Also Bollinger has contracted with Rouch to do the volume manufacturing for them. Rouch has the equipment and the money to mass produce the vehicles.

In one of your other posts you quote an article that says the civilian Hummers were made there (H1 only). That is true but also, ALL of the military Hummers came out of that plant. AM General only had that one plant. Point is, the production line, while a bit dated, is capable of volume production. Retrofitting an existing line is a fraction of the cost of buying a new line. If they get this on Oct. 7, they will have reduced the cost and timing of getting into production drastically. What they choose to put in that plant is the next question.
