So why the 16,000% increase yesterday?
In all honesty, what is the Gusher's Club? How can one join? Long time shareholder here and want to know if I'm already part of that club or if i need to join... Perks of joining?
btw thank u eco & mar--!
He has never told anyone to buy. Thats what I liked about this board is that people were here to inform and help. Not like other boards where there was harassing and sarcastic manipulation without alternative agendas. And for that I'm appreciative. Its a pill thats hard to swallow, but in no way is DLjr and friends, not responsible for misinforming shareholders, to 'hold just a bit longer' and then, 'just a bit more' before they burned the house down, leaving us in it. This was an investment, not a gamble. And to say that superior is off the hook, because that's the nature of penny stocks in this case, is not convincing to me. What did we all wait for? PayDay! And what happened on payday? We were kicked out of the party we paid for tickets to attend. If their is a lawsuit, at any scale, I will participate in any way I can, as I think all shareholders should. It's Sunday and I'm wasting my time chasing this dream already after I've woken up. Good day to all.
I dont understand if that's sarcastic or not. I know you have been one of the company's #1 supporters, so to hear that from you makes me question your comment. At this time when so much time and hard earned money was 'invested' with a company, please explain why you think I should run for the hills.
thx WD
thanks. I'll keep checking in here for the latest info, bc as we all know we arent gonna find out anything in any other fashion. Hope to see something in the mail.
And after relisting, what will occur? The same shenanigans all over again? We've invested enough until this point on a 'hidden gem' in hopes of being in at the beginning of something, and then we'd have to do ita ll over again? And dump in more of our hard earned money?
Are we (shareholders) going to take any legal action?
yup...etrade: 100% loss
So, now that holding shareholders have been caught with their pants down, what's the best course of action? My Etrade account still has a 733% overall gain. Will this be removed and changed to 0$? just tell the tax man it's a loss? What now? No one benefits from reading who was correct and when. Appreciate anyone's opinion on this as I was hoping this could be put towards my baby's tuition one day. heavy heart
Hello all,
although I hope the 'less-optimistic' folks on here are completely wrong, we can agree that todays 8k is a pleasant surprise turned sour. I checked the status of the board a few minutes after it came out and made sure to read IT before entering the chaos arena that is this board.
These are the portions of the 8K that made me worry having deciphered codes for most of my life:
The one we've already touched on at length:
---"Superior shall consent to the entering of an Order of the Commission that revokes the registration of Superior’s common stock with the Commission."
Although the rest of the filing sounds optimistic, this says it all. They want OUT!
...and who are they blaming? The SEC. Not entirely...but "partially".
---"After consultation with the Commission by Superior’s attorney, and acting partially[tag]insert-text-here[/tag] upon a suggestion made by a representative of the Commission, Superior has determined to take the following actions"
Meaning, they want us to believe that they were pushed to do this. 'Partially' has many meanings and in this case it means, "they told us to...but not really"
it goes on to say:
---"which it believes are in the best interests of its shareholders[tag]insert-text-here[/tag] and in informed trading in its common stock in the over-the-counter market."
BEST INTEREST???? In what way??? In the way we see fit, or the way D.L. Jr sees fit. and Mr Keegan, the esteemed BANKRUPTCY attorney, see fit? Holders such as I (#8), want to best see it continue trading, while they believe our interest is to step back while the burning begins of our shares so that we dont get burned.
They will come back, according to them. Possibly with a different name or whatever. Its happened to other companies I've owned too. Blockbuster, wake up one day and it's now a liquidiating ticker symbol. Or even NFLD a bio company that now sits on my portfolio like a skeleton. These shares dont trade folks. They are 0's. no one to sell em to.
I WANT TO BE WRONG. But the feeling is eerily familiar. On the 8th... I will stand with my brothers of 1.5 years+ and hope i'm wrong. And i will hold the line, and take my almost 1mil shares with me from .00's, either to the promise land, or to their grave.
If not "Long Live SIOR", then "Long Live this Board!"
What do we make of this? 3 days into suspenson?

My jaw dropped 10 times today! +61.29% today only....
.0037 and holding!!!
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH....SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
;)
.5 million shares here as well.
I'd say a little more than a year ago. It was spring I remember, and he explained to me for hours how to extract natural gas and more about shale than anyone would ever need to know...
How I learned about SIOR was a guy at a bar by the airport (i know, I know) and buy did he love talking. Since I like listening he spoke of a company in Texas and a company in Oklahoma. Both have trouble finding employees, not because of anything more than, "no one wants to move out there". "The one in Oklahoma" he says, "they're small but very 'strategically placed'. He really liked Oklahoma... Guess who he was, one of the owners of the Texas company. After doing my homework, i figured out the two companies names, and bought Superior. This guy was right on the money.
Hi All,
Just wanted to introduce myself. Long time holder of plenty of SIOR shares and discouraged by the lack of info or discussion boards online. I found my home. I appreciate ALL your guys' great info and late night solice. I too believe whole heartedly that this company is WAY undervalued, and we will see pay day... soon... or whenever, it doesnt matter.
Great to meet you all.
