I get the Australia, but isn't the other the Russian Federation, not Greece?
And what is up with all the corrections to cities and Zip Codes?

Vipin Aggarwal and AJ Leyco out as contacts and Sylvia Girgis and Hillary Trent instead. These are contacts for Peregrine, not the trial site.
Estimated Study Completion Date: August 2015 (was April)

Valid point. Lytle is just the messenger who says "tap it anytime we get near $1.50." Then goes back to the scotch thinking...can't believe I'm still here after that loan covenant screw up.
The answer is actually pretty easy, we had a loan for 15 million with the stipulation that we could no longer use the ATM. So if we were allowed to spend all our money(the banks) and the second tranche(15 mil more) and then the rug was pulled out from under us, we would have been bankrupt and then the bank would have auctioned us off for pennies.

Maybe not the best choice to compare to.

Knowing that Peregrine is putting money in the bank using the preferred shares is reassuring.
Now if it was only enough to fund additional trials, but in another year or so(I think less)we will have Sunrise data, and they will be beating our doors down to try partner..collaborate...get some for their mother or brother.....whatever we are calling it now.
MG
Just to add,
I would assume(there I go again) if a MM were involved then the MM would accumulate 100,000 shares and then pass on(sell) those shares to whoever hired them to accumulate which would then account for 200,000 of said volume. I guess my assumption was that they would use a MM and not just buy them themselves.......
.......
MG
Preferred, whats up?
Original underwriting sales
MLV 426,000
Maxim 113,475
National 76,313
Empire 78,540
IBankers 5,000
Additional over subscription 75,000 split somehow between them.
Total 775,000
We know that Feb 2015 Eastern Capital had 240,000 of those shares.
That leaves 535,000 shares.
Assuming Eastern still holds(been with us a long time)then where did the shares traded on these dates come from, and more importantly where did they go?
3/17/15 388,840 well over half of what should have been outstanding.
3/31/15 58,554 not much, but when added to 4/1/15?
4/1/15 126,789
All told, 891,558 shares have traded since Jan 1 2015.
EX 4,625 shares were traded on 1/23/15, are you still holding yours from that day, or do they get double counted(if you bought and sold)?
Just rambling,
MG

2 New Sites Added
Cheongju-si and Seoul Republic of Korea
The way I see it they should open new sites until maxed out, even if they expect full enrollment tomorrow(not literally expecting that now.
Full speed ahead or we would only complain later that they could have enrolled faster if only they had opened a few more sites.

Crap, I thought the day couldn't get any worse, now we have the "Curse of Clay" to contend with as well!!

As you say, "Again it is a simulation so it will NEVER be exact."
One thing to remember is these patients are very sick, and Bavi takes a little while to ramp up. So in the first 5 months the Bavi patients are eventing(bad word) at a much faster rate until the curve starts to separate. This difference could push our timelines earlier then we may think.
MG
That is an interesting question for sure. They do appear to be a site for the Phase III also, though impossible to confirm except for the fact that the zipcodes match.
No idea. Wonder if they were a site for phase 2?
We don't want the WHOLE pie, just a piece.

Well, thank you. That’s really an intelligent question. I know a lot of stockholders think about that. So let me give you my personal take on it. The opioid market is nearly $10 billion and there is room for everybody. Little Elite is not looking to have what Pfizer would have, as they $5 billion and we get $1 billion we are very happy. So we are not looking at beating Pfizer.
The second thing is that I welcome people like Pfizer into the market and let me explain why. Pfizer is the company that invented statins. Statins are what you use like Lipitor when you have high cholesterol, okay. Their scientist invented the molecule, understood its characteristics went out there, educated the doctors, educated the FDA and the created this markets where everybody in the country now is on it, when Pfizer is leading the field ahead of us and their oxy with naltrexone, then that’s a great news for us because they are paving the way for us to get in, number one.
Number two when a company like Pfizer embraces the technology which little Elite has that would tell you that we have as a gold cup, okay. So this is how I look at it, it’s very positive, this is a wonderful thing that little Elite has the same thing that Pfizer had and maybe a little better and second Pfizer is paving the way for us, another giant is going to jump in and want to
partner with us down the road in order to compete with Pfizer

r622, I didn't see where you were going with this.....but now I do.
Month and a half since registration, and why register if they aren't to be used. I guess we wait till the quarterly to see what the share counts have done and the cash on hand.

For comparison, CSM, who performed but a small portion of the duties
involved in Peregrine’s Phase II clinical trial (that is one of two trials at issue in this
case), has already produced an equal amount of documents as Peregrine in this case.
The question unanswered is how many pref shares dart owns...imao...r

Sorry if this was already posted, haven't read the board for a couple days.
"I think, and that is my personal opinion, that Garnick has just adhered to the scenario DEC 2016 is DEC 2016. And in that scenario there is no room for any form of early 'whatever', whether it is early end of enrolment, early reporting on enrolment, early approval due to a look in, etc. Just wondering WHY!"
I think they would rather state as fact that the trial will end in Dec 2016, because they KNOW that worst case it WILL end in Dec 2016. If we do get some sort of approval on an early lookin or DMC stoppage then they(and we) look great. But until then go with what you know you can do, leaves room for surprises not disappointment.

Liver study was updated at clinical trials Gov site, but I don't see any changes made??

We now stand with the latest update at 139
Last time I got the new location wrong, hopefully I am right in saying the new site is from Greece!

I definitely could be wrong, first time I've tried to figure out the changes, it looks like I may have pulled the previous change.

Wouldn't it be great to get another of those letters to the shareholder! King could answer, or at least clarify many of our questions and at the same time the lawyers could make sure he doesn't say anything he shouldn't.
Please, if you are reading this IR, pass the idea on up the chain.

Someone please tell me I am wrong, but it looks like the same poster from before that was presented at the Keystone event, no changes. #1036
