They’re probably going to pump these SPY s back up to 475 at least one more time before the next leg down. If so, they might even go for a new high. I’m looking to lay out some more shorts up there as I cover a lot of what I was already short on Friday. Let’s see what happens….
- JMHO
Will be looking to cover some more of my short positions,at the opening, as the rally in the DXY could be over extended. At which point the continued selling in the DXY will be used to fuel the next pump in the markets….
- JMHO
Covered some more short positions at the EOD….markets look weaker than I originally thought. Still short about half my original position but will short some more on the next rally upwards.
- JMHO
Covering a bit more of my shorts this morning…looking for the next leg up in order to lay out some more shorts. Let’s see what happens
- JMHO
Covered some more at the close….still holding a net short position but expecting another leg up soon at which point I’ll probably add to my short position with the profit I made on this leg down. Happy trading everyone!
- JMHO
Covered a little more but still short most of my position….let’s see what happens.

Wow! What a way to come into the New Year…..still short at dollar cost average around 476.39! May cover a little bit at the opening today but keeping my eyes on the DXY as that’s going to dictate everything going forward with regard to the markets IMHO. Every time that sells off it fuels the pump to the markets. Looking for a pull back in these SPY to 460 or lower before the next leg up. We’ll see.
Wow! I haven’t posted on these boards for almost two years! Nice to be back….
Just sold some SPY (short) at 475, 475.25…. building a short position. This looks eerily similar to Dec 1999 when the Dow hit new highs and the Nasdaq didn’t hit a new high until March of 2000. I’m keeping my eyes on the DXY as it’s blatantly obvious that that is what has been fueling both the equity markets and the bonds (ie yields dropping more than a hundred basis points in a month or so). If it (DXY) continues its decent towards 100, or below, I can see the Dow creep up a little higher but then struggle (at 38K) while the Nasdaq attempts to make new highs above 16K by March….just like in 2,000. Good luck to all!
- JMHO
Sold some more at $0.40….keeping a little left but not too shabby from my cost average at $0.205 for basically a week’s hold! Good luck to everyone else here!
- JMHO
Just sold about half my position (from cost avg of $0.205). Might hold the rest for a bit but not sure yet….
- JMHO
Only if they’re structured as “cashless” warrants….Most of those types of financings sound great in the headline, “X number of common shares priced at $___, and Y number of warrants with an exercise price of $_____….” But the devil is always in the details and you’d have to look at the actual subscription docs and warrant agreements. On many occasions, the warrants have an exercise price but its almost like a Put option in which the investor gets a certain number of shares to sell without actually having to give the company cash for it. HC is infamous for those types of structures…..every OTCQB stock that I’ve ever seen them finance with those instruments have looked like HLYK…..downward spiral.
- JMHO
In spite of that, I picked up some at $0.20 earlier but it’s only a small initial position. Let’s see what happens…
- JMHO
I’ve been keeping my eye on this one waiting to see if it’s even worth getting in but after seeing this from back in August- I’m staying away for the time being.
“H.C. Wainwright & Co acted as the exclusive placement agent for the offering.”
Those guys (HC) are infamous for bringing in the worst placed deals! For some reason, it’s the warrants issued in their deals that totally destroy the share price….I’ve seen it too many times before!
- JMHO
Back in and picked up a bit at $0.09- $0.10…..very thin down here but that’s the recurring theme with this thing. Let’s see if it settles in down here to pick up some more below $0.10.

Kaushal Vora, Director of Strategic Partnerships and Global Ecosystems in the IoT and Infrastructure Business Unit at Renesas commented: “The security experts at SmartAxiom have developed a complete Renesas MCU and MPU hardware and software blockchain solution for smart buildings, industrial automation and logistics. The RA “end-point sensor - through RZ gateway - to cloud” solution is now a reality. Security is a difficult subject and SmartAxiom does the heavy lifting in this powerful collaboration. Now with this ready-to-use, out-of-the-box solution, our customers can rapidly deploy and manage secure IoT systems that just work.”
Did anyone catch this quote directly from the Renesas company itself? You don’t usually see a multi billion dollar company allow their name (or even have their personnel put out a statement validating a business/contractual relationship) with a small company unless it’s been vetted or authorized and approved. Maybe there is something here after all….
- JMHO
Yes, the 16 million went to the SmartAxiom sellers as I understood it.
- JMHO
From what I gathered all that increase came from the purchase of SmartAxiom. Those shares are in affiliated hands and restricted for quite a long time which means the float hasn’t really changed much from before those issuances. As per the 8K- no shares were issued to settle that litigation which means that it was probably settled from funds from the private placement they’ve been doing which included participation by their new CEO.
- IMHO
Companies that are supposedly dead in the water don’t go around and settle their litigations as others here have been constantly posting. Not making any judgement calls yet but the narrative for this company has certainly changed from their past. Will be interesting to see what’s brewing as NO ONE goes through this much trouble unless they’re preparing something….
- IMHO
Damn this thing has some nasty wide spreads on the offer side….interesting and funny to watch. Took a shot back when it dropped in the $0.11s but hard to catch this one unless you’re watching it constantly -which I’m not. Maybe next dip…
- JMHO
Just came back to look at this. Might be a good entry point for a trade. Let’s see what happens....
- IMHO
I’ll believe it when I see it. Nonetheless this new group coming in has to start somewhere and it’s not going to be easy for them but maybe there’s a chance. Still sitting on the sidelines until I see more evidence of actual commitments but I’m NOT going to bet against them either. Staying neutral....
- JMHO
Yes, of course you’re so right! Nothing looks like total BS more than a tiny little company (SmartAxiom) with nothing to offer yet somehow STILL manages to get a deal done with a Fortune 500 behemoth like IBM...
Link: https://www.ibm.com/case-studies/smartaxiom
And posted on IBM’s own website no less!! Yes, all smoke and mirrors of course. What would we do without your benevolence and courageous crusade to bring sound Corporate finance advice to us pikers on the OTC?? We’re so lucky! (sarc)....
- JMHO
You’re sounding very desperate....not sure why if you’re not in this stock. I hear there’s about 10,000 other OTC companies that you can give them your oracle advice. LOL!
- IMHO
Which boggles the mind of why someone with such credentials and successful investing prowess, like yours, would waste their time on a penny pinky stock message board like this one....we’re so blessed (sarc)!
- JMHO
Not sure where you’re getting your information but maybe you need to go back and do a better job of research. If you’re still coming up with the same conclusions then you can easily move on as others have said. Unless you have another agenda which is becoming pretty obvious with each one of your posts. Never keep a grudge on the OTC if you want to be a successful speculator in this space. That’s what Sell buttons were invented for.
- JMHO
No one goes through this much trouble if that (balance sheet) is not in the works already. Like I mentioned, there’s obviously a new crew and group behind this and anyone still harping on what this was in the past (ie beverages) as well as who was in charge is missing what might be in front of them. It’s sort of like driving but looking through the rear view mirror.....not a very good strategy. Who knows if the new group or plan or tech company can achieve what others are saying but to think that the obvious things like the balance sheet, debt, etc hasn’t already been addressed and shortly to be disclosed- goes against the current trend.
- IMHO
It’s looking more obvious that old crew, including the Chairman, President, etc...., are most likely on their way out - as the new team lead by their new CEO (as well as those listed in the 13Gs) and their newly acquired team, from SmartAxiom, start taking over the helm. I wouldn’t bet against a new crew/team in such a thin stock although anything is possible but unlike the previous business, that this company was known for, it certainly doesn’t look like anything they were before. It’s still too early to tell but so far it’s heading in the right direction....
- JMHO
As some have pointed out already....a lot of this is probably only the beginning. This use to be an entirely different company with different folks in and out but now it’s a completely different ball game, different people involved, and we’re only looking at the first innings.....
- JMHO
My Sells above $0.08 and at $0.09 don’t look so bad now. Not sure if it’s still looking attractive down here but I’ll keep my eye out to see if it’s worth getting back in the $0.05s.....
- JMHO
It’s what they use to call “shaking the tree”. It’s also a fishing expedition. They knocked all the bids down with very little volume. Whoever is doing it- they’ve been doing it since this thing was below $0.10. My guess is that its the same buyers as before trying to get shares at lower prices. It keeps getting harder and harder for them though.
- IMHO
Thanks! I’ll come back when I think its a good entry point again. Good luck!!
- JMHO
Officially a software / IoT/ Blockcahin/ Cyber security/ Cloud Enterprise company! About time!
- IMHO
Got out another 200K at $0.09! I’m good now sitting on the sidelines! Good luck to everyone!
- IMHO
Yeah, something has been percolating and it’s trending that way. It’ll be interesting to see what’s up but that might explain why the stock has been moving up as well as who we’ve seen getting involved lately. There’s always a rhyme or reason but we’ll see. Interesting
- JMHO
Yes....on a cost avg of $0.058.
- IMHO
Yeap- 500K shares x profit of $0.22 in less than 24 hours...not too bad. Keeping a little bit to see if they’ll take them tomorrow morning around $0.09! Let’s see....
- JMHO
Especially considering how much the markets have been selling off since the beginning of the month. This is holding on to its recent run which is unusual for this thing....
- JMHO
First set of offers are at $0.08....looks like I’m going to get filled! Not bad for a less than 24 hours hold. Those are usually the best- 1-2 days (hold) trades which helps in eliminating as much risk as possible....
- IMHO
Like I said yesterday...entry point was in the $0.05s (my cost avg is $0.058). First exit point is $0.08. Then let’s see but as I’ve said- this dead cat bounce was good for a quick trade- only! Nothing more than that.
- JMHO
There are those big spreads again on the offer side which is interesting considering the nice run this has had in the past week. Probably means that there are more holders than before willing to let this run...
- IMHO
