Iberian Minerals broke up into Enviroleach and Mineworx a little over a year ago for a reason. Mineworx will not be bought out by Jabil and have already said they have licensed the Enviroleach technology to replace cyanide in mining in one of their many newsletters and press releases.
Also, the 80/20 is for e-waste only, so repeatedly claiming that Mineworx should be 1/19 the price of Enviroleach is asinine. For the record, I'm invested in both companies equally, so I'm not biased on either of the companies over the other.
