synchronous elements in technical compression #5....

This one touches on the fib topics and the relativity issues of synchronicity and technical compression.

Most anyone will agree synchronous elements, momentum, and support/resistance are intertwined in degrees. The following observations work best in national markets, but have varied utility elsewhere.

The MSFT chart below has estimated areas of support resistance marked in gold with 13ma and 35ma imposed. Both ma's have value at varying points. But the vertical lines point to price activity reaching the estimated fibs in concert with overbought or oversold elevations in stochastics. It is at these points exhaustion of momentum occurs.

The chart below offers fibs actually calculated through software. The difference from estimation is trivial. Most fib elevations are obvious. Software imposing takes only a few seconds. Do it. Look for conditions both of exhaustion and compression. If using Inside-out, look for setups at the fib elevations. More coming.
