If its down tomorrow its because of shorts
They sold 2 million shares short today. 55% of the total volume was made up artificially of shorts taking a new position. If it falls its not on profit taking its on the mm's manipulating this thing back down. It could get ugly and longs are going to get upset again. People need to get on Punit and tell him that he needs to get this thing off the OTC.
Jeff you keep saying exercised. No options were exercised they were awarded the options with an exercise price of $0.37
The code A means they acquired the options. When it is a code D and they dispose them then they exercised the option.
The positive though is that the options are only worth something above $0.37 so maybe now they will get this thing moving up again.
Tax selling. Will take off 1st of the year. Bank on it.
Wow! Zacks put a $4 price target on $Oncs
What a steal here. Time to reload up for the surprise partnership announcement with Merck. Gl longs hold strong.

2 month climb from Oct.to Dec. then fast sell off in Dec.
If you look back it happens over and over. Climb fall over and over.
Agreed. Licensing is a home run path.
The pps does this every 2 months. And remains higher long term. This is normal sub $1 stock trading activity.
They said it in the conference call.
Oh yeah by whom?
This will surely be the golden ticket. Hang tight. This shakeout is nothing more than that.
There is no doubt about a deal on the table with Merck.
This is how the big Pharma deals are done. They will finalize the offer at first whisper on the impressive results of the combo study. This sell off was calculated, make no mistake about that. Those who bought here will be richly rewarded, pun intended. Worst case scenario, partner with Merck no need for further issuance of shares to fund operations, best case scenario ONCS licenses the technology or is just bought out straight up. Big, big things brewing at this time all hush, hush of course, but you must be able to read between the lines.
Of course they are. The Merck deal is imminent. Everyone knows that. And no Merck doesn't give their drugs away for free to any bio company. That's false. This is a calculated step and preview to a financial partnership, licensing deal or straight up buyout. Many shares are being accumulated at these levels.
When does Merck announce the financial terms of the agreement?
They implied it in the conference call that there is an imminent deal on the table but they are "unable to disclose any further details" were the words used .
I would guess maybe after the combo study is complete they can then announce it. Perhaps a very similar deal that INO received with a $20 million cash infusion up front, or maybe Punit is purposely holding out so as to license it to not only Merck but to any and all big Pharma in the immuno therapy PD-1 space. Definitely exciting times to be in this stock. Thankful for the sell down to accumulate even more. As for the recent tax sell off, and warrants conversion, shake it off.

Yes and as you can see on WQNI's financials they funded WBSI. That's the point. THe stocks were moving in tandem. Be careful with these pennies they are used as ATM's with your cash.
Still sold in stores and online at Walgreens
http://www.walgreens.com/search/results.jsp?Ntt=touch+%26+Know
The balance sheet clearly shows a $2.7 million dollar investment in WBSI.
Look below property and equipment under assets on the balance sheet:

WQNI was the developer of the technology and sold it to WBSI for 27 million shares ... WQNI now markets and distributes WBSI products through retail outlets ... At&t (more to come). They will be on NBC Tuesday morning promoting WBSI's products. WQNI is going to produce the subscribers and revenue for WBSI.
WQNI was promoted as WBSI and invested $1.2 million in WBSI. WQNI basically gave WBSI life. That is why they trade in similar fashion. If WBSI succeeds WQNI should follow. Multiple days of no trading because they are waiting for someone to buy WQNI's symbol and reverse merge because it is a clean balance sheet and low float. That's why I say WBSI should just use the companies symbol switch back to WBSI later and watch the share structure and pps improve due to lower float.
reverse merger may not apply here anyway since they are already public. But it is a way for a nothing company to go public without having to register all the sheet with the SEC, they are shells that get taken over and then hopefully become legit. They use companies with clean balance sheets and listed to get going.
$WBSI should reverse merge with $WQNI, lower float, cleans up the share structure. WQNI invested $1.2 million into WBSI. Should be interesting come September/Novemeber.
Do any of you that post here own the stock?
Also, are you all just the same person?
www.b-falcon.com is working hard and the you tube videos seem legit but yeah no press releases. Why? Who knows maybe Yaacov is being detained at the doughnut shop.
Where's Jon Papsin? Which one are you Jon? Luke, Chain? Stockstoys? All of them?
Update for Idta
http://b-falcon.com/touch-know-products/
$1.7 million deal for Jurassic units, Zazzz machine, selling VPOR product in machine, YO21 debit card, One BODE sales. Looks good from here. Buy more.
Identa has a new PR firm and new videos on YouTube
Here is 1 of 4 to be released to promote the product.
The PR Firm Black Falcon wrote back to me promptly.
That's a good order to put in.
Because the price will hit that and beyond.
And I think soon.
Walgreens is selling the product. I've walked several Walgreens in Colorado and all of them are selling the product.
The marketing is improving on the internet.
There's a lot to look forward to as far as positive sales.
Last year the company didn't have a retail deal with the largest drug store.
Today and for another year THEY DO!!!!
That is HUGE!!!! That cannot be overlooked. Just being on the shelf with no marketing will sell the product for interested parents and counselors at schools that walk in the store and inquire about the drug detector kit. Once in the store it is the clear choice to purchase as it tests 22 illicit drugs and the competition on the shelf only test for 1 drug.
GO Long and Hold Strong.
Patience and tuning out the negative posters here helps since they lost money they are going to slam the company. I'd advise not listening to them as the company is improving.
I visited the Walgreens in Arvada, Colorado on my way home from work today and that location also was almost sold out on the shelves. The competition had more product on the shelves. It doesn't surprise me because IDTA has the better pricing.
Went to Walgreens in Denver, CO.
Idta's drug kit was selling the best.
The sales are probably from from investors that listen to all the negative posts here.
You consider being in Walgreens a small positive?
It's HUGE!!!!!!!
This sub pennies' product is on the shelves of Walgreens here in Denver Colorado. Have you checked your local Walgreens and asked the manager how it's selling? Walgreens baby!
IDTA is in Walgreens.
Keep posting your negative posts.
Maybe you should buy some.
IDTA's products are in Walgreens!
Nothing negative you say can change that very important fact.
Walgreens baby!
Walgreens! Products are on the shelves.
Immr has a long way to go still. Today's dip is a great opportunity for you to buy. It is headed straight for $20/sh. in the next 3 months. They still haven't settled a lawsuit with HTC. Also, the revenue from automobiles and medical equipment hasn't even been tapped into. I've held since $7 and saw it go below that and now upward to $15 plus. Its in a long term uptrend. Buy the dips if you can. Good luck.
When the company has a product in Walgreens you should have some hope. That's huge!
Sell 1 million in product and multiply that by the per unit price and you have all your money back. So Yes.
Yes.
