the math......................
In a perfect world adi and obv shadow price up and down. They measure a lot of the same thing but collectively different. Once difference is visible, questions should rise as to why. Well, difference is visble and visible for years. New shares being sold? You betcha. Systematic shorting through debenture financing? Say it ain't so. This company has no intention of turning profits.
they never said it was off eom
EDIT:
See how obv goes up in trend and adi goes down in the same space. That's new shares being sold or systematic shorting like in convertible debenture stuff. Being it keeps going up, they are probably selling the hell out of new shares.
This is an otc stock, but look at the print today. Horizontal open to close with increased volume. In a real stock, this is a "get out of town quick" signal.
Note inside-out in the 60 minute
gunna...................
Read the Q and K. It states the Dutchess deal up to 1.5 billion new shares. DNAP has around 730 million on their own authorized to be distributed. It's all in the reports. Try reading them sometime. You'd be amazed how good they are at screwing shareholders.
Give you a link? That's hilarious.

they are distributing new shares. low and i discussed this a week or two back. chart coming later.
stock...............
If they did something meaningful they would have to quit screwing shareholders. Can't have that. 2 billion new shares in the wings otta make a few nice paychecks before loyals realize they've been duped inside-out.
bag..............
whatever they are doing, it only causes share price to fall and revenues to remain stagnant. Read a K or Q. Pretty screwed up. New shares are being distributed on a regular basis or shorting on a massive methodical scale is underway. adi/obv studies prove it. That otta help share price, ya reckon? .0001 is coming.

I'm implying many on the board tout DNAP with wreckless disreguard of financial reporting, failure to comply with the companies own deadlines, fluff press releases, and their continued making of excuses and creating logic to explain ill-will away.
DNAP could probably sell more of those kits by giving away a free hooker with each one, ya reckon? They just ain't sellin' as it is.

I am far from a legal beagle, but I have a hypothesis: International borders afford complexities with investigating, monitoring, and enforcing code. And this is in assumption the stock is Canadian being sold otc with an F suffix.
otc code is far more liberal than national market code. And Canadian code is more liberal than American code. Both allow organized rape of shareholders.
From experience, whenever I see the F suffix, or an otc listing from Sarasota or Boca Eaton, Florida, I run or play with extreme predjudice. I never play lone Canadian markets. It seems these Florida corporations are quite often the bottom of the barrel. jmo
synchronous elements in technical compression #5....
This one touches on the fib topics and the relativity issues of synchronicity and technical compression.
Most anyone will agree synchronous elements, momentum, and support/resistance are intertwined in degrees. The following observations work best in national markets, but have varied utility elsewhere.
The MSFT chart below has estimated areas of support resistance marked in gold with 13ma and 35ma imposed. Both ma's have value at varying points. But the vertical lines point to price activity reaching the estimated fibs in concert with overbought or oversold elevations in stochastics. It is at these points exhaustion of momentum occurs.
The chart below offers fibs actually calculated through software. The difference from estimation is trivial. Most fib elevations are obvious. Software imposing takes only a few seconds. Do it. Look for conditions both of exhaustion and compression. If using Inside-out, look for setups at the fib elevations. More coming.
good luck eom
yesterday you were ready to throw...........
in the towel as an "investor" with this "industry leader" and today you recommend it. Comical.
I trade this thing knowing it will likely never ever become anything but a thief of shareholders cash. This company has all of the warning signs, conducts all of the ridiculous behavior, and offers nothing of substance in all result, time after time. This is what these companies do - string along those capable of trust and faith using smoke and mirrors - dilute share value and rape the financial existance of anyone involved.
If you truly half-heartedly believe DNAP products are used in BTK, why don't you call the state crime lab or FBI? Two or three calls would surely secure the information. But I believe you will be disappointed once again.
You guys touted the BioFrontera deal as the savior of DNAP. Now the deal has collapsed (LOL)(putting it nicely), you believe it is great. It's sad. You guys just keep making excuses for this bunch of crooks. Someone said Gabriel did not want to announce their participation in BTK. That's really funny. Why not scream it at the top of his lungs? Because it ain't so. It is beneficial for a rumor to start suggesting they are. Loyal and duped shareholders have another thread of hope to feed on. Buy more new shares. Average down. On and on. Don't forget Dutchess still has a deal. No one announced that thing going away. .0001 is coming
and yesterday you were ready to................
become a DNAP basher - simply incredible. (LMAO)
synchronous elements in technical compression #4....
Using more traditional analysis can offer insights in identifying compression and relativity issues. Of course, depending on the vehicle traded, indices trading can lend greater consequences than individual stocks. Vertical lines identify synchronous intersections of stochastics and macd histogram. Here, the employment of trend divergence adds insight. I especially like trend divergence that finishes near cardinal elevations (marked in gold). Synchronized intersections with lavender indications do not incorporate trend divergence. More coming.
synchronous elements in technical compression #3...
If convinced technical compression is underway and simplicity is a concern, my butterfly method usually works. Areas incircled in yellow are compressed. A convincing intersection of the ma and midline offers signal. While this does not generate the best of exits, it does offer one. And having an exit is better than not having one.
synchronous elements in technical compression #2......
By determining mathematical personalites technicians can often eliminate the use of additional studies in locating genuine synchronous events. This is done by estimation of key study elevations. Elevations frequented as pivotal areas are usually the elevations sought.
Here you can see the elimination of stochastics can be made once key elevations are determined.
Note the vertical yellow line. It points to a print of very little price activity from open to close with increased volume from the previous period. This is indicative of change. This observation beats the appropriate exit by one period.
All said, nothing is perfect. We attempt to predict the future. Use extra care in your analysis. Use stops. More coming.
low..................
Used to be 5 1/2% of detemined fix.
If .04 is determined support, then .04 x 1.055 = .0422 is next possible area. .0422 x 1.055 = .0452 is next. .0452 x 1.055 = .0477 next. .0477 x 1.055 = .0503 etc etc etc
bb elevations and particular ma sets also identify potential fib areas.
synchronous elements in technical compression #1.......
Here come a few unorganized ideas and observations concerning technical compression. They will be divided into multiple posts. They may help someone. They may confuse someone.
Technical compression is often the result of synchronous technical events. As you may know, I am a grand proponent of synchronous events making the world go ‘round. I hope you will see the connection in all this once these posts are completed.
From time to time we get the luck of participating in the run most of us would die for. At some point the technician must determine an exit through various means available. In technical compression, as in other periods, we often look for divergence or some indication given from technical studies using traditional analysis methods. Many of these studies are finite while traditional analysis relies on their being infinite in general activity. This is where we can find trouble or errant reason for exit during these special positions. If a study is finite and the price trend is compressed, where might the study go if gone to extreme elevations? Sideways or down. And here arrives a false signal.
If one believes in relativity, then mathematical synchronicity must exist. Knowing if compression is underway or likely is a large part of the battle. And if it exists on one side of the event, it must exist on the opposite side - “big bangs” exhaust “big bangs”. The chart below demonstrates this idea.
Synchronous events are those where mathematical occurrence are duplicated in unison. This chart (lavender line) shows %r and cci having crossed over cardinal elevations simultaneously. The result is a change of trend. The white line identifies a concerted occurrence of deeper synchronous activity - %r, cci, and stochastics cross over cardinal elevations simultaneously. The subsequent change is substantial in comparison.
Note the stochastic study is out of element to be considered above. These three studies are finite in geography. That is, they can only travel so far in one direction before inverting. So, if price is compressed in trend, divergence could easily be erroneous. What we need do is determine if the trend is compressed.
The chart above identifies both of the big bangs resulting in compression and its termination. If one, then the other. The trouble with this is some stocks have differing mathematical personalities and optimizing cardinal elevations may be necessary to inherit benefit from this method. We’ll look at that soon.
Knowing if compression exists lessens the battle. You should expect traditional analysis to be discounted during these episodes. There are other means in identifying technical compression. I may post another or two in the near future. Another “lesson” is coming.
Outta here!!!!!!!!
that's funny - another otc trick eom

Of course, DNAP is otc and weird things can happen, but DNAP came up on a scan for which mathematical boundaries have arrived to go long or short in the stock. Those having received method notations are aware of the coming dilemma.

per duration relevance continued.............
as mentioned in notations: I'll use MSEP as an example in stocks, as it is popular around here right now.
The weekly chart below offers a substantial move. Initial expectancy should be to the next mathematical boundary of a fib or bb elevation.
Using the same methodology, the same mindset is necessary to manage a daily chart. The shorter chart duration has smaller boundary configurations, therefore, lesser expectancy.
Note too how overall price finds earlier linear boundaries. These areas should be sought for signals to continue or reverse. Again, maintain adherance to rules.
A 30 minute chart below has expectancies much less than the above charts. Here, fractions of pennies are expected versus pennies using the greater duration charts. Nonetheless, the same method and boundary configurations are used.
No inside-out questions, please. (wink) Toss on Inside-out and things look more navigable, huh?
