Only $900? I'm kinda surprised you're still bothering to follow it then?
Yeah, I have talked to Steven and Chas recently. I'm living a happy life guiding in Zion, Utah, but I may get involved again soon.
I've said it before; I'm content selling for a $1.00+, or seeing this go to 0.0000, I've made my peace, but haven't given up hope.
Kathleen Snaper is a near 90 yr old woman with nothing to do with this but shares she owns.
Chas is very real, I saw him in Jan.
Frustrated the wait continues myself...
Haha. Was being playful, should've added a :) or something.
There's only one troll around here that bothers me with his lack of purpose in life other than to warn people who've already made their plays "to do their due diligence."
I just want to know where you got "Kiss me once..." instead of, "Fool me once..."?
I haven't called it quits, just acknowledged there's nothing I could do for now.
I stayed at Chas' mansion in Orange County in January and spoke with him recently. Waiting to get back in the game which may be soon.
Whatever you think of him and what's happened, there's little clout to be gained from being CEO of a zero rev penny stock; I don't think that's why he's involved.
Thanks bro!
Happy New Year to you as well!
Happy New Year Y'all!
Like someone recently posted, I've written this off, but hope for a return in due time. Plenty of things are holding us up, but it seems Chas has plans for this in the next year, let's wait and see! And just ignore Git Real as much as possible:)
Lastly, I admire that people on this site take it upon themselves to warn newbies about frauds and scams. We've all seen it.
I think what we have here on this board is a a very, very small set of people who have done there DD and made there choices. I have never seen a spec of pumping to the masses in the seven years I've been following this board.
A PR isn't a pump if there is no paid distribution to non-press wire services if you ask me. What was released over a year ago was ill informed, but an honest intent, that in the end was nullified, without any spike in volume as a result.
So, maybe, get over it? If you need something else to do I have some great Chaturbate accounts to recommend!
Speaking of probabilities;
For a startup, you value it's potential against it's odds of success. While professionals diversify with dozens of companies, like I hope most of us have (not me, yikes!). They rely on the 1 out of x that returns 100x to pay for the losers. We all know that. Anyways...
I'm just surmising, but if I were to put $1k in today I'd think:
I'd probably get filled at a basis of 6-8 cents, let's say 8 (=12,500 shares).
70% chance I sell for 5 cents or less or never, so $0 = 70% *$.00 = $0
25% chance I catch another uptick if something small happens and interest gains, spikes to 30 cents, average sell at 20 cents.
= 25% * $.20 = $375
5% chance this actually happens, we're not talking $10 shares, that's crazy, but $1 is in the range of possibilities.= 05% * $1 = $675
A theory in valuation would add those sums up after they are factored by probability and say the value is $1,500, with a massive level of variance.
Given that those probabilities are total conjuncture, and the one variable that matters most is what that %5 chance (which is also a variable) can deliver (maybe far greater), meaning the 'expected value' that I posited at $1,500 is meaningless, I admit, like most things in finance it means a hill of beans.
The way I'm looking at it: whatever the probability that CTDT got financed, went into operations, made money, and let us sell shares somewhere higher, is the same today as it was a year ago.
My probability is around .2-.3 btw, but the whole plan is still there. I'm just not waiting for it anymore and will let it happen, or not.
Gitreal, that isn't how OZ's work; the financing would come from individual investors who would qualify for the OZ tax benefits. There are no grants, nor are there taxpayer dollars involved.
But you are right, no institutional investor would ever dream of touching this, that's why we're on penny stock boards!:)
Kathleen can't do anything about this company; she's old and this is not what she does.
After calling Chas repeatedly for two months with no answer, he called me and set up a meeting two weeks ago that he then rescheduled twice in the day before flaking on me again. I'm pretty much over trying to help here for the time being.
That's not true, jonsmile. Where is your evidence for a 100mm+ share transaction?
The fallback, or who knows, primary plan for funding that I believe Chas is relying on is completely separate from the OZ fund. I could tell you the story I was told but I'll wait to see it to believe it. If it happens we'll all be A-OK but I'm not hyping it.
Hope that was vague enough;)
Not looking good on the OZ fund side; haven't raised any capital in the first fund, CTDT would've been considered in the second. I'm looking for more insight myself.
Technology is advancing, https://www.sciencealert.com/super-hard-diamonds-can-be-bent-and-flexed-at-the-nanoscale
If Centaurus doesn't act soon, they'll have no competitive edge.
OZ Fund have to have 90% invested in qualified businesses and have six months from receipt of investment to pass that test. There isn't anything around Dec 15.
This fund is a 3C1 exempt fund; meaning no general solicitation and only accredited investors allowed. Raising capital is what we're doing now, for the first fund, not the technology fund yet.
There are no deadlines, I'm not sure what you may be referring to regarding Dec 15. Investors get less of a tax incentive after Dec 31st so we expect investors to hurry to meet that cutoff.
I'm sure the fund managers will do their due diligence. The co-fund manager is Chas Radovich.
You're correct, or they can move. Production was never going to be at Alvin's office.
That's right, JD.
I'm in Oregon. I'm working with a colleague of Chas' on two OZ Funds. There's a plan, I don't known all the details, but until he's ready to announce I'm content just waiting and focusing on my job.
Totally valid points chsmoke.
And I understand well why you think that way. I'm no longer a cheerleader for the company on this board as I've found suitable work. Note I was never promoting it, just sharing news and being optimistic. I don't have time for that anymore I'd just be sharing the same old news and info I've had before if I did.
I'll wait for the company to release news and tend to my own work that is semi-related in the mean time. I hope everyone receives an adequate return for their investment and patience after all of this.
Stephen Saunders has been the company secretary for several years. I want to note he did not post that message on this board, rather Robyou123 took a message he received in reply to an inquiry via the CTDT website.
I wonder the same thing myself, about myself that is. Ha.
While I've had my doubts at times, and I still don't see what I'd like to see happening, I do believe in Chas. Time will tell.
I do find it interesting that shareholders outside the management (including me) own about 30mm of 210 mm outstanding. I'm still making up my mind what to make of that, just an observation.
Unfortunately, no. I wanted to buy more last week but still can't. It may be lifted this month from what I understand, maybe within two weeks?
It seems like you're willfully not understanding what's been said.
You're right, an outside institutional investor wouldn't invest, that's why they are working for internal and relationship based investors to contribute to capital.
Execution and results will change that dynamic.
Snaper had nothing to do with the Chloride action, so kindly don't disparage him for that. Your point has been made, and we've already gone the details, give it a rest and focus on your UFO's.
https://www.roswellufomuseum.com/frank-kimbler
Yes, no sapphires in Chloride but definitely UFO material in Roswell, is that right?
What are you talking about 'convertible loan'?
Who has ever mentioned that?
I'll be meeting with Chas in Oregon later this week, if anyone would like me ask anything you can email me.
We will be working on plans to set up the Opportunity Zone Fund that among other things, will look to provide capital to Centaurus.
I just saw the profile on OTCMarkets, I concur.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CTDT/financials
We've been over this,
$80k cash and 10mm shares valued at 52 week high of $1 as agreed between the two parties. Maybe a bit hyperbolic, but not intended to be misleading.d
That should be in the 10Q coming out soon. The 10K ended Mar 31, 2019 before the Chloride deal.
Also, it was not $10mm cash, but 10mm shares. I believe the shares have not been transferred yet due to the terms of the deal, but am not certain.
That's not even close to accurate.
All of those expenses came from Chas and Leroy's personal accounts.
Gitreal, do you understand that when a person buys shares of a company on the public market, that money doesn't go to the company, but the seller of the shares?
Honestly, I don't know right now. I'll share what I can as I find out more, I'm very busy in launching these opportunity funds at the time.
Ha, yeah that would be. I was a Series 7 licenses broker, so I would know.
But why would anyone try to swing trade on a penny stock with such low volume? Please, get real.
Those who want can keep on speculating and seeing the worse in people, that's not anyone else's problem but their own though.
Do me a favor and look up what material insider information is first.
As a shareholder I own a part of the company, therefore I'm a part of it.
I've been explicitly clear about my relationship. You guys deserve some explanation, while I won't go into all the nitty gritty details, I'm letting everyone know it wasn't a matter of gross negligence or not caring.
Lastly, everything I say is true to the best of my knowledge, always.
Long story short:
We had an endeavor we were about to announce that was sabotaged earlier this year by a financial partner. He was then unreachable for several months and only recently have we been able to try to reconcile in order to first complete our financials, and second, remove this toxicity from the picture.
I think you misinterpreted what I said or I wasn't clear.
My intention was to say, the company is not kaput yet, nor will it be anytime soon.
