The upcoming news about the Memphis plant, mining operation, and Disruptive Mining competition results will be the catalysts to push Enviroleach and Mineworx to the next level in share price.
Logically there was a selloff on both Enviroleach and Mineworx early on, but it's a good sign that both were actually green (barely) for the day. As I've said before, March is going to be a very interesting time for us. I just hope that both companies engage the investing public with news releases on the highlights.
You've posted the same information three times now and your questions were answered thoroughly. Thanks.
It is directly related and completely nullifies your point. Also, you didn't answer my question on the name of the Enviroleach person that you supposedly talked to. Thanks.
"Question1 “why would Jabil need the mining tech aspect to do e-waste?” “Mineworx will not be bought out by Jabil”
Teq’s answer shows Mineworx owns the dry side so obviously Jabil is going to buy them too."
Do you think Mineworx is going to allow itself to be completely bought out just because Jabil wants something that can grind up circuit boards(X-Mill, in this case) so the Enviroleach technology can do do the chemical separating? If anything they would sell the grinding tech to Jabil while they still were allowed to use it in the mining capacity.
Regarding calling Enviroleach, do you have the name of the person you spoke to so I can confirm your claim regarding the 80/20? Thanks.
"Once Jabil buys Enviroleach and Mineworx out of eWaste they will both have lots of cash, then the 80/20 partnership can dictate the terms when they go to any miner."
Pure speculation. The only thing that can be remotely verified in that statement is that the Enviroleach CEO said that Jabil MIGHT buy out Enviroleach down the road for the e-waste tech. 80/20 can only also only be verified for the e-waste sector.
We'll see. March should be a very interesting time!
Nice find! According to the article, Enviroleach is the favorite to win.
"If Mineworx had the chemical they wouldn’t give away all those big projects."
Did you even bother to read the link I posted and the important statements I quoted? On Mineworx's own site, they say they have the Enivroleach chemical leased for free. Anyone paying attention can see you're quite off. Once again, providing a link to your own earlier post of random speculation and facts proves nothing.
This link to Mineworx's site tells us everything available on the relationship between the two companies. Everything else is speculation.

Nice summary of the Mineworx and Enviroleach relationship here:
https://mineworx.net/partnerships/
"The spin-out of EnviroLeach Technologies (CSE:ETI) into its who (sp?) publicly traded company has resulted in Mineworx holding a free sublicense in perpetuity to use the HM X-leach in its current business operations."
"Mineworx’s equity participation and ownership within the Joint Venture will be 20%, commencing with the recently signed global E-Waste processing partnership by EnviroLeach, which was announced on August 31, 2017. In return for its share in the joint venture, Mineworx will provide its engineering design and fabrication capabilities and also grant EnviroLeach an exclusive license to use the patent pending HM X-Mill technology in all E-Waste processing solutions globally."

March should be really huge for Enviroleach and Mineworx.
1) News on the Memphis plant
2) Disruptive Mining competition results
3) News on the first of three mining companies that the companies are working with.
Interesting times indeed.
I always prefer the company's legitimate news to someone's alt account that claims otherwise. Definitely a good strategy.
The 80/20 is for e-waste only, so repeatedly claiming that Mineworx should be 1/19 the price of Enviroleach is asinine. Mineworx will be also concentrating on using the licensed Enviroleach technology on actual mines, in which they currently have a reported three in the works.
Ignore the silliness and look to the facts for your investments. Thanks.
Hopefully this is the beginning of the next leg up for Enviroleach and Mineworx (both up nicely on Friday), but we may have to wait for a press release that confirms the Memphis e-waste plant is good to go for the breakout to really kick in. The latest Mineworx newsletter said the target date for that is early next month.

LOL why would Jabil need the mining tech aspect to do e-waste? Zero evidence they are interested in the mining aspect of things. Sorry, but listing tons of random speculation, facts, and links to your earlier posts of random speculation and facts doesn't prove anything.
Iberian Minerals broke up into Enviroleach and Mineworx a little over a year ago for a reason. Mineworx will not be bought out by Jabil and have already said they have licensed the Enviroleach technology to replace cyanide in mining in one of their many newsletters and press releases.
Also, the 80/20 is for e-waste only, so repeatedly claiming that Mineworx should be 1/19 the price of Enviroleach is asinine. For the record, I'm invested in both companies equally, so I'm not biased on either of the companies over the other.
As I said, the link to that video had been posted twice before and it was three weeks old. Also, the Enviroleach's initials are DN, not DM (in case anyone was confused by your copy/paste). Thanks.
That was sent from Mineworx directly to all the subscribers' inbox. Thanks.

"In their update, Mineworx mentioned their corporate strategy, which clearly will be defined by the relative success of this first plant. The real question mark is in the “mine” part of their name, involving the traditional mining segment and the potential to use this same technology to remove cyanide from mines across the globe. This is a backburner story that will begin to evolve later in 2018–but it is also a wildcard of tremendous scope, perhaps not the “low-hanging-fruit” compared to e-waste, but something that should not be forgotten by investors."

Lots of what ifs. So you're saying a random phone call to Enviroleach can get this big information that hasn't been released in videos, press releases, etc? That's really interesting.
Where is your source that the mining is 80/20? Everything mentioned in regards to 80/20 was e-waste. Let's have a reliable source, which doesn't include a link to one of your earlier posts.
teq, Enviroleach CEO specifically said there's a good chance that the e-waste portion (Enviroleach) will get bought out by Jabil, but they intend to keep the mining portion (Mineworx). Mineworx also said they have the Enviroleach tech licensed for their side of the house. Why do you think Iberian split up into Mineworx and Enviroleach around a year ago?
If you bothered to listen to one of the many interviews of the CEO, they will keep the mining portion for themselves even after a potential buyout of Enviroleach (e-waste). Sounds like Mineworx to me. Mineworx also said they have a license to use the Enviroleach technology.
That link has already been posted twice before and discussed. It is also almost 3 weeks old, so not current news. The newest Mineworx newsletter that came out on the 17th is the most up to date news for any investors trying to figure out what's going on with the company.

This was released on the 17th, so technically they didn't wait a whole month to give us a new update lol. I wonder if this info will be in a press release tomorrow or sometime this week?
The most important info from that 1 February video is the CEO saying:
"The plant will be finished and we hope in full production by February, with probably two shifts starting at the end of March. Based on the outcome of that plan, the technology’s completely scalable. So we’re looking at expanding the Jabil plant, but we’re also looking at setting up three of our own e-waste recycling plants as well."
Nope. That video is from 1 February and no where does it say anything to back up what the board user just claimed:
"Start-up at 5 tpd was planned for mid Feb. after the 2 week inspection process ended. MWX said there was a 10 day delay in startup because the inspection revealed that they had to source new shredding and filtration. Startup date is now early March."
Still waiting on a legit source to back up that assertion.
Please cite your sources for this or it's merely conjecture.
2.2 is certainly broad enough to allow the company to hold back on a plant status update TEMPORARILY. Pretty straight forward.
Excellent info. This is actually a reliable source that sheds some light on Enviroleach's lack of news recently regarding the Memphis plant.
I'm just going by what the Enviroleach CEO said. Anything else is speculation. We will see.
Based on the Enviroleach CEO interviews I've seen, a buyout MIGHT happen in a couple years, but they are going to go ahead and build their own ETI plants after the Jabil one is up and totally good to go.
I have also read that Mineworx will use the licensed Enviroleach technology to suit their side of the house, which is mining. Although it does appear that Mineworx is involved in the construction of the e-waste plants on some significant level.
It's been a month since the last news release, so I can imagine all of us are getting a little impatient for some news.
Nice technical info, georgie!
Not good at promoting themselves? They were promoting themselves just fine with news releases until June or so of last year and suddenly they just stopped completely. Something not quite right about that.
I'm currently approximately 50/50 on both stocks. They generally move together and when one company releases news, you see the news also pop up on the other. I tend to buy on the dips and then sell a bit when either stock gets overbought. Rinse and repeat.
That release covered what they're doing up to the end of this month. Asking the same question over and over on this message board isn't going to speed anything along. Maybe you should exit your position if it's stressing you out so much?
"EnviroLeach and Mineworx completed a series of successful pilot scale tests throughout 2017 and completed the design and engineering and construction of the first production scale, 10 tonne per day E-Waste processing plant which was installed on-schedule and on-budget at the Memphis, Tennessee facility. Both EnviroLeach and MineWorx employees continue to work diligently at the Memphis location with full-scale trials expected to continue into late January 2018."

Their last update was less than two weeks ago. I'd rather have one or two meaningful press releases a month than a bunch of fluff.
