Yes Sir...that's it...thank you.
I'm not sure why I could never get it to copy or paste and I could never link to it but most likely it's because I'm a pc idiot...love the net, hate computer operating systems.
Crowdfunding...the word sort of struck me
When I first saw it a few weeks ago.
Because...
Years back I was trying to get my money back from a chinese reverse-merger pump dump scheme called TTCM China run? by a guy named Won-Gil Choe (and others) which led me to a 'company' called Bellrock Energy
http://bellrockenergyinvestments.com/oil-gas
At the time a guy named J. Daniel Bell was named on that 'team' so I searched him a bit and found this...
http://google.brand.edgar-online.com/PeopleFilingResults.aspx?PersonID=2148721&PersonName=J.%20DANIEL%20BELL
Crowdfunder...Point being he was ahead of the curve? Don't know..I just thought the name was odd at the time and didn't really come to any conclusions...
Ever try setting up a global network of syn gas plasmification systems and simultaneously clean up a messy shell with the SEC? Performing a full audit? Building a bunch of companies from the ground up? Hiring an international team of employees to get the job done? Successfully circumnavigating all the government red tape that stands in the way of getting business done?
Who's doing all of that?
So this means they're now a pinksheeter and are not required to file?
"The Pink Sheets are different from the OTCBB. Companies on the Pink Sheets are not required to meet minimum requirements or file with the SEC."
I wonder if this was unavoidable or accidentally on purpose?
It has the same effect as filing a 15-12g......
Thank you. I've tried all of those states with the possible exception of Delaware as it seems I ran into a 'roadblock' or something there...I didn't keep notes...
But I'll keep looking...
Onward! Through the Fog!!!!
Biotech Development Partners LLC/BMGP
I could use some help finding where/if this LLC is/was registered with any Secretary of State? I've tried several but nothing returns...the google returns are the usual 'self-generated' variety.
The "LLC" infers that this is/was a registered entity. The LLC is associated with a Mr. Joe Noel and Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corp. <BMGP>.
TIA
EB-5 due diligence...
"Please take my money...errr..investment funds so I can immigrate to the United States on the bullet train ticket to citizenship...."
Can you imagine how juicy that steak smells to a shark?
They may as well hang out sign stating "Please exploit me..."
Oxygen Deficiency is a key element...
'Plasmafication' (registered trademark) involves much higher temperatures than merely 'gasification'...(the arc of a welding machine is very very hot, your cooking stove isn't, for instance)...
Both of those keywords could keep you very very busy reading google returns.
I don't know about the pressure element in plasmafication but it tends to be pretty high in gasification...pressure/temperature relationship (another busy subject on google...)
Interesting there, holdm...I cut and pasted that over to yoohoo for safekeeping...
(offtopic is axed with jason-like efficiency here)....
I did speed through the link enough to notice a $13k annual savings on a 24/7 150hp motor...that's very significant...
I'll get back to you...
Maybe I could start the process of believing it (PSGS) if I were to actually see it in person but it would take me awhile to wrap my mind around the concept even after seeing it first hand.
I work around electric motors up to 16,000 HP and I know of the massive bulk high hp motors possess and the power requirements to drive them...I was just making a comparison since the FWX3 motor was brought up on the message board and trying to illustrate just what is implied by "10X power multiplication"...it's a major leap and a fantastical claim...that's what the photo of the V-12 genset was about and that thing burns 205 gallons of diesel per hour at load so the 10gph of the FWX3 when used in conjuction with the PSGS would obviously be a HUGE money saver.
I don't think it's offtopic.
If the PSGS is (somehow) true the profit potential is far more than just a bit mind-boggling...truly disruptive technology. Note that "10X" claim is made stating 'from any source'...I'm not sure what that means but to put it in perspective the bottom would drop out of the oil/gas markets and the worldwide energy industry, the largest industry in the world...it's even larger than food production...would fall absolutely flat.
If Car/Mil actually do get around to capitalizing IHAI maybe more revealing info will be forthcoming.
(I'm just gee-whizzing here...I'm not serious about the viability of PSGS or titillating anyone to buy stock...just taking the information offered and extrapolating a scenario from it )....
10x power multiplication PSGS/Carmil FWX3 motor....
FWX3 with Sonic Cam Technology Specifications
Horsepower 500
Torque 800 lb-ft
Operation 4 Stroke
U.S. g/h 10
Compression Ratio 10:1
Displacement 270 cu in
Dry Weight 300 lbs.
Cylinders 8
Warranty 7 Year
Let's see 500hp x 10 US Gallons per hour fuel consumption with the compression ratio indicating gasoline as a fuel source...would natural gas work in it, I wonder?
Lets couple the highly efficient FWX3 motor to a generator in a stationary installation and hook up our Phase Shift Generation System...we now have the output of a generator driven by a 5000 hp motor. That's a whole lot of generator right there...literally a V-12 diesel locomotive engine....3x3.3MW.
http://www.utilitywarehouse.com/info2/images/3612cat/3612-1.jpg
And it's done with a 270 cubic inch gasoline engine which has impressive torque numbers for such small displacement, 800 Lb-ft, putting it squarely in eighteen-wheeler class engines which would allow an even larger generator than initially indicated to be attached to it.
We're talking literally power a small city for 10 gallons per hour of gasoline or possibly natural gas equivalent.
Cool, huh?
Popular Mechanics needs to hear about this....
Wait for 2015?
It is confusing..are we IHAI or Carmil Motors/Energy?

It's SO hard to keep up with it all....
You know that electrical power generation by wind energy is an on-topic subject, right? I've attempted to link to a photo of a wind turbine with a worker standing on top for a sense of scale...the caption refers to 'a huge' wind turbine but that one is really pretty small...some of the hubs/blades are MUCH more massive than the one in that photo...
Energy production is extremely capital intensive...that kind of stuff costs REALLY BIG $$$$$$...

Well yeah I read your post prior to its deletion but I can't stop dreaming about these wonderful gadgets...the phase shift power generation system and this phenomenal new internal combustion motor...
They're REVOLUTIONARY Star!
My spine tingles in anticipation of them finally introducing their disruptive technologies to their appropriate market places. ;-0
Thanks for that, Flatfoot...it seems my os doesn't get along well with pdf files..
I tried to post an Initial OTC Markets Disclosure Letter from John D. Thomas P.C. to OTC referring to Scorpex financials being prepared by Norman J. Birmingham but didn't have much luck there either...could you give that one a try?

And last but not least check out the ongoing drama ALTOE...we have several of their team members on our team...!!!...
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=squote&symbol=ALTOE
All are junk and most likely in no-bid status.
I haven't tracked them in some time now but there's really no need to...they're all junk shells.
The whole scenario seems to have been designed to obfuscate and confuse persons seeking to make sense of who/what/where/why....sort of like the shell games the carnies play it seems.
I believe the whole thing started with a guy named norman j birmingham and Beere Financial Equity/Beere Financial Group of Columbia Maryland...one of the earliest items I have found which can be linked to at least papaleo is TTCM China formerly known as Quadrax Corp which was in Rhode Island. Birmingham was involved in a lawsuit due to dealings in Rhode Island concerning a music company prior to the shell of quadrax being sold and the hat trick beverage, ise blu equity, netcert and ttcm china thing came along shortly thereafter.
A guy named won-gil choe was 'president' of ttcm china and was an officer of ise blu equity and netcert with norman j birmingham also being named as an officer of netcert. Choe's office was in mountain view california. Choe also ran an energy company out his home in Cali which had ties to the Columbia maryland address traceable to norman j birmingham/beere financial...it's a very convoluted and contorted story...very confusing and could possibly lead to rambling on and on and mumbling to oneself

I have indications...where should we start?
10x power amplification? PSGS-Phase shift power generation? you don't get something for nothing to quote the guy who spoke ahead of...
the United Nations assembly which Michael Mills supposedly was slotted to speak complete with a link to the roster/invitation on UN letterhead..
Only problem was it wasn't true.
What was the west palm beach project which had ties to the bahamas and we were gonna do whut? Produce power via plasmification of old tires if my memory serves?
Didn't pan out but no explanation from mgmt is to be found...typical pinksheet stuff...
And why would reportedly already wealthy individuals have anything to do with a shell such as IHAI? If there weren't issues with the shell the sec would have no issues with the shell....am I reading this wrong?
It's not up to me to 'prove' IHAI is a scam..it's up to IHAI to prove it isn't...I'm not the entity seeking funds in a public manner. I make no decisions pertaining to the shell or it's operations...proof is not required to establish an opinion.
business registrations are not necessarily real businesses...
Has the share structure changed? I don't know...I haven't dialed the transfer agent to find out..why don't you report that in reply?
Lifetree has produced more photos..of a blending plant I think it was..and a logo in a building does not a business make...
Do I attempt to refute? Yes. Do I doubt? Yes..but I'm not the one taking offense at someone looking out for his own best interests...
If you're that sensitive about a member of the public checking out a 'publicly traded co'...then maybe you should recommend to the principals that they take their quest for funding private...or would that be a bit of a harder sell?
The burden of proof is on me?...puh-leeeze...
I'm just looking to substantiate claims and get in on the ground floor and be a rich-enough redneck and not have to worry with workin' no more...(in accordance with the local vernacular)....it ain't me makin' the claims, brau...know what I mean?
Nothing seems to prove out....why is that? Who's fault is that? A message board poster or some other more closely related person or persons?
Surely you don't mean to say that I have any authority with this company...whatever 'this' company is...do you?
If the burden's on me I need to see some salary...or options or non-restricted trading shares....a free fully fictional...errr..functional pspg would do the trick.....
Don't wait too eagerly...I doubt the author himself could reproduce that without forestated pharmaceuticals....
BRT is the trademarked name that Novus Life Solutions has given to describe the information enhancing technique that is used to increase the coherence of any biologically related material. The science can only be described accurately using the language and symbolism of ultra cutting edge Quantum Information Processing or Quantum Computing. This particular description works due to the fact that it is the only practical formulation that dealing with the other-worldly phenomenon of Entanglement where particles, atoms, molecules and organisms exist in a shared energy state which is not subject to the normal constraints of what we know as existing physics. In the state of Entanglement, all possibilities exist at once, energy/information flows instantaneously and particles behave in a coherent manner. It is in such a state that energy/information can be accessed from some unseen part of the universe and can be used to increase the coherence of real world objects. A simple example is found in the science of photosynthesis. Evidence is now clear that the key molecules involved in turning light energy into chemical energy form a coherent, entangled system at Ambient Temperature, which in many cases is well above room temperature. Such a set of conditions
(Chortle)..Ahh ain't nevvah!!!....
In the state of entanglement?...
Starting to remember it now...
Never did figure out just what this earth-to-mars mumbo was about....care to explain?

What's with the cat and mouse?
People post things as fact which are unsubstantiable and then pretend to be an omniscient guru due to a few basically irrelevant details?
Fill me in again on the cosmic cookie guy in Arizona? I think it was?...We're going to produce green energy for....what kinda hoo-haa was that? Health food or some such? (I think that's worth a re-visit...)
Plasma arc doesn't check out...I'm not saying absolutely that they have no customers concerning waste to energy just that I haven't found them...like I just posted to rich...I'm more than willing to read any substantiating information anyone wishes to offer...
All of the projects they have? What projects?
Some folks have made reference to various projects in various states and countries but they haven't been substantiated by third-party references...they don't stand up to scrutiny. I and others have tried without success...matty had a problem with substantiation yesterday and I piddled with searching claims in past posts on the board but I don't always have the time to devote to it or care to bother.
If there are substantial projects which stand up to DD and scrutiny then by all means put them out there.
I'm more than willing to accept that they indeed DO have good things going on...I just haven't found any proof other than self-serving print.
This isn't "my" company...I have no investment here emotional or otherwise...it's a simple matter that I think it's all BS...that's my opinion...I've tried more than most to substantiate various claims as I would very much like to be in on that one-in-a-million real true game changer...the disruptive technology before anyone else 'knew' about it...but all I see in IHAI is a game...the same old pinksheet game.
My opinion.
How do you know they will build wind turbines?
You and others are <predicting> that they will...I'm <predicting> that they won't. My prediction is of no less value than yours.
You can posticulate but I can't?
I mentioned 'billions' because energy production is highly capital intensive...a billion bucks barely ripples the pond and the IHAI shell can't even seem to clean itself up and become a reporting company in a timely manner....it likely has enough dough for a pizza or two if the secretary's pitch in.
I've got a bright idea for mgmt in fact....they should build a venturi in the proximity of IHAI main offices and capture all of he hot air escaping from the facilities...I'll bet if they hook up a phase shift generator thing-muh-bob to it they'll be able to power a popcorn machine for the show and a bug light to keep the swamp skeeters from interfering with BBQing the yardbird.
You got something to back up that they will?
Very little offered information has validated with IHAI...you and others choose to predict overwhelming success...I choose to predict the lack of it....
I know what billions being spent looks like, rich...I see billions of dollars worth of facilities around me every day I go work...IHAI doesn't stand a snowballs chance of succeding as a major energy production player...
IHAI will never build a single wind turbine...
Not in 2015..not ever.
You're predicting success...I'm predicting it'll never be any closer than it is this very minute.

http://www.renewableenergyworld.com/rea/news/article/2011/02/oversupply-causes-drop-in-wind-turbine-prices
$1.36MM per turbine is a pretty hefty price tag considering many multiple units will be required to achieve a desireable output of power.
IHAI doesn't have the means to compete in a capital intensive business such as energy production even with govt subsidies...
They can't even afford one turbine much less 10...or 100.
quite a few...a much larger number than shows up in the google link I have attached...it takes a bit of searching and reading and they're almost impossible to sort out but the info can be found...

Perhaps there are reasons for the .ooo1 pps
A silver lining in RC's 'cloud'?
Could be...
Retaining RC as an officer of the co would be an enormous vote of confidence in him and it's not like he won't still be participating/anchoring the co and it's stated technology/goals anyway.
Of course I don't have any clue whatsoever what sentence will be handed down but I'll be willing to bet he avoids potentially problematic situations with stellar zeal and expertise in the future.
My vote is to keep him in a mgmt position and publicly stated as so...he's obviously a considerable asset to the co and if his penance is paid in full he should get credit for it...
(I know 'my vote' doesn't count for toot, it's a figure of speech, but I'm just stating my opinion.)
an unsuccesful pump/dump..that's what you've seen...
Don't quite get what you're saying. "Wannabe pump dump"? I don't recall seeing a pump or a dump here
You put up the info, I tried to verify it.
And I verified that one phone number is disconnected and the next phone number provided by yourself was also without substance concerning IHAI...I don't think I'm the one trying to 'shoot the messenger' here...<I'm> not the original poster...<you're> the original poster.
If you want better results you need to put out better info...(that'll be $29.95)...

It ain't my fault the numbers were dead-ends...remember that I asked for substance after calling the first and got a very confused individual on the second call...if you knew in advance he had nothing to do with IHAI then why did you post the telephone number? You've succeded in adding to the significant pile of useless information put out pertaining to IHAI.
It wasn't substantial information...
I simply called a provided phone number and the person who answered pretty much had a 'do whut?' reaction...
Show me something with substance.
Spoke to Alex Alonso seconds ago...he has
nothing to do with IHAI..he knows rich...but he has NO idea what his name/number are doing on this message board.
I don't mean to intrude on his privacy but I called the number mentioned in your post...he answered...we talked....(see above).
