
Doubt you'll find any buyers here. Most of us have been waiting for 2+ years for a modest pay day that has never arrived and we are now all we are hoping is to get most of our losses back. Let me know when we get to $.19.
Has a proxy been issued?
I really have nothing left to lose at a penny+. It's 2014 so I can't take the realized capital loss until next year when I file for 2014. I'll let it ride and see what happens over the next 11 months and see where we are in December. Why not?
Same. Not a killer loss for me. Just a chance I took. Just looking to get it back now.....at sometime in the future.
I did the same math and I'm in the exact same boat as you with just a few less shares. $40 seems a lot further away than $.19 and my thought of this thing getting to $1.00 now is more like $200. Yikes!!! Never gonna happen.
So I've been away from the board since before the new year and have been a shareholder for more than 2 years. Can someone, in a paragraph or so, tell me what is going on, how it you think it will affect the operation of Fuse Science and the future of the business? Too may threads to read through to get a handle on this.
Thanks in advance....Never thought this penny would actually be a penny even after watching the decline over the last year!!!
I hope you are right but I'll assume this is just your opinion since I haven't seen any real data yet. And what do you mean by "better than expected"? What was expected? Do you have a copy of the budget/business plan for Q4?
He's gotta be hoping this thing goes to a buck!! That's "super size it" money!!
If you're trying to get this business from loss to profit in 3 months forget it. Even you are smart enough to know that. All anyone here is interested in at this point is is lowering the losses and eventually heading to profit.
That's the most ridiculous analogy I've heard from you. Nobody that I know of provides metrics of their CEO's salary as a % of sales.
