It wouldn't be nice at this point...it is a fiduciary duty of a CEO to follow through what he/she says to its share holders. Its EXPECTED.
Even if its saying the length of time to get the results might be taking longer then anticipated...
So just one inside buyer of 12,000 shares is what pushed the stock up earlier this week?
We had more then that buyer this past week?
Amigo, I agree with you there is more Buyers baked in here. It would be nice to see a Friday runup today!
A lot of news/discussions regarding the need for improved animal vaccines have recently come out.
Just google animal vaccines. Zoetis has just raised its divy and talks about dry powder for acquisitions :)
Nice open!
Bid still has some shares showing
Lets follow through!
Amigo, I appreciate your enthusiasm but lets face it you might have made a couple of bucks here and there but in the big picture its been a dog of dogs...
If Zivo's product was any good somebody would be buying it. Damn near 20 years I've heard this company was on the cusp of something but nothing. What Zivo has been successful at was a tax right off for the shareholders who had enough and dumped the stock.
My guess this trades at 2.40 by Friday and 1.75 next week
Yeah, my guess is No news is not good news for Zivo...
If testing was on track and doing well they would want to talk about it .....imo
Also, I assume the testing is probably a more stringent and more comprehensive test then the Zivo tests and who knows if the company is prepared for their findings to make any timely adjustments to there algae formula
Appears the walk down of ZIVO price has started this week...
Looks like Johnson & Johnson added to there medical device division with the purchase Abiomed. Nice $16.6 billion purchase.
Wouldn't be surprised to see more similar deals by end of year
No body buying lately...the testing should be almost down I would think?
But I guess did they ever indicate "...we have officially started the new testing?
Zivo PR's reminds me of Simon & Garfunkel lyric..."Hello darkness, my old friend..." obviously from there tune "The Sound of Silence"
Is it me or does it seem these PR's are only read by a dozen or so people on this thread...I have yet to see a PR where it moves the needle
Yep I agree easy to raise money on Wall Street - And ZIVO knows that...But it comes at a cost....SO obviously they are dancing with a partner or two and at least one of them has said they want another test (probably under their supervision). Apparently this test will commence in September sometime. So they give them the 42 days or so plus additional time to analyze the data (Call it another 30 days for analysis) and then the negotiations can be more narrowed as to how to make financial event occur (i.e. merge, license, buy the intellectual properties etc.)
My point is ZIVO has the cash on hand for this added time and will probably kick up another potential suitor in the meantime. The cost will be some cash burn during the follow up trial but they have tons of other back data to keep vetting out other potential partnerships etc.
Weazel, what does SSR mean?
One other aspect that surprised me was the filing today was SO much better written then the PR last week.
But enough of that....Bottom line is we are getting some press releases here lately:
Russel Micro Cap picks includes them in their pool
USDA gives them a path to full approval
$9.00 Price Target
Appears we have more then 1 company looking at ZIVO's products based on today's filling
We land a strong partner we blow through the 9'sss (it will take some heavy volume and stock churning but it can be done imo)
"Auto-Bots Roll Out...!!!"
Good way to start the week
ZIVO
BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., August 10, 2022--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ZIVO Bioscience, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZIVO) (the "Company"), a biotech/agtech R&D company engaged in the development of therapeutic, medicinal and nutritional product candidates derived from proprietary algal cultures, announces receipt of a letter from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Center for Veterinary Biologics (CVB) affirming that the agency has claimed jurisdiction for reviewing the Company’s novel immune-modulating biologic for treating coccidiosis in broiler chickens.
Coccidiosis is a parasitic disease of the intestinal tract caused by coccidian protozoa and is one of the largest health and animal welfare problems facing poultry flocks. The global poultry industry spends more than $1.5 billion annually on coccidiosis control, primarily using decades-old compounds that face growing anticoccidial drug resistance. Coccidiosis is a common disease for chickens, especially among young chicks, and can be fatal or result in compromised digestion.
"I’m delighted with today’s announcement that demonstrates ZIVO’s commitment to advancing our product candidate toward commercialization and provides regulatory clarity. This jurisdictional decision is significant, allowing us to expedite our approval path. With regulatory jurisdiction now confirmed, we will advance discussions with the CVB on the final product development plan, regulatory strategy and data requirements for licensure. This clarity enables us to shape our path more concretely toward realizing our product’s market potential," stated John Payne, Chief Executive Officer of ZIVO Bioscience.
ZIVO is developing a product candidate for use in poultry feed that is designed to boost immune response, allowing birds to effectively combat coccidiosis and reduce the negative effects of the disease without the use antimicrobial compounds. ZIVO’s biologic features a first-in-class novel mechanism of action (MOA) that differentiates it from existing products by qualifying for the regulatory approval process of the CVB.
Crazy morning
Cracked two eggs today for breakfast BOTH had 2 yokes per egg. So I kept cracking and each egg had 2 yokes. We typically get organic eggs but I grabbed "free range" in a brown carton and the eggs were brown shelled.
Point is what kind of antibiotics/injections are they giving these birds. Felt very unnatural this morning and just emphasized the need for natural antibiotics
Go Zivo! Make a deal to go mainstream!!
Zivo should enlist one of the everyday mergers and acquisition firms to help in finding a partner...pay them a nice incenting fee for making a deal and move on
Goldman Sachs
Morgan Stanley
JP Morgan
BofA
Credit Suisse
Citi
Barclays etc.
A deal of this size would be perfect for a junior cadet earning his way up the ranks...
Also, if you enlist these guys they will put the "book" together send out a few teaser sheets and eventually get a road show scheduled. Should take 60 days to strike a deal and another 30-45 to close...
Lets get it done ZIVO....
This article was written this past February 2022...

With $1.7T in the coffers, biopharma M&A expected to be 'a different animal' in 2022

Biopharmas have $1.7 trillion to spend on deals this year, and big players like Novartis, Pfizer and Merck & Co. have made it pretty clear they’re on the hunt for acquisitions.
Merck might want Mirati. Novartis has put out a plea for small biotechs to swim toward its $154 billion pool. Pfizer is eyeing late-stage assets with a $175 billion hoard to help boost 2030 revenue by $25 billion. And Johnson & Johnson, with a new CEO at the helm, will be “more aggressive” with a $200 billion pile as the company sheds its consumer health unit.
So what are your thoughts on the warrant actively?
What are the exercise price to make them attractive?
Big animal Pharma companies have got to be intrigued with what ZIVO is doing. Industry game changer here to be able to vaccinate animals with a natural algae strand...
Which Big animal Pharma will step to the plate first?? Zoetis? Merck? Boehringer Ingelheim? Elanco? Bayer?
ZIVO - Is the ONLY USDA approved company with a natural antibiotic that could replace the manufactured antibiotics that have been given to poultry for years. These antibiotics have increasingly become ineffective and immune to certain parasitic diseases...
This is HUGE news!!!!
Don't you think Tyson Foods, Cargill, Smithfield, Perdue etc... would love to advertise that only organic or NATURAL methods used to raise their poultry?
ZIVO - needs to re-work this PR and get out to more news outlets.
1,600 shares traded at this writing...
Well............................
We got some news after the bell yesterday......and if the press release was tailored to scientist, veterinarians and doctors then it probably resonated with them.
However, if they thought the PR would be a shareholder enhancing headliner, then they missed the opportunity.
My tact in selling has always been but the glossy stuff out first and bore them with the details at the end...
Now all is not lost but they really need to get the word out with a simple message:
ZIVO - Is the ONLY USDA approved company with a natural antibiotic that could replace the manufactured antibiotics that have been given to poultry for years. These antibiotics have increasingly become ineffective and immune to certain parasitic diseases...
Whoever the sales force is on ZIVO side needs to get hustling with that simple message...
Im thinking HOFV will need to do a massive reverse spilt to get the stock price up and get compliant since the stock was below $1.00 for longer then 30 days.
So a billion dollar company = $90 bucks a share...easy math :)
Volume is elevated slightly too today...
I'm still pondering your license idea...If Zivo gets up front money as part of the licensing maybe then (in theory) they may not need to sell more shares and just keep the float where its at until they get better support and price action etc....but then again market makers tend to support the stock if they have some skin in the game.
My head scratcher is valuing zivo if they ever get a deal (either by license or straight sale) I assume its a multiple game. If license brings in $x,xxx, xxx per year what does that translate per share if the share count stays the same
Conversely, Zivo spent the last 15 years putting this together and assume they get some approvals what is that worth by itself?
Amigo, maybe the 20,000 Bid is an anticipation of the "flush" that preceded the last run-up ??
Nice to see some 4 activity though
If good news was coming I assume people would know and run the stock up
If bad news was coming I assume people would know and tank the stock
The crazy thing is no one is doing anything per se
In today's ZIVO news:
***NOTHING***
Have a nice day see you tomorrow!
Also, to your point Tony, if they don't sell/license/merge etc they just plain run out of money right? The stock trades less then few thousand shares on average and if something was close to happening typically there would be some kind of run-up. My fear is we are stuck in a further perpetual black hole with no update. Takes a couple of frustrated share holders to just say screw it and dump 10 or 20 thousand shares at a time and this stock is at a buck
Tony - I wondered the same thing. How do they plan on mass producing this stuff? Did someone say they are making this stuff in Peru? What about good ol' USA?
How long does it take to make an algae producing pond? Is this something out doors or can they do greenhouses and have a more controlled environment
On the stock side, It doesn't appear to be desperate selling (or buying) which in some ways is good. Does appear that we have a modest Seller. Still can't figure why no shareholder communication from CEO.
spooky no volume...again I thought this would have been closer to 2.75 today after the boring news this week
IMO, this is not a good sign to not even have any commentary other then the boiler plate stuff...
weazel, remind me did zivo put the shelf together during the last run up to 7+?
For some reason, I thought the shelf was part of the RS
Regardless, I do think any consideration of a secondary would need to be tied with an event that is long lasting and not just a couple of fluff PR's
Yeah, the Bid support legged down too...I recall the last weird runup they had, the Friday before the craziness the stock dropped to all time low and then it popped to 7
*So is this the game they play here? - Maybe?
*Proxy count can't be that hard to add up - So share with us zivo?
*Mr CEO, act like a CEO and inform your shareholders - Its just the prudent thing to
do
Now, I on the flip side, if these guys were a bunch of con-artists they would be selling there free shares into this dismal volume and just crater the share price and continue diluting us until the next RM - But this is really not the case here so it give me optimism!
Healthy Bid and Ask today
I don't disagree......if its a straight sale and no other news about any pending licenses or other similar type agreement is in place.
Now, lets say they make a license deal or partnership or just a good old fashion long term supply deal - those type of deals imo would give gyrating type spikes to the stock (plus I assume they would have to do some secondary offerings to raise cash along the way etc.) but at that point the stock could get better coverage and could end up into decent double digits...
Who knows though....the whole thing could go to sheeeet!
For rounding purposes...Zivo has 9,000,000 shares and I have been reading different theories on this board as to what ZIVO may be worth..
$10.00 per share X 9 million = $90 million
$20.00 per share X 9 million = $180 million
$30.00 per share X 9 million = $270 million
$40.00 per share X 9 million = $360 million
$50.00 per share X 9 million = $450 million
$111.00 per share = Billion dollar valuation.........
Now the billion might be stretch.....But I'd take something in the middle :)
Amigo,
What was I expecting to hear??? Same thing you been preaching the last 12 months...
"Hey I'm the new CEO..."
"Hey just want to update everyone on a few new milestones since you last heard from us..."
Totally wrong if we don't hear something TODAY
