Again the SP rose and fell. Again: no wonder.
No news 'tomorrow', no news 'next week', no news 21 dayz later...no wonder, cause last filed 'news' was 2023/08/29. All other statements are just blue blue heaven.

Exactly, just under 6 years to go, then the shareholders of presumably 9.5 billion shares will have done it: Tim will go into well-deserved retirement before the merger with Teco flushes the Sunhydrogen cash that will hopefully still be available into Teco's coffers, as Teco does not consider Gen-3 to be promising. But cash is always welcome. And Tim gets a bonus from Teco for his retirement, because he arranged everything. Congratulations.
Good morning. Cotec is so far only a MOU. And there is not yet a single indication that the developments also work upscale. So it could take another 3-5 years.
This is going below $0.010.
At the latest as soon as 7.5 billion shares have been sold to the public.
Mountainman5, the share is also being sold because of your spamming here Because shares that have german spammers among the shareholders are usually dubious. I avoid such shares in any case.

No single shareholder holds so many shares...
There are Sunhydrogen shares for $0.00095 in orbit.
No matter which discussion you enter into about Sunhydrogen, shareholders everywhere are not concerned about how to structure the now more than 5 billion shares so that real investors take notice of the prototype, which is still not marketable even after 13 years. Anyone who laughed back then when critical voices spoke of more than 3 billion shares has fallen silent today. So let's get on the road to 10 billion shares and further dilution.
No contracts other than with the Universities and Schmid from Germany. All the other pr-news-talk is only about LOIs and supplier contracts. Don't be fooled.
HYSR business contracts
Fraunhofer is a non-profit institution and HYSR is only an associated partner and not a full partner. Therefore, Fraunhofer is allowed to conduct basic research, as is usual in Germany, and does not strive to achieve commercial implementation.
Fraunhofer leaves that to other companies, mostly the industrial partners in Germany. These BigOnes then later finance such projects with several billion euros and not with a mere million dollars. HYSR can be happy if they can exchange ideas and learn something in the process.
That's all there is to it.
Sad, very disappointing. So in reality they are still years away from a marketable prototype.
Many had hoped for more and today, once again in over 10 years, they were proven wrong. It's just OTC.I expected nothing less.
Teco 2030 ASA falls significantly. It was certainly only hyped up and is now being sold off. Typical.
Get your hands on a translator and take a look at their bullboards. You get the impression that there are storytellers all the time. But every 2-3 years new ones come along. And with it new bagholders.
He does not have a single source, of course. He is just a loudmouth, probably from Germany.
There, HYSR was loudly pushed when the price ran high at that time. Now, many Germans are sitting on shares that are far too expensive. Some with a lot of money. jmho.
$0.50 completely unrealistic with nearly 5 billion shares and no long-term assets.
Please turn off Capslock. Otherwise you seem very unserious. Thx. 2030 may be the year for Sunhydrogen. You should consider everything that is still missing for a product to go into series production. If at all.
Do you really believe that there will ever be third party confirmed data on Gen2? Gen1 is being successfully erased from the memory of hundreds of shareholders.
If I look at the news from March 2022, they clearly missed their target. Further development will take at least another 2 years. By then we will have 6 billion shares or more.
How do you merge 158 million shares on assets with nearly 4.5 billion shares without assets except cash?
Without Gen2, the current share price will not be able to sustain itself for much longer. I know many long-time shareholders who wanted to pull the plug last year. That could happen soon. Even Teco won't change that, since their Sun-money comes from the sunhydrogen shareholders.
Will Sunhydrogen stall its shareholders once again and postpone the announced results (prototype, milestones) until next year?
'The offering price per share in this offering may exceed the net tangible book value per share of our common stock outstanding as of September 30, 2022. Assuming that we sell an aggregate of 2,008,928,572 shares of our common stock for aggregate gross proceeds of $45,000,000, and after deducting estimated aggregate offering expenses payable by us, you will experience immediate dilution of approximately $0.011 per share, representing the difference between our as adjusted net tangible book value per share as of September 30, 2022 after giving effect to this offering and the assumed effective offering price. See the section titled “Dilution” below for a more detailed illustration of the dilution you would incur if you participate in this offering.'

At $0.03, we are talking about up to 1,500,000,000 (1,5 billion) new shares. Have fun with it. The retail investors are once again bombarded with an incredible number of shares. 10 billion shares reached end of 2024?
Twaflyer1, you claim: 'As proven by the Gen1 patent, their REVOLUTIONARY system does work!'
Should be easy for you if it is true:
1) Please show the 'GEN1 patent' to all of the readers here, if you can. I bet, you can't.
2) Prove to the readers here that the 'GEN1 patent' you claim works. I bet, you can't.
Your turn! The readers here are waiting anxiously.
Why did they file this? And why did they not file the alleged contracts with new partner companies claimed this year ? Is there something in there that the many small shareholders are not allowed to know? Caution is more important than ever!
Imho..
April 27, 2021 - SunHydrogen Completes Production of 100 Demonstration Units
'While the overall efficiency of the cells is low, SunHydrogen continues to gain significant and valuable insight during experimentation that it intends to leverage in the development of its proprietary nanoparticle technology'
Since 2021, the issue of effectiveness has been skilfully ignored time and again, and only little direct and verifiable information has been available since this clear statement on low effectiveness was made in the spring of last year.
And anyway: Why were the 100 gen-1s produced in the first place, if not to put aside the discussions about low effectiveness with a view to the quantity of panels? And where are the panels now? Certainly not at renowned companies to present the results of ten years of research ? We would have read about that in bold letters. With absolute certainty!
'pairing one of its nanoparticle semiconductor units with silicon heterojunction solar cells and perovskite solar cells' --> Pairing? Why, in detail?
Semiconductor Units 'Both approaches will be evaluated at prototype-relevant scales.' --> Not at market-scales.
'Upon successfully validating the small-scale prototype, the Company will focus on developing a larger-scale model that can integrate up to 40 such nanoparticle-based panels to demonstrate solar hydrogen production in a natural environment.' -->
The latter will then probably last until the end of 2023 or even the end of 2024.
By the time this is all done, there will probably be 1-2 billion more shares.
Or a r/s. jmho.
Very true. They will never finish their latest prototype by december 31, 2022.
No, that does not exist. This has never been commented on in over 10 years. Probably some time after the 10 billion authorized shares have been distributed. Then the R/S and good night retail investors.
Will we see a loss in bonds again with the next financial report?
We are indeed in a stock exchange forum here, where people also sometimes discuss with each other, but unfortunately not everyone is willing to accept criticism or answer questions. My request to make assertions comprehensible for all readers here was also not granted. Instead, I am called a bad guy here. The facts at SunHydrogen are overwhelming, that you have summarized excellently. Unfortunately, invested users are sometimes trapped in a cage for self-protection.
I'll make a note here,
a) there is no patent for gen1, but only for some components of a so-called device.
b) that there are no contracts with alleged partners, except with the universities and Schmid. The latter contract has already expired on 31.12.2021 according to the last published contract status.
Who sees this differently, may prove it. More is pure fantasy, because not proven by SEC Forms.
The problem is that you don't understand me. Show us the patent at last! Show us the contracts! Actually quite simple to understand. And don't keep dodging.
And if you can't do that, you'd better stop telling fairy tales here.
Show me a patent called Gen-1 device. And then show me exactly that device, 100 units. you can't.
100 demonstration units of Gen1? Nobody knows, no answers. Contracts with further partners except Schmid? No one has seen them. no one knows anything about them.
I have enough information and experience to figure out what is wrong with HYSR, to put it kindly. Unbelievable how many ill-informed users write in bullboards.
Any inventor can build a device with other technical components that copies the processes of gen1, because there are no patents on water, sun, hydrogen or their chemical reactions with each other. Sunhydrogen has only a few patents, so that competitors could realize analogous processes if necessary. And there is no patent on a marketable device that produces the cheapest hydrogen on the market. If this were the case, then sunhydrogen could pack up immediately. Imho.
You're wrong! A Gen1-patent does not exist, only patents for individual technical components of Gen1.
