Oct. 15 is the IRS deadline for corporate filings when they have filed for an extension. I assume that when they file with the IRS they will file with the SEC. Isn't that what was indicated by the company?
SpngWealth - The audit should be filed by the 15th. How long after the audit is filed do you think it will take to uplist. Is it just a form that is filed with the SEC or is there an approval process that takes longer?

$AGCZ - Andes Gold Corporation (PINKSHEETS: AGCZ), a gold mining company with existing operations in Ecuador, is pleased to announce that it has intersected 7 new veins on one of its concessions. Of the veins intersected, 4 of them contain gold and sulphides and 3 of them contain copper ranging from 3 to 4%. The Company is currently having samples evaluated at independent labs.
The Company is very encouraged with the results obtained so far and is looking forward to the results from the independent laboratories. The Company has two (2) producing gold mines and two (2) fully operating mills/smelters. At capacity, the mills can produce 220 tons of ore per day.
$AGCZ is Mining Gold in Ecquadore and showing profits. This is not a company looking for gold, they are bringing it in. AGCZ has their own mills and they also mill for other mines in the area. We are at the end of the third quarter and I expect that profits will be up.

U.S. Department of Energy - Hydrogen and Fuel Cells Program
Permitting Hydrogen Facilities
Using Fuel Cells for Backup Power for Telecommunications Facilities
Photo of tower with telecommunications receivers and transmtters.
The telecommunications industry uses an extensive network of cell phone towers and other field facilities to transmit phone calls and other services. All of these facilities require highly reliable electrical power supplies. Fuel cells provide highly effective backup to power these facilities in event of electrical grid power outages.
The telecommunications industry has expanded rapidly as mobile telephones, computers, and high-speed Internet have become more common. The number of cell phone towers and other telecommunications facilities has increased dramatically. This expansion has introduced new industry challenges, particularly service reliability. To prevent outages, most telecommunications providers install some form of backup power to keep their towers, equipment, and networks operational. See an animated example of a telecommunications site layout.
Historically, the electric power grid provided primary power, and batteries and generators provided backup. Many telecommunications providers are now, however, turning to fuel cells for backup power because of important advantages they offer.
To support efficient permitting and safe operation of fuel cell backup power systems at telecommunication sites, the U.S. Department of Energy is working with code organizations, local permitting officials, national laboratories, and industry experts to support the development of model codes and standards, and to provide up-to-date information to permitting officials. Read the DOE Hydrogen Program fact sheet Fuel Cells for Backup Power in Telecommunications FacilitiesPDF to learn more about the program's activities. You can also see the list of current Stationary and Portable Fuel Cell Systems Codes and Standards CitationsPDF.

The present classification of cannabis and its organic compounds as schedule I prohibited substances under federal law is scientifically indefensible, according to a just published review in The Open Neurology Journal.
Investigators with the University of California at San Diego and the University of California, Davis reviewed the results of several recent clinical trials assessing the safety and efficacy of inhaled or vaporized cannabis. They concluded:
“Evidence is accumulating that cannabinoids may be useful medicine for certain indications. Control of nausea and vomiting and the promotion of weight gain in chronic inanition are already licensed uses of oral THC (dronabinol capsules). Recent research indicates that cannabis may also be effective in the treatment of painful peripheral neuropathy and muscle spasticity from conditions such as multiple sclerosis. Other indications have been proposed, but adequate clinical trials have not been conducted.
“… The classification of marijuana as a Schedule I drug as well as the continuing controversy as to whether or not cannabis is of medical value are obstacles to medical progress in this area. Based on evidence currently available the Schedule I classification is not tenable; it is not accurate that cannabis has no medical value, or that information on safety is lacking. It is true cannabis has some abuse potential, but its profile more closely resembles drugs in Schedule III (where codeine and dronabinol are listed). The continuing conflict between scientific evidence and political ideology will hopefully be reconciled in a judicious manner.”
OTC Stock Picks Newsletter Announces Watch of Biotech Stock Cannabis Science Inc.
PR Web
Stamford, CT (PRWEB) September 24, 2012
Cannabis, while a controversial compound for obvious reasons, is for much more than recreation these days. Cannabis Science is trying to prove just how important Cannabis can be for certain subsets of patients and for unmet medical needs. The Company works with leading experts in new drug development, medicinal characterization, and clinical research to develop, produce, and commercialize phytocannabinoid-based pharmaceutical products.
Cannabis Science is currently working on two products with CBR International to develop a Pre-IND Application to the FDA that focuses on the transdermal delivery of CS-TATI-1 topical cannabis-based preparations for the treatment of basal and squamous cell carcinomas. Recent presentations at AIDS 2012 and The International Conference on Antiviral Research have provoked federal research interest in the development of CS-TATI-1.
Cannabis Science recently appointed to the company two high-profile physicians to assist with the clinical development of its CS-TATl-1 program.
•Ronald Sekura PH.D former Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Research Chemist, Center for Biologics Evaluation and Review as Executive Vice President of Regulatory Affairs of Cannabis Science. Dr. Sekura is the former Chief of the Pharmaceutical and Regulatory Affairs Branch of the Division of AIDS at The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institute of Health (NIH).
•J. Thomas August, MD, Professor, Pharmacology and Molecular Sciences, and Oncology, The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, to the Company’s Scientific Advisory Board. Cannabis Science’s research of CS-TATI-1 will be targeted to newly diagnosed patients infected with drug resistant virus, treatment experienced patients with drug-resistant HIV strains, and those intolerant of currently available therapies.
Cannabis Science will be pursuing a wide range of NIH based Federal Research Programs such as RO1’s, PO1’s and SBIRS which exist to support preclinical development of target validation and proof of concept studies.
In closely related news supporting the Cannabis Science research pursuit, the San Francisco NBC news, recently reported new studies by Scientists at California Pacific Medical Center, which have shown that cannabidiol, (CBD), has the ability to "turn off" a gene that causes breast and other types of cancers to metastasize, according to the San Francisco Chronicle newspaper.
As federally funded scientific research continues to unfold at Cannabis Science, and the Europe JV with Dupetit Natural Products develops, there is a lot to follow on the Cannabis Science story.
Cannabis Science shares move quickly, so keep a close watch on them going forward.
As you know, we keep getting information that CBD is legal to mail to all states and it looks like it can only be sold through dispensaries in the legal states. What do you think? In fact, to DEA and Feds it's illegal.
Looks like they are even putting the sythetic products on schedule I
DEA adds 26 ‘synthetic marijuana’ substances to government blacklist
Worse still for potential users, some variants of the synthetic cannabinoids are hundreds of times stronger than their more common cousins. That means if some distributor coats the legal plant material onto which the synthetics are normally sprayed (in order to allow for smoking) with the wrong substances, or the wrong concentration it could be enough to trigger a severe, intense reaction.

CBD is not legal in the US except in states that have passed medical marijuana laws. Having the opinion of a lawyer or deputy DA will not be likely hold up when they start shipping to other states. Our government makes no distinction between hemp and marijuana. It's a very gray area.
I'll think about that. But, maybe not.
How will you know if they have profits? I read the PRs. I saw the 1st quarter fins that were not filed with the SEC. $4 mil given to them by Cannabank and $40 something million in goodwill? They sold a few licenses. They held some seminars and scammed some people. Read the ripoff reports and scam reports.
They said they were filing the paperwork in May. They did not. There's a lot more to uplisting than filing a form. They can't even file the quarterly and annual reports, let alone file 2 years audited financials. Uplisting is a long way off. Maybe never.
You're right it is a scam.
No reports to the SEC. No filings for 2nd quarter. MJNA needs to spend some time on reporting instead of a stream of PRs.
I can't believe the SEC hasn't already stopped all trading. Bruce Perlowin and Michael Llamas ex-CEOs should say it all.
Greens, FBI and IRS should look for Cannabank accounts in Canada.

Where can I find the filings on the companies that Cannabank transferred to Medical Marijuana, Inc.?
$CBIS - State Regulated Medical Cannabis Dispensaries
The Company target initiatives in states that have approved medical marijuana programs is based on the successful results being reported by patients self-medicating using Cannabis Science approved formulations through state licensed manufacturers and distributors. The Company is working to expand availability of our formulations across the nation on a state-by-state basis as states continue to approve medical cannabis treatments.
Currently, Cannabis Science has its cannabis-based high quality extract formulations available in Pueblo and Denver, Colorado, through licensing agreements. As well, the Company has signed a licensing deal with Apothecary Genetics in California to provide the same full circle operations required under State regulated medical cannabis laws to provide California State licensed medical cannabis patients its formulations.
Probably another $20 mil plus this quarter.
