Wow. Please post the corporate information that only you seem to have from Price Waterhouse. A shell or a company that has been inactive because of an ill officer? Well it hasnt been pumped so money isnt flying through this like a dirty little shell -otherwise we all would be making money. Pr about being a medical device company is fraudulent - says only you. Michael Elbert was claimed by you to have hijacked the company and the website and is a claimed to be a fraud by you. Then you want to attach his debt to UNVC. No officer died - check the name Robert Cohen.
And actual possiblility is a mark to market, transfer of ownership, resume corporate communications and share increase funds further developments. But oh I know what the response will be. Go UNVC
One of the top holders of the company has died. That allows movement of a company that was gridlocked for 6 years. Simple fact of even a complete transfer of all officers and any action brings the stock off the the floor. Its not been a pumped and dumped stock. Its not massively diluted (evident by the trading - watch a 2 billion or more share structure company for a day and you wont have anymore questions). Its clean. Its a publicly traded company. It priced under $200k or less. There arent many like it. Imo.
Im not the one posting contradicting information. I know what has intrigued me with Univec and its up to you to choose your own.
Well lets get it straight. He was mentioned a not being a real Univec officer and hijacked the company in name only. Now your telling me he is an officer and the lein reflects on Univec. I know what im watching with Univec. But thanks for your help.
MICHAEL ELBERT
Thats good cause it was mentioned that maybe he was prentending to be a UNIVEC officer but wasnt according to a poster here.
Its almost comical. The people who have positions in UNVC know why they are here and understand the explosive opportunity it offers.
Somebody needs a hug today. The scumbags resume and yes Univec is in this:

I scratched my head a few times reading that but now I get it, lol. Yeap, when a sleeper awakens it runs hard and leaves no chance of getting in low like it is now.
I think this is going to be one of those stocks that people watch and say, man I should have grabbed a few.
Go UNVC.
Im full and locked for 20+ and in for the long run. Lets go! Smitty fire it up!
You are right Smitty. It doesnt take much to move this one.
Help rebuild Puerto Rico, build a medical marijuana farm financed by a newly minted Univec crypto currency. Hah. Wouldnt that be nice.
Long day... Sorry the spread was 0.0003 - 0.0005 and etrade flashed a bid at 4.
Today proves there are strong holders that know any peep from UNVC and this will be a monster bagger. My guess is an a small holder from etrade tried to force a run by putting a bid in between the bid and ask which was 0.0003 and 0.0004. They flashed it in to hope for a higher sell but nobody was around to jump their bid so the etrader became impatient or needed the cash, pulled the order and just bailed. The good thing is they didnt panic anybody which shows most people know the potential for a great monster ride.
Im feeling up for more today!
Ha. Launch time!
Is it lauch time!

$UNVC is gaining momentum.
Great $UNVC link! Thanks Green.
On these other assets were the main principals who hired Continental removed, transfered, then new main principal ill and then passed.Taking place over a period of 6 years? Experience should also recognize the price action of a small share structure and a share structure that is massively diluted.
The holding interest that once was Robert Cohen's should be changing hands if it hasnt already. Robert Cohen was ill and has since passed which expectedly caused a considerable time of inactivity in Univec in my opinion. Go UNVC!
Affiliations of Univec. Robert Cohen has passed recently which may have an impact on Univec going forward.

A public company instructing a transfer agent to withhold share structure is a gagged TA. This is the tranfer agents policy. Do you have proof of UNVC giving instructions to gag the TA?
Not gagged. Policy is different than gagged.
"Continental does not provide share structure information to Shareholder(s) and/or Brokers."
Last published valuations I think says there lots more room to go. Valued at $143,000 for a publicly traded company.
