BOOOOOM, I dropped my 6k shares too, glad I was able to save myself a hundred bucks while I still can.
Baja,
This information is great, thanks! But it seems to me that we are all left holding the bag anyway. I'm not sure what we can do, I've already submitted a complaint to the SEC, not sure what they are doing.
I'm not sure anything we do will be fruitful or worth the time involved to do it. I had 5k invested, made a bad investment, good lesson learned, next time I will pay more attention to location and previous acquisition history before buying.
Any other action you think we can take?
Nobody in their right mind would be buying shares of this stock right now...
Baja, I dont have much knowledge in this stuff, but whatever it takes I am motivated to take these guys down...Whatever action we can take, if you know of anything, please let us know.
I didnt have much invested in Amico, but it doesnt matter to me, I dont like being stolen from but this is deeper than that, principle is at stake.
So..basically what youre saying is...we should all plan a tourist trip to China and pay these guys a visit..
I filed a complaint...
I've never had this happen before, what can I expect? My shares to just disappear? or sit in my account with 0 value? or what?
Anything else we can do? It looks like people are buying??
the bigger question is... HOW?
Guys, this is plainly without a doubt meditated, planned pure corruption and stealing...I encourage all of you to file with the SEC per Baja's link.
IF not for yourselves but for others who possibly might fall into this trap as well..
Guys, I forwarded my chinese contact the link to AMCG chinese website and her first reaction was not good.
She said BIG red flags
1.) the website is www.01234.com.cn = not professional who names their company website 01234?
2.) there have not been any updates to the chinese website for months
3.) After reading 10-k and 8-k's she said it is hard to say the legitamacy of this company but also said it is very common for Chinese CEO and Board of Directors to raise large amounts of cash through US IPO and reward themselves with large sums of money and then leave when the company struggles/free money runs out.
Im not sure if this is the case with AMCG and I hope it is not, but my source is a highly experienced Chinese business woman who has conducted business in both cultures and stock exchanges.
Not sure what to make of it...
MOOD: Slightly Annoyed
All,
I have some Chinese contacts who I have asked to go over their Chinese website as well as find out more news from this stock in China. I will try and get Chinese addresses and emails. It's time to start pressuring these the new management, let them know we are here...
I Agree Baja, also if you look at the backgrounds of both individuals they are from the manufacturing textile industry. Hard to say what knowledge they actually have in the gaming and telecommunications industry, especially for a company that is a poineer in the Chinese market trying to bring the two together profitably.
I hate to be the Debbie downer but I am honestly very disappointed with the events leading up to the 20-1 split, the way in which "previous management" has left, and how current management has limited to ZERO experience in gaming and telecommunications; or how were they appointed in the first place?
I am beginning to believe and I do hope I'm wrong as I have a small sum of money invested in AMCG, that this could have been a get rich quick scheme for the previous board of directors.
I bought in at $0.048 This stock has to reach $0.96 for me to make my money back..LMAO not gonna happen...
Bob please share your thoughts!! I am looking for anything positive or negative!!

20-1 reverse stock split...can anyone please tell me ANY good reason to stay in this stock?
Something tells me the tax loss offset wouldnt be worth the sell off if AMCG was in any position to make a comeback...
my guess is there is some internal conflict of some sort or the company is facing financial ruin/trouble. Doesnt make sense for 3 members of the board to resign and the one that was appointed 3 weeks ago to be the only one now. There are too many things that we could speculate regarding the financial and internal health of AMCG based on the reports we have seen. Honestly none of it looks even remotely good.
Im going to assume everyone has given up? any news at all? Short sell?
