Banister is a she... perhaps you'd have better luck if you read the filings. Your error makes it appear as if you haven't.
Somebody please sticky Steelyd3's post. We need this info at the top of the board.

Could one of the mods please sticky a link to the 10-Q and the 8-K and the two most recent PR's regarding the same? It seems like any new eyes here ought to be able to see those items as easily as possible. It's been great news! I think it would be valuable to showcase it.
TIA

So long as you only need your watch to be accurate to within an hour...
I certainly have no expertise in the tax area, let alone for your situation in Europe. There is actually a section just after the one I quoted that covers implications for foreign investors. I would recommend you read the S-1 tax implications section. You'll find the info on pages 19 and 20 in the document released yesterday.
I'm not quite sure how this all works... but one things for sure. figuring out taxes on GAINS is a good problem to have to deal with!
Go $CMGO
AE shares will be free trading after spinoff for those who are not directly affiliated with CMGO. I just want to put this one to bed before somebody brings it up again. It's all clear right in the S-1...
For those of you planning to receive the AE shares as a dividend... Here is a tidbit from the S-1 that you might find applicable to you. I've never received a dividend from stock so this is new territory for me.
Wow, what a morning. Looks like whoever wanted in (bidwhacker) started loading in the 0.034 area. I dont have L2 so I am not sure, but once somebody held strong at 0.034 the bid came up to meet the ask.
Hold strong folks. What an exciting morning!
Go CMGO!
Just checked in... We're #8 on the most active forums today. Haven't seen that in a while.
Go CMGO! GLTA
Fergus, I love your use of photos in your posts. Quite entertaining! Keep it up!
How long have you been in CMGO. It seems like you came in with the XP notice. I haven't been here As long as some others, but the whole xp thing really was just a blip on the radar. I honestly think most who came with it are already out.
No offense you you, but the claims you make sure do make it look like you don't have a solid view of how this has all played out. I don't doubt xp helped a bit, but I think most on this board, which are those which have been long for a while, would squarely disagree with your assertion. I know I do.
What a good way to start the weekend! Have a good one everybody!
Awesome... Thank you!
Really??!! I'm mobile right now, could you post up a link?
TIA!!
Step 1 complete! Now we see what Monday brings... Have a great weekend everyone!
While I wouldn't complain about news on Friday, it seems like it might be better to drop it on a Monday with a full week of trading ahead.
I am thinking we'll have a green Friday based on past behavior going into weekends, compounded by the expectation of news shortly. Then a PR on Monday to start the week out right. Maybe it's just wishful thinking, it would be an ideal setup, but given the 5 days to report on closing the deal that puts news at either Friday or Monday, and I think early in a week would be the natural choice.
No filing of an 8K this morning is a very good sign in my book also! I am highly encouraged by this. Next few days should be interesting.

CMGO Long and Strong!
Hmmm... 0.20 max huh? I should be so lucky! I'm averaged here at 0.006, I would be ecstatic at such a price! If you're trying to scare us, you're gonna need to try harder.
"5 dollars a share"
Haha... You're funny.

Interesting thought... But I would think the company would be all about making a nice and healthy pps as a base for news. Why would anyone care about keeping pps "within reach" of anyone? Isnt the idea for it to go out of reach, as in, much much higher? I could understand an attempt to curb heavy gains in an effort to promote sustainable gains, but since our move to 0.044 we have exactly been rocketing anywhere...
We will though... On a different note, I am disappointed in the recent attention today. Much better for a rise to occur on merits alone. At least when xp pushed this they presented solid facts and attracted some more longs. I hate it when people shout "volume coming" like they have today. No duh y geniuses!! Look at the strength of the company... But stop acting like you know who's bringing it or when exactly... It'll come when it comes.
Rant over.
So the claim is that a group called "10 baggers" is simply in the business of "raising awareness", and not in actively promoting stock plays for large gains. Pardon me if I am confused by the chosen board name then...
There are a lot of company fundamentals that could be covered instead of claims about incoming volume. Could you raise some awareness about the solid foundation this company is sitting on? Those are facts, promises of volume are not.
I am liking those 4's too! I've been averaging up on pullbacks and did so again today. Not bad to see growth in a day's time... :) Here's to a green tomorrow!
they actually dont focus heavily on the spin off... it is, of course, mentioned but the bulk of the report is really about the fundamentals of all the businesses. Could be taken to be a solid setup for pps build before finalization of the spin off (the way I read it), or it could be construed to have minimal focus on the spin off because it might be anticipated to be delayed again and a focus on the core strength of CMGO today could lessen that blow. Even if they do delay, CMGO is clearly undervalued at today's pps. As mentioned, I take the report as a great sign, but there could be a decent argument made that it isn't a good sign in terms of progress on the spin off. However, the bottom line remains, even if AE spinoff were off the table altogether (it's not, before anyone freaks out), the analysis is great and confirms what other analysts have said, we have lots of room to grow here!
I just stumbled upon the WSR report today and have been reading it tonight... my question is why doesn't the analysis cover through the spin off? instead, AE is clearly valuated separately, but revenues and cost of sales for AE are still included in their end valuations for CMGO. I guess it is simply the best one can do until we see separate books from AE, but it has me wondering why there wasn't more stress put on the impending spin off. It was only mentioned in one place (from what I can tell). I suppose it was good in terms of remaining objective, but from my reading they didn't even mention the 7/31 due date for everything to go down. Why wouldn't they mention that?
I still tend to think that compensated coverage by WSR is a good thing. It feels like CMGO management is ready to build a solid PPS before the spinoff. A report focusing on the strength of the company even before talk of a spin off of AE would be the way to do that...
Don't mind my ramblings... it's a bit late... Curious for any of your thoughts on the matter though.
Go CMGO!
Ah... that makes sense. I was in a week long workshop that week so I missed the discussion altogether. Didn't know it had been found. Should have guessed Fergus would be the one to find it first. He always seems to be first to the table with the DD.
Thanks to all who contribute here!
Just read the disclaimer on this report... It is a paid coverage, in cash and restricted stock. they state they have been or will be compensated during a period from June 2010 to December 2012. A quick google search doesn't turn anything up from before June 28th, 2012, but perhaps they used them in the past a long while ago. Anyway, I think the interesting part is the end of that time frame being DECEMBER 2012. The long time frame makes me think this an effort to move towards a true valuation rather that a quick pump. This also encourages me that things are moving forward with the AE spinoff. Things are about to get exciting, and in my view the company is now trying to get word out.
Any thoughts from the crew? I'm still reading... curious for any nuggets ya'll find along the way.
Go CMGO!
The report I linked to is actually not in the sticky section. The sticky linked to the xtreme picks site which does point to an updated DGM report that's 9 pages. However, the link I provided is a report from WSR Equity Research and is 52 pages in length.
I don't think it's been posted here. Perhaps I can get my original post stickied?
GLTA!
Haven't been reading every post but I don't think anyone's found this yet...

Just browsed if for 5 minutes, but it looks like a pretty solid analysis. Several scenarios with CMGO targets of 0.11 to 0.26, but haven't looked close enough yet to know if that is pre or post AE spinoff. Will be reading tonight!
Have a great weekend all!
Brandon
That is some pretty sizable bid support there at 0.041. Don't know what it looks like below that or above the small block at 0.042 on the ask. The spread looks pretty good though as a setup for power hour.
Can't wait to see if we get another Friday push tomorrow before the weekend. I love the way this stock plays on Friday's. Speaks of strong hands. very little bailing, if any, before weekends.
GLTA!
Thanks for the tip... I will call my broker and enquire on the subject.
A note to flippers...
i picked up some extra shares yesterday and thought I might play a few flips with that smaller portion of my holdings here... then I got to thinking. I am currently set up on FIFO for tax reporting purposes on my account. That means if I sell shares I bought yesterday, I would actually be selling shares I bought weeks and weeks ago. The shares I would actually keep in my account would be the ones I bought yesterday, along with the rest of the holdings. This matters because of the declaration date that has yet to be announced. If it is announced as having happened in the past, I could compromise my entitlement to AE shares by such flipping activity. At the least I could reduce the shares I am entitled to, at the worst, with lots of flipping, I might not actually own any shares previous to the as of yet unknown declaration date. As such, I will hold those shares I picked up.
Anyway, if you are flipping away you might want to consider the implication of the above if you are on a FIFO setup and are hoping to be the recipient of AE shares.
that seems to be the pattern here... morning shakeout, slow recovery, end of day pop to even or minimal red or green if we're on a push. This is indicating strong support to me. I think we've got a solid base of longs on board. Just cycling out flippers on each retrace. Hope today closes like fridays past... green!
Silly me... I do follow him, but I hadn't thought to check for other activity... I had no illusions that this was his only play, but the sudden cessation of posts had be thining vacation... should have checked into it more before assuming/asking. Thanks.
I'd say it depends on how much you're down. I'm down so far (~90%) it doesn't make sense for me to do anything but hold and hope for a pop some time. If I were only down 50% I'd be seriously considering exiting just to be done. I think the common money management rule is if you're down 50% you ought to get out regardles of what looks like "might happen"... wish I'd read up a bit more on that subject before I starting dumping money here (I'm a relative noob). Ultimately my cash lost here doesn't break my bank... but it was a few grand I'd like to have kept... :)
On the upside... I'm in a trade now where I'm riding free shares and those free shares are worth 3 times what I lost here. Success is possible... but you've got to be very smart about things. Live and learn, and then go make some money! :)
Any one know where Coolnapz is? Did he take a vacation or something? I miss his daily chart analysis... Hope he's relaxin... but hope he comes back soon too, he is a huge asset to this board.
I've been hesitant to average up since I've been riding free shares... Being new to pennies and the market in general this is the first time I've really witnessed a play by play on the push, retrace, push again cycle. The action on this stock, along with Coolnapz regular contributions, have taught me a lot about how charts tend to behave. Given than, I glanced at the real time quote today and saw 0.021 on the ask and so I bit. Glad to have the extra shares...
GLTA! We'll see what Friday brings... the setup looks good.
I enjoy it too. we've got a great group here. I wasn't referring to complete silence... just the fact that things can go quiet for a few hours without somebody jumping in with the cheerleader attitude. We've got a lot of positive posts, no doubt, but they are rooted in solid foundation, not froofy wishes like on so many other stock boards here in pinky land.
not a bad close these last two days all things considered. Obviously some profit taking and consolidation, but not huge drops in the process. churning sideways pretty good IMO. I am interested to see what Friday brings. Those have been good to us lately. :)
