BILLINGS, MT -- (Marketwire) -- 10/31/11 -- UnionTown Energy Inc. (OTCBB: UTOG) (PINKSHEETS: UTOG) is pleased to report that it has completed Well #42-20H on its New Miami Property in Montana and commenced pumping oil, marking the first oil well that the Company has brought online for production.
The company anticipates it will take approximately ten days to stabilize the flow rate and tune the pump.

The New Miami #42-20H is one of two initial wells UnionTown had planned to drill at this property based on what the Company considered to be the lowest in exploration risk as they are offset from two previous vertical wells, which determined the property sits atop a shallow oil accumulation.

UnionTown estimates that its New Miami Property could accommodate as many as 17 horizontal wells. Well #42-20H was designed to horizontally penetrate and expose approximately 2,000 feet of the Sun River Dolomite pay zone (the upper three to five feet of the Madison Formation). During the horizontal drilling process, two secondary Madison Formation pay zones were also encountered.

The New Miami Property comprises more than 1,480 acres in the Sweetgrass Arch area of northwest Montana.

Yea I think we would have seen major gains today, if most people could actually trade the stock

I agree, I sold out in the .40s to make some profit but got back in at the low .20s so no I am here till we are uplisted and can see how well the company is producing. IMO I think UTOG played this very right, despite all the trouble they were given by the SEC

what I see going on right now is someone dumping millions of shares at a time and then someone painting the tape back to .0008 with a 25,000 share trade. It has been happening all day today and was the same yesterday.

As an investor in this company, here is my concern with the current situation. Every company I have looked into has submitted their 8K the same day they announce their management changes. I understand that you have 4 days to do it after your announcement but as a company that has already been investigated by the SEC and had trading halted, I would hope that they would have started to focus more on their paperwork side of things. Luckily for me I got into this company at a low price so my concern has not yet driven me to sell off. I do believe that this company has real potential.

I tried searching for a while but could not find anything, everything that was coming up in my searches was from the new PR. If anyone has found anything can you please post a link. I hope he is the real deal and can take this company down the road of oil production.
