welcome dia, and I have no clue if that was the reason or not.
don't be coy.
hoosegow? because he made a derrogatory remark about you jimmy.
hey pickle! heard the same. I just don't get fish being permanently banned.
fishin4diamonds got the total boot? banned?
LOL...actually this board is far more fair than any of the Paltalk rooms. Rarely does someone get booted from here.
well crud, I missed the fun. off topic on this board, tho, should be called "selective off topic"
I guess vacations, old poster gossip from long ago, recipes, gardening, ad nauseum are OK?
Oh horse puckey, there is nothing off topic on this board.
I see, said the blind woman, 12-20 dang!
lol, really? which posts.
dunno, I was wondering why atty Ricketts has an asterisk by his name
actually I think that figure is Cottrells or Storys, no mention of CMKM or plaintiffs in that last letter.
yep. now Im off to watch more CWS.
well, thats gotta be right then.
he knows, we've discussed it before. and I wouldn't call him on a weekend, anyway.
beezball is back on, later all.
No UC agreed to hand over the company, if Tyler would give him the money, that he claimed he had invested.
Except that they never got the money....LOL..they were supposed to PAY Urban.
you never know, remember the 4 million dollars that UC claimed he had invested in the company? that wasn't a bad move on Tylers part.
so because Kevin put the beliefs of another party in one update, thats going to have an influence on a Judge or Jury? Thats ludicrous.
lol with whom? they are much liked and much disliked.
well I don't agree with the decision to include that, but its not my call.
LOL! good puppy.
shut up!
jimmy, Al helped file the first Tyler lawsuit..LOL quit telling me how I feel.
goldbarren
You forget Kevin has always said, he is not CEO material, never wanted to be one, and someday we will have a different one.
I like Kevin.
I gather there are several different takes on this PR
Heres one..as feasible as the next.

Kevin is not going to provoke the masses. He's going to get as far out of the way and let this guy make an horses hind end out of himself so that when the shit does hit the fan, the Trust Fund Junkies can't blame Tyler.
Kevin has skillfully placed Al Hodges on an Island, separate from the activities of the Company.
He's deigned to visit with Hodges, chat, but has been denied the priviledge of seeing the proof and becoming a koolaide drinker....This puts Al in a bad light. Denying to show Tyler proof and enlist them in the search for the Holy Trust Fund makes it appear that Al has an agenda of his own.
"it is my personal opinion that he is 100% committed to his current actions and that he firmly believes, without any room for doubt, that he has irrefutable evidence of funds being held for eventual distribution to the CMKM shareholders and that he believes that the release of those funds is imminent."
believe it or not, go Frogs!
I am going to go enjoy TCU and UCLA.
whatever. you know it all, and you're never wrong. remind me not to bet you.
put me in the mullet category, I could GAS!
all that matters is what I think, for myself. I do not believe there are trillions coming to shareholders.
As far as the FTD's, they would be the ones to know. They have all the documentation.
As far as the Hodges stuff. Im just glad I didn't see Bills signature on it.
I have no idea the why's of it, hes the CEO, he can write whatever he wants.
Is it a popularity contest scenario, I guess thats possible too.
I don't have to agree with it.
I like Bills original stance. Unfortunately the most vocal of the shareholders can't stand Bill, so that tells you something right there.
thanks.
I find the Glisson case curious also. A lot of back and forth back and forth, and then a dead stop.
