I do not check the stock price as often as I could, but when I do , I still read the same opinions of the same persons (most of them claim not to be stockholders anymore) that give me the impression that they are defeatists..
There is also a constant cry about the failure of the company to produce audited financial statements.
In my personal case I knew that this is a pink stock, still is, and therefore there is no obligation of the company to produce audited financials.
The last financials that I read (unaudited) showed that the company was not, at the time, showing a profit and my question to the defeatists is: what is your urgency to read the audited financials?
Is it that by a miracle you will find a profit coming from the audited fins? As opposed to the unaudited ones?
My personal conclusion is that the company is getting new contracts, getting more and more transactional volume, and of course approaching the point in which total costs equal total income , the famous breaking point for accountants or financial savvy.
I have no idea how far we are from this point, or how long it will take to get there, but I do think that my decision to invest in the company was right and so far, and in spite of all the comments to the contrary, I still believe that this is a good investment .
Even Bell said that he will wait until the summer to wait for the audited fins...well there is almost 2 months for the summer to end.
Well this is real good news, are these kiosks already installed or still in the process of installing? By the way thanks for this valuable info eleniak.
Tks penny for your input, I respect the quality info that you share with us the investors that believe in the company and the well established management goal to become fully reporting.
The SS was eliminated in 1945.
There is no constant selling without constant buyers.
It's ok Bell we all understand your reserves about buying stock w/o first seeing fins.We investors know this is a pink and as such there is no obligation for the company to release audited financials, as much as we would all love to see them. However we also understand that producing audited financials is also in the best interest of the company.
You keep insisting that you are a very experienced trader and an expert in wall street markets.I just want to emphasize that you describe yourself accurately since there is a difference between a trader and an investor. We the so called pumpers are nothing more that investors not traders and we see this stock as a promising one as a result of the expansion of the company in terms of number of new contracts and the increase in number of transactions. In this sense, I really appreciate the input of the Lawdog and his continuous research and posting of new information especially for the unsophisticated investors like myself.
There is nothing wrong with flipping as a strategy rather than holding stocks for longer periods of time, but for all the real investors like myself that consider this a good investment it is not nice to suggest that the company is a scam or a fraud.
If the Hodges were criminals and were engaged in a scam then a person that deliberately profits from a scam would also be a criminal. Perhaps it is a good strategy to trash a stock with the intention of influencing the price to go down and perpetuate the flipping.....in my case, as an investor I think it is positive that the stock is holding even if it is just around .30 and staying away from the .20s....maybe the flippers should start thinking about buying in the .30s and selling in the 40's
I also think that the future of the company is very good and I have bought some more stock at these low prices, to be honest I don't want to start thinking about flipping like the Dr is doing only because I want to think longer range and stop worrying about what would it happen if the stock suddenly starts going up and I can't buy again at the lower prices.
I am sure that doc keeps an eye in the prices every single day and probably several times a day since you have to do this if you want to be successful at flipping. I respect his views and understand him and I wish him luck in doing that.
I am also waiting for the audited financials to be released but at the same time I am not in a hurry because the longer it takes the better off they are going to look considering the growth in number of transactions and new contracts coming in. Even Bell said that he is waiting til the summer and he is showing patience in this respect. So am I.
I thank lawdog for his continuos research and for sharing his results with the rest of us....go gpsz!......
Agreed surf and also some of those companies don't even exist...or are releasing information that is not considered accurate. I don't worry about this company being suspended and hopefully we will see some audited financials soon.in the meantime I want to buy more stock and average down.
We agree surkfast and that is precisely why all of us are waiting to see audited financials. As an investor I want to see a company growing and becoming profitable not necessarily a proof that they are making profits but rather their plans and strategy to obtain and grow their profitability. I saw in this company a great potential and I think I was right and have no timetable for the arrival of the audited financials like the ultimatum that bell is mentioning in a recent post that honestly brought a smile to my face and I celebrate his sense of humor....I wonder what he will do if they are not ready for the summer, buying more shares perhaps?
Have you seen the 10q?...obviously not, and if so how do you know about the debts and else?...like I said before I am an investor and I am not interested in flipping shares to obtain a temporary profit a position which in my view is hurting the chances of the stock going up in the first place...I like everybody else am interested in the audited financials which will show the value of the company, the cash flow etc. but I am more interested in the expansion and the increase in volume that will make the company profitable and attractive to heavy investors that wait to see numbers before they make a move....oh and by the way please mark this post!
Good job law dog , seems like the goal of vtiger of spreading info to hurt us investors is still the same from last year....we still believe in this company...

We are investors bell, you don't have to balance any of us with reality...I mean your reality as you perceive it....everything in wall street is just about how'll investors and I mean real investors perceive about a company,....you keep saying and emplying that you know a lot about investments obviously thinking that the ones that believe in this company are a bunch of people that do not know what they are doing....look I personally invest my money where I want and after careful research of a company and their plans...I do believe in this company, in their product and the effort of management to be successful....if you don't, that is fine but just do not patronize us as undereducated and just remember what happened to the followers of Enron, general motors, etc and the list could be endless of companies that had their financials audited but from a bunch of accountants with a remarkable conflict of interest to say the least....in my personal opinion wall street is now over evaluated with a price bubble ready to burst at any time now but then again this is just my personal perception of how the stock market is moving....good luck in your investments and please just do not tell us how wrong we are!....
I think that we all have to wait a little longer and see the results of the audit and go from there...anyways the year is almost over and supposedly the Financials are around the corner.
I invested a good chunk of savings here and I am not a guy with his retirement already solved.
If the business side is good and I really hope it is, then the appreciation of the stock will follow suit.
I still don't understand how it would be beneficial to the management and majority stockholders to suppress the prices of the stock.
Maybe we should say no bells, this is more appropriate if she is a girl.
Bell you really made muy day here.....LOL...Go cpsz !!!!
By assets I mean the kiosks which are already installed and collecting cash, another asset, from customers.
Assets are also all the contracts already signed that are producing income for the company.
By assets I also mean all the intangibles including the necessary programs installed to handle all the transactions that go along with the monies involved in the deposits made by friends or relatives to their respective inmates.
Assets are also all cash balances in the bank accounts of the company, assuming there is a balance, of course.
I don't consider my investment in this company a lottery play, on the contrary I view CPSZ as a company in a line of business with future, as it is well known since there are many thousands of inmates in the county jail system, as unfortunate as this may be.
You mention Wall St very often but never refer to the volatility of even the stronger of the stocks, Google as a recent example and I am sure there is nothing laughable for the investors that lost thousands and thousands of dollars in last week's financial news from google.
I honestly do not believe in predictions from the so called "experts" in Wall St. take for example Goggle stock and the way it went down only because an announcement was made in the wrong "timing". This is an example of the volatility of even the strongest of the stocks.
Not to mention of the series of stocks that are also affected when a company of that caliber loses 20 billion in value in just a few hours.
This company is a real company with real assets, real products and real new contracts operating with the use of technology to reduce costs to jail facilities and other government entities and with a great future considering the need for a reduction in costs associated with shorter budgets in the years to come.
It will be great to restructure the debt from 20% and reduce company expenses as much as possible so that with the help of new contracts such as Orange County and the continuous influx of other facilities, the fixed costs (administrative at least) will have a positive impact in profitability given the each time higher volume of operations with the same fixed costs.
It will also be necessary to pay attention to other costs that should be reduced as much as possible and if the impact of those frankly shark loan rates can be either eliminated (payed off) or renegotiated, then the breakeven point, the magical point where income equals costs, should not be too far away and from there on we will have a profitable company and we as share holders will be very happy.
Perhaps that is what some "negatives" were afraid of and there is no doubt in my mind that some where either competitors or for some reason, they had a negative agenda.Go CPSZ !!!!!
lol.... in a way both words are related since hate produces heat...like in hell ,you know.
I have no idea but it could be automatic sales for share holders that do not want to lose more value (somebody posted about this situation recently but I forgot who he was) or perhaps an investor needing some losses to lower his tax liabilitie.....or perhaps someone interested in the Company with good quantity of stock that artificially is dumping shares to keep prices low and use this technique for potential negotiating purposes....but remember, if someone is selling shares also somebody is buying them.....no loss is realized til you get ride of your shares....on another note, the quantity being sold is not even significant when you do your math and find the amount being sold.
Nobody is benefiting from these stock prices, we all are shareholders and the majority owners interests are the same that ours. Thinking of raising funds as you clearly said is nonsense since the price is so low that to raise say 100K how many millions of stock would need to be sold?.....a lot....nonsense.
And about somebody benefiting from deliberate price depletion and at the same time being an owner sounds like a contradiction to me.I think this stock is way undervalued and sooner or later there will be a correction in its value.
There is more revenue being generated as a result of new contracts (I am thinking of say Orange County,as an example)now when these new contracts are going to positively impact the cash flow is something I have no idea but it is a fact that it will and within and this is just a guess, say 30 to 90 days.
Secondly, we all know that fixed expenses do not grow with new contracts so that the breakeven point gets closer and closer....and here I am also assuming since no financial data has yet been released, I mean audited, of course.I am being realistic, anyone with some knowledge of how businesses grow and the need for a healthy cash flow knows that it takes time and injections of fresh funds to break the sound barrier and become profitable and get ride from debt especially when you pay 20% interest. With cash you get ride of these loans that are now bleeding the business and become even more profitable.
I am confident that the stock price will go up and result in an excellent investment to all of us that have invested our hard earned dollars in the Company.we just need to be patient here.
The good thing about purgatory is that is temporary and then you go to Heaven....I still think this company is a good investment and the financials will prove me right....like we have said before we need more revenue coming our way and a tight cap on expenses as much as possible. There is no doubt the competition wants this company to fail, it would be in their best interest but that is not going to happen.I wish I could buy more stock at this prices....am gonnna ask grandma if I can borrow some so I start accumulating. I use the word we because as shareholders we also are partial owners.
why do you doubt there will ever be audited financials?...and also do you really think there is a possibility the company may go out of business?...and why there is some buying of millions of shares still ?...
I don't need nobody to tell me that I am on the red, much less someone that does not own any stock in this Company, I perceive CPS as a company in expansion getting new sources of revenue and in turn solidifying its cash flow with any new additions in revenue.
We are investors that take a risk and I prefer to manage my investments personally instead of trusting the judgement of Funds managers and their agendas. I believe in this Company and I 100% trust the management team and I think they are doing an excellent job as the flow of new revenue demonstrate it.oh, and I dont consider myself or other investors mathematically challenged....lol, what a nice way to call us idiots....we are not, i assure you.
mmm...certified financials, let me just say that a certified financial only reflect the financial position of a company AT A GIVEN POINT IN TIME...this certified financials has nothing to do with pro forma financial statements, cash flow and profit and loss projections which I THINK THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE REFERRING TO.
But a certified financial statement reflects the opinion(yes opinion only) of the CPA firm that has conducted a revision (OR AUDIT)OF THE BOOKS AND RECORDS OF THE COMPANY.But wait a minute , the CPA firm has customers thst need their services and yes, the company in question is one of this valuable customers that is paying for the audited statements....mmmm interesting....seems like they (the accountants) must have a strong interest in keeping that account.....wouldnt you dear reader?....I can honestly tell you that I would.
Now, they conclude an audit with the phrase "we have revised the financial records of the company X and we conclude and certify that their financial statements reflect the financial position of the company AS OF say DEc 31 2011......(in other words once the audited statements are published that financial position has already changed and sometimes substantially). But that is not all, they always include the phrase :IN ACCORDANCE WITH GENERALLY ACCEPTED ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES....mmmm once again very interesting.....generally accepted but obviously there is always someone that could dispute those principles and I am talking of a deeper revision of financial records , principles and interpretation....I have to go but I will continue later with my conclusions and reasons for this elaborated answer,Bell.
We are stockholders and therefore co-owners of Cpsz with the Hodge brothers. They are business people with a good personal record(otherwise they wouldn't be doing business with government entities(county, city, etc. levels).
I am sure we could keep this forum in a professional way without attacking management for the situation of the company stock at this point....I keep seeing new jails coming onboard in a continuous manner, the last one I remember and very important is Orange County...the company is growing, new capital is needed, what company is not in need of capital when growing?
I have an investment in Cpsz and am very confident that it will be a success.....I HAVE NOT EVEN THE SLIGHTEST DOUBT ABOUT IT and I am not an employee or official with Cpsz in case you may think so.Good day guys!
I hope is not 2025 but even if it is 2015, we all have to remain positive....
