Also Bollinger has contracted with Rouch to do the volume manufacturing for them. Rouch has the equipment and the money to mass produce the vehicles.
In one of your other posts you quote an article that says the civilian Hummers were made there (H1 only). That is true but also, ALL of the military Hummers came out of that plant. AM General only had that one plant. Point is, the production line, while a bit dated, is capable of volume production. Retrofitting an existing line is a fraction of the cost of buying a new line. If they get this on Oct. 7, they will have reduced the cost and timing of getting into production drastically. What they choose to put in that plant is the next question.
$MULN
Because he hasn't gotten the actual working units yet. The two he has now are unpowered. I seem to remember that he is getting 4 on October 22, but don't hold me to that.
And, yes, you are correct, they are not street legal.
$MULN
He has already received 51M shares with the remainder in escrow for 18 months. It's in one of the filings.
$MULN
Retooling a line for another vehicle isn't that much compared to installing the line. Yes, it used to make Hummers for our military.
$MULN
Typically, it's about $2 billion once you include the building and land.
$MULN
Mr. Canouse is being smart. In an emerging general sector like EVs there will initially be many competitors. Only a few will survive, but which ones? Some of the losers will surprise you. So, you keep an eye on all of them. Invest where you see a good risk vs reward.
$MULN
Hey bud, good to hear from you. I'm still here. My small pile of shares isn't worth selling so I'm keeping it. This last purchase, of the former AM General plant in Mishawaka is significant. While the production line is rather old, it was complete and produced Hummers for the military for years. Mullen just got it for 10 cents on the dollar. The land and building are worth what they are paying.
Note folks: Every single Hummer the military has came out of that building along with all of the civilian H1 Hummers they made.
$MULN
I am sure they did what they could. The toxic lenders are not making it easy.
$TGRR
Stop losses in the Penney Stock world are an open invitation to the MMs to steal your shares. NEVER use them!
$MULN
Pure, unadulterated BS. Find a better source of information, one with at least a shred of credibility. This one is garbage.
$MULN
I wish there was some glimmer of the timeline but there isn't. Could be next week or could be next year.
The following is speculation by me based on incomplete research. All 3 tickers are sidelined so all 3 have a problem. I think there are several toxic lenders that won't agree to a settlement of debt. I put together a spreadsheet comparing the list of creditors for each stock using data from the 8ks describing their bankruptcy filings. There is not a common name across all 3 so there must be several. I think the preferred share owner is waiting for the SEC to take out these lenders and make them cancel their contracts. You know how fast gov't works so this may take a while.
$TGRR
And you KNOW those guys are going to collect on those milestone share allowances. They would not have structured the agreement that way if there were any doubt. Just a matter of time. GLTA

Excellent article. Thank you.

All Three Amigos are being maintained and active at their respective States of incorporation. That tells me several things. 1. They intend to revive these shells as soon as "something" happens. 2. Since they are active no one can sue for custody. 3. The guy that controls them knows what he is doing, just not telling us.
No, I don't know what the "something" is but I figure it has to do with extinguishing the toxic debts.
$TGRR
Lazar is not a part of this. The ownership of the preferred shares that control the ticker looks to be stable and the shells are being maintained as active at the state of incorporation level, meaning it won't be taken over by anyone. This is a waiting game. Whatever the events are that need to happen occur, this will go active. Patience my friends.
$TGRR
As you saw with this last deal, they can set up an acquisition or merger, write it into the S-1 and submit to the SEC, then close the deal. THEN they can tell us about it because it is a done deal.
$RXMD
The quiet period is a bit funny that way. They can't tell us what they plan to do but, once written into the S-1, they can tell us what has been completed (or binding). (Gedi, I'm learning, thank you.)
$RXMD
Yes, a misunderstanding. Condensing water from the air is quite straight forward. As has been pointed out, any car with A/C does it today. Add a UV sterilizer and a filter and you can drink it safely.
$MULN
I thought we were talking about the Mullen Five.
$MULN
I tend to agree with Smilin_B. As I look at buying a vehicle this is a WAY minor point. In fact, depending on how it is implemented, it may be a negative. I'm looking at convenience and ease of use.
$MULN
THAT is total manure. The universe simply does not work that way. You can not get more energy out than is available. With conventional physics it is a conversion process of one form of energy to another. With nuclear physics it is a conversion of mass to energy. Period.
$MULN
Making hydrogen, as was pointed out, is possible by adding energy. If you then "burn" it back to water you only get a part of the energy back. Getting energy from water is not possible. Simple physics.
If you disagree please provide links (no scams please).
$MULN
I don't know what you've been smoking but getting energy from water is physically and chemically impossible without a nuclear reaction (fission). Basic high school physics. Stay away from such bullshit myths. Stick to real science.
If you really believe that, I have a perpetual motion machine I want to sell you.
$MULN
Notice that it was announced after completion.
I truly wish what you said was correct, but the fact is, there are no significant failures to deliver, which there would be with 100 billion shares naked shorted.
If I am incorrect please explain how the deliveries have been made.
$HPIL
Do you or anyone know how the capital raise is doing? Is this something they could talk to us about?

$RXMD
@ OPKO: I have seen his posts with proof. He speaks the truth.
BTW, Hindenburg has been proven to be garbage, and by others besides Smilin_B. You need to dig a bit deeper to get to the facts.
$MULN
Thank you for verifying what I posted.
$MULN
First, Mullen is licensing the IP from Nextech, who in turn is licensing the IP from Lawrence Berkley National Labs, who is not the only assignee (therefor not exclusive). Check the Nextech site for verification.
Second, They are not using this tech at this time. First in-vehicle tests are due, per Mr. Michery, in 2025.
Please stick to factual information.
$MULN
Which also means they started the program in late 2021 (Q4 2024 minus 36 months). Having worked with the automakers on the launch of new component parts, launching an entire vehicle in 36 months is quite aggressive.
Also, the $1.3 billion Michery said would be needed is real. Getting into manufacturing vehicles is VERY expensive.
Their Tunica facility currently has a prototype line as seen in the pics showing the MS Biz Development guy. A mass production line is probably in the planning stages. You can see a real line if you go to Bowling Green, KY and tour the GM Corvette plant. It is worth the trip.
They can discuss day-to-day business such as quarterly reports, financials, etc. They can NOT discuss mergers, acquisitions, or future growth plans.

Sorry, don't have any cereal to bring to you. Have a beer for breakfast instead.

You are spot on with this one. Battery tech will continue to evolve. But it also takes time to commercialize any new tech. MULN's LI-sulfur battery won't see mass production until 2025 or 2026. Not sure how fast the other techs are moving but there will be new challengers for at least another decade.
$MULN
Then you should also know that they have the potential to get big really quickly with their location close to the huge, brand new Amazon distribution center.
Amazon will need to purchase and set up a bunch of vans themselves or use a distribution partner. My bet is on the latter since they have not made provisions at their site for the former. Financing? In the Ft Wayne area, with the contract with Amazon, they won't have any trouble getting the money.
I know this area. I've lived here for more than 30 years.
$MULN
I would suggest you research the market they are in (Ft Wayne, IN) where I live. Delpack will do very well.
$MULN
Did a little research on Delpack Logistics. They have two locations. The first is a small storefront shipping store in Fishers, IN. This is on the north side of Indianapolis, Indiana's largest city. Probably a lot of competition from other established last-mile deliverers.
The other location is on the south side of Fort Wayne, Indiana's second largest city, just north of the airport and only about four driving miles from a brand new, major logistics center that Amazon recently built. I doubt that there is much in the area in the way of last-mile delivery competition. Delpack could grow quickly. I live about ten miles from this location but am presently not home. When I get back I'll drive by.
$MULN
Yes, I do. Please keep digging for it. THX

The shipper address is north west of Wuhan (or SSW of Beijing).

First, he's making it clear that he is not using insider information to optimize his sales, and second, he is anticipating getting a lot more shares. Why NOT turn those into bankable cash?
