did Uz do that for Rockie? I've missed so much...
well, you've got DanBB's audio and my twitter...of course, not nearly as good as seeing the man with the pink socks in person...
wow...and I will hear him for free the next day...such a lucky girl!
I agree with you on the form of payout for commons; its what I think is most likely with the current known figures. However, the market is a forward looking mechanism...and so any settlement(whether stock in newco or X cash payment) will cause the stock will go up...IMHO
the amount of manipulation in this stock, and in the market in general has most sane people running for the exits...but I do think many that left will come back once there is life assured here.
got it! there were some things difficult to hear, but I know that several of the parties reported to JMW that they had been included in the initial meetings, but not subsequently...
thanks
OK, Mon, we'll keep it just between us!!
too funny.
Ilene
hey popcorn...she was also ambivalent in her demeanor. the last number of hearings she was very animated...this hearing was more like the JMW of over a year ago...but again, remember...she had already read the report...
what is my opinion?
I suppose I would have to go with market exhaustion...I think that those who believe have positions, those that hope are waiting for some signal (witness the mini-run Monday morning before court) and those that gave up have or are selling...
my hope, should justice be served, is that those who remain will get more for their patience than 6 cents a share...
They are working on a settlement, although from some of the testimony, its not as inclusive as JMW ordered, so they do have something to hide...but, I've gotten "spoiled" you might say, by some of the drama...anyway, if any observations are useful, than I am glad!
Ilene
I can't comment on the price action. other than to say its disappointing, clearly...
thanks RT!! It goes by so quickly.
this was the first hearing I've been to where you could probably discern as much from listening in on the audio as you could if you were there...
I still want to broadcast "settlement done...equity gets X" one of these days...
My apologies...I usually try to get something up right away about the hearing, but I have been suffering from my own private summer on a regular basis these days and my brain seems to be the first thing fried :)
LOL...TMI??
The mood in the courtroom was nondescript..I couldn't read on anyone's face what to expect either before or after the very short hearing. As always, there were conversations between Rosen and other attorneys, including Ed Sargent and the UCC guys.Rosen and his group went to meet separately after the hearing, and both our local co and Ed had suitcases, so my take is they had been working the previous day together, or were both going for more mediation the next day...
expect for myself and a few reporters, no shareholders or non-attorneys in the gallery.
Ilene
Hi all...popping to say hello...glad to see you guys are holding down the fort here!
Ilene
I would first mention it to our team...and then bring it to Jane. I'll let the experts make the call on the billing...or give them something for the future...
Ilene
I will.
I'm wondering what the message is with this billing item...I will bring it to Jane's attention...and let her run with it. I believe I overheard billing issues already being discussed between some of our guys and Jane...
Ilene
I think then, I will have to submit my own billing statement to the court:
.8 hrs. tweeting about pink socks
.3 hrs. tweeting about excessive back slapping
100 hrs tweeting about BS in the courtroom...
:)
maybe we should be glad he's not padded the bill previously for conversations he's had with any of us...I will bring a copy for her on Monday.
Ilene
I thought I saw .3 of an hour...but if billed the estate $100,000 for talking to me...I'll demand my share and toss it into the "WAMUQ payout" account!
Ilene
of course!!! my mistake...my initials are ILS :) sorry...
Ilene
hamburger truck hasn't arrived yet!
Agree as to his role and what the report will/can be...I was making a reference to how much hope we had in the examiner...and how disappointed equity was...and that I hope his report contains some hope for us...
Ileen
yeah...do you think maybe we should the current Mrs. Rosen if she minds?
you rang?
I certainly hope its got more meat to it!!
Ilenethe
I know...wonder when we'll "see" evidence of what's contained in the mediator's report??
Ilene
thanks Gary...wish that I were receiving any $ from them!! But alas, I just called to get information...
I miss you guys too, and I'll be back shortly, I promise...when other things slow down.
Ilene
Catz...
ty.
Ilene
I would never sell out!! I love getting under their skin and exposing the goings on in the courtroom!! Didn't see it in the billings, but it wasn't the first conversation we've had...he is very pissed though at my presence...perhaps that's why he billed it!!
I will be in court on Monday...and combing the docket for anything interesting...although you guys seem to uncover it first anyway!!
Ilene
I'm both, actually.
Ilene
I love you Umaw :)
yeah...I've been doing BR's heaving lifting...as you can see from the billing...NOT
Sorry, I've been away from the board for so long, I am working on other cases during this down period where not much is happening here.
btw, I answer all public or private emails...I just haven't been trolling the board, except every so often!!
Ilene
enjoy :)

Yes, bankruptcy proceedings are open to the public.
Yes, bankruptcy proceedings are open to the public.
BB!! How are you? Thanks for the tip on that...can't believe I didn't remember that one...I followed that one the whole time...ah, lack of coffee on the road, I suppose :)
I am not certain of whether they can announce stock splits (reverse or forward) at the time of emergence. I imagine they could, if not concurrent then immediately thereafter. I know they can split the company into parts, and they can certainly affect a reverse merger...sorry, was searching in my memory for when this might have happened as you ask, and I can't think of any times...am on the road today. Will check law later for absolute answer...
