I turned 13 last week... and yes.. it does matter... I'm not going to be accused of celebrating someones misery... regardless of how much they deserve it... does it matter to you??? Apparently so as you felt so inclined to stick your nose in others business so you're no better...
Well, it's been fun watching this train wreck... GLTA in future opportunities... yes... even those who laughed and me and my "trading accumen"... LOL... last one out please turn off the board...
I guess someone laughing at me earlier is ok with you and me pointing out that I warned someone that this thing was going BK is wrong? I don't rejoice in someones loss but I will point out to that person that they were warned when I was laughed at. I can point you to the post that says I have no "trading accumen" I believe was the term... ROFL
Someones saved post for future use...

What was that you were saying, again, Dman, about my original 1,000,000 share purchase of BRVO???
Looks like I am GREEEEEEEEEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hahahahaahahahaha!!!!!
You got it SaturdayITP... and FlaFlyerFans excellent analysis of the filings and the debt should have made it clear for even the most novice investor to understand... 60 million in debt with a few million in revenue, no profit, no assets, and a recently lost distribution deal with the largest distributor in the world made it pretty clear to us... but... sometimes no amount of reality will be enough to stop the get rich quick dreams of some... GLTA in future investments
Well that didn't take long now did it?!? Sorry to see you're investment wiped out but you can't say you weren't warned and you did say you wanted a big gamble. I guess you can delete those links to my posts that you saved... BTW... you should still have a chance to sell and recoup a few bucks so no worries... but obviously the pipe dream of getting rich with BRVO is over... oh well... as they say... no use crying over spilt milk!
Gambler... so what do you think will happen to shareholders when someone "puts some money" in as you say... can you say dilution??? Also, CCE had BRVO products in schools, supermarkets, gas stations, vending, etc nationwide... CCE has all the channels... so what are these new channels you speak of that CCE could/did not service???
You people are too much... you post info about dissolving a relationship with the largest beverage distributor in the world after the product failed in channels and you claim it's a good thing! ROFLMAO!
I'm not a trader... if I was I may feel differently about BRVO... I'm an investor and BRVO is no investment... good luck in your trades... D
I guess that means you didn't sell... sorry to hear you missed the chance... cheers
Well... at least you were green for two days... hopefully you sold while you could... GLTY
Yea... I bet that PR about dissolving the relationship was all smoke and mirrors to get believers in the company to sell their shares cheap... yet another part of the conspiracy... LOL
Perhaps you should have a CPA look at their financials and give you a professional opinion of whether they can make it without BK before you go throwing money away... you may also want to check out Gordian, who BRVO is now working with... my understanding is their nickname in NYC is BKs-R-US... I see nothing wrong with daytraders having fun here but talking about BRVO as an "investment" is ludicrous IMO... this is exactly what the day traders want... take money from the naive who "invest" in BRVO on a hope and a prayer... GLTY
I guess you're seeing higher lows on the 5 minute chart because it's certainly not on the daily or weekly. BTW, how do you "add" the dips when you only hold the stock for a few minutes or hours??? Doesn't "adding" imply holding... as in investment and not day trading? GLTY
That assumes the company is in financial shape to get to a turnaround and I don't see that here. D
Not taking pleasure in anything... I tried to warn people but for some reason many people had a hard time seeing the obvious... guess they figured if they have product in stores nothing else matters... I've learned my lesson the hard way more than once... made sure not to do it again here
How easy is it again? LOL
What was that you were saying again? I guess you meant easy 30% on the downside... LOL
I hope you guys do well but from my analysis I don't see how you will with an investment outlook... some quick trades perhaps... GLTA
I would have to agree it looks like the bottom may be in place and a nice move up may be near... I think they'll need to get some visibility back with some positive news releases and also let investors know their plan to grow the business going forward... they were very good at updating investors until it all started to fall apart and then they grew silent for many months... It will be interesting to see the last Q numbers to get a hint as to how they're doing... GLTY
OK.. here we go... the usual arguement... why are you here... you're a paid basher trying to get cheap shares... this proves even more what a great buy BRVO is... ROFL
Actually you can find subs that have stuff in stores and on the internet... have you heard of Games n Flix? Swiss Medica? There's more than that but those two come to mind straight away so you lose on that one... GLTY
I think you're wasting your time flyersfan... it seems these people have no understanding of SEC filings, finance, fundamentals, etc... it appears they judge whether a stock is cheap by the absolute price alone... well... it was $1 last year and now it's a penny... What a bargain! Undervalued! Strong buy! Surely there's no good reason it went from $1 to a penny... damn market makers manipulating the shares again... LOL
Paying debt with shares is good for the company... the problem is it's not going to be good for you as a shareholder... GLTY
What about all the debt without revenue to pay it back? How are you going to get rich with BRVO in default on loans and lawsuits galore??? I guess they'll swap debt for equity and double the OS shares... that will do good for your investment, huh??? You think they additional 100 million shares in the past few weeks is all the dilution that's going to occur??? I don't think so... chit... you can't even get anyone to tell you the OS shares or the float... probably because it's going up by the hour...
I think flaflyersfan is spot on in his assessment... the share price will be lower by December, if the current shares still exist at all... GLTY... you'll need it here...
I thought momo players look for stocks with momo??? No momo here and hasn't been for a long time... well there has been if you count downside momo...
.50 by December... is that all?!? With all that debt and no sales I'm sure they'll get to $5 by then! CCE doesn't know what they lost! They lost millions they would have made on those warrants... ROFLMAO!
Well all the ones who've lent them money to date haven't been too smart but I guess there could be a first. I guess you didn't see the news about note holders sueing and settling for shares two weeks ago that are worth half that price today. I bet they don't feel too smart right now but you never know.
And wouldn't it be great if they got a deal with a national distributor! Imagine if they got a deal with the largest distributor in the world! Oh wait... they had that and it was formally dissolved this week due to something or another... I guess CCE couldn't handle all the demand for those BRVO milks... nevermind... BRVO will find someone better than CCE... LOL
If many large investors believe the shares are worth .04 as you claim, why are they not buying everything available at .016??? Why is the share price staying below .02 if large investors think it's worth double that? I think you need to look at the debt this company has... IMO, large investors realize that BRVO is not even worth .002 at this stage. The dump of the 72 million shares will continue... they gave it pause for a day to let stupid money buy in to prop up the price a bit before the next dump...
I would agree there's a good possibility they are working on such an option and may be successful at it.
Well.. it will keep any assets from being seized... I guess that's one good affect of the 8K... I think the better question is how this will affect stockholders... my guess is those former note holders are not interested in being long term holders of bravo and they'll be dumping those shares when possible
Well said Wolfgang... there are trading possibilities with BRVO but any investment mindset will get severely hurt in my opinion... I see no way out of the debt without severe dilution or total default and BK... JMHO of course... GLTA in whatever you choose... D
Same question for you... see post 1848... how will they manage this?
Correct wolfgang... so the real question is... how do they get cash flow positive, to avoid default on debt (within the next few weeks), when gross margins are negative? It's actually a blessing that the products are being pulled from many outlets due to the negative gross margins... currently, the more product they sell, the more money they lose! And don't forget the production penalty payments that are coming again!
I sold at .25 the morning after the Q4 CC disaster... problem was I bought two weeks earlier at .33...
That looks about right... not very pretty...
Three words... debt, debt, debt... that will be the death of this company given the product is not selling and it's dissapearing from locations it was previously well stocked.
Uhhhh... sorry to rain on the get rich parade but what's gonna happen with all that debt that they can't repay???
lotsofpennies LOL Good luck to you... I took my losses here and decided to stay out for good... I have been watching the company still out of interest... I feel like I'm 3/4 the way through a story and now I have to see the ending!
What changed is the company admitted the products are not selling, gross margins are negative, they are running out of cash, they see limited potential to raise additional cash, they have 60 million in debt and no way to repay, they let go half the work force, the product is not being restocked in many channels, long term investors bailing... need I say more? JMHO
BTW, the stock is a quarter of its value a month ago and ten percent of its value two months ago. Many people thought it would bottom at .10 and they got killed. Tens of millions of shares have been dumped since then... Think the big sellers are done? Feeling lucky?
