Yes, agreed! A total WIPE OUT! I listed other companies in this sector but won’t do it again here on this board. No small micro-cap OTC consumer company should ever reach more than 200M shares outstanding (with at least $10M in annual revenues) before attempting an up listing to NASDAQ. The problem is that only a fraction of 1% (only 60 companies out of 10K OTC companies are able to accomplish this every year) can actually make it through that hurdle! Once a consumer company, with NO REVENUES, is public and it has over 20 Million shares outstanding then you know it’s a hoax (SCAM)! This had the writing of a SCAM all over it!

Your quote;
“I am holding 215,000,000 shares, and am content or now (1% of O/S)”
Question?
Why would you buy so much of this stock when there are real alternatives in the beverage OTC(QB) markets? Companies like: $JSDA, $LFER, and $MOJO ??? Real revenues, relatively small floats, positive shareholders equity, etc... Just curious, that’s all.

Excellent analysis! IMHO
Pretty impressive numbers IMHO!
In the end it really doesn’t matter what anyone here, including myself, have to say about this- it’s up to the SEC and they have a (proven) history of revoking suspended companies on the OTC. If IORG happens to overcome that...it’ll be the FIRST (as a previous poster mentioned). Not exactly the position you want to be in as an investor. Not bashing, just stating the obvious.
- JMHO
I agree with you. I've NEVER seen a company go this far into suspension and come out of it with any positive results! The most likely scenario is that this thing will be revoked....not trying to bash but just looking at reality.
- JMHO
Apparently a very good group to be in....- IMHO
Apparently there was (a Seller) in the $0.30s but let’s see if this can get back over $0.50 and stay there. Every time it’s tried it hasn’t been able to hold it but sometimes it takes several tries. We’ll see
- IMHO
Something is going on here...
- JMHO
Sorry not following....are you saying this JK has convertible notes out on MOJO and doing conversions at 30% discount to the market? Please elaborate. Thanks
Who’s Jonnie K? Sorry not following your comment. BTW- still keeping my eye on NBEV, REED, JSDA, and LFER. MOJO is on my list as well, just not decided what to do yet....
- JMHO
Thanks, I'll take a look and check it out!
What other beverage companies are you following besides NBEV? Just asking because I keep it on my radar (still own a little of NBEV). Currently have it plus REED, LFER, CELH and JSDA among others. - JMHO
What other beverage companies are you following besides CELH and NBEV? Just asking because I keep both on my radar (own a little of NBEV and traded CELH about two years ago). Currently have these two plus REED, LFER, and JSDA among others. - JMHO
It’s going to be fun to watch these pikers’ (sellers) face when this bounces back! - IMHO
Not seeing any spill over action yet but sometimes there’s a delayed reaction. - JMHO
Anyone know what happened to this? Don’t own any but it looks like a total scam! These things almost NEVER start trading again once suspended by the SEC.
- IMHO
Almost NO one who buys shells like these ever keep the existing share structures. They almost ALWAYS REVERSE STOCK SPLIT the shares in order to wipe out all the previous legacy investors and debt conversions! The actual buying opportunity (sometimes) comes AFTER the REVERSE STOCK SPLIT (and reverse merger), then it drops precipitously, settles, and then pumped. Good luck with that though!
- JMHO
Do you all remember another brand that was in this category....somewhat?
See link
https://www.bevnet.com/news/2018/life-earth-acquires-just-chill
Look who owns it now: $LFER
Hence why I’ve placed my bets on the others and NOT on MOJO! - IMHO
I’ve been keeping an eye on MOJO and have it on my radar along with some others in this sector (Bev)- LFER, JSDA, REED, NBEV, CELH. I think their best shot is to merge with one of the above mentioned because at their current size no other larger Beverage or Food company would consider them given that their only brand is in a crowded field (ie Coconut Water). There might not be any big upside if they’d sell now but perhaps it could have a potential upside after selling/merging with another, slightly larger Beverage company, and letting it participate as part of a faster growing micro cap company-

Imagine putting that on your resume....COO of one of the biggest SCAMS on the OTC in the past decade! - IMHO

The full impact of that acquisition, as well as the Giant Beverage Company acquisition will not be fully realized until Q2 (September to November). We are now in the latter stages of developments to foster revenue growth and better margins to propel us to the next level. While benefiting from the scale of efficiencies and cross marketing opportunities we look forward to continued improvement in future quarters. Our objective is to grow revenues towards $8-$10 million during the current fiscal year, assuming we are able to continue to execute our plans of growth from our brands," stated Mr. Fernando Oswaldo Leonzo, Life On Earth's Chief Executive Officer.

There it is. The 10K is filed and will review over the weekend. Happy Weekend!
Does anyone know when they’re going to be filing their 10K? I saw the late notice but shouldn’t they have posted it by now? Just wondering....thanks in advance!
Apparently someone is playing the spread game! These pikers are satisfied walking away with only making a dime....pathetic! Very short sighted. IMHO
Stock looks like it starting to move up...big offers are being taken out! Very impressive. IMHO
Interesting....looks like large blocks (for this particular stock) going off this morning. Let’s see what happens.
- IMHO
Yes, I stand grammar corrected. LFER seems to be consolidating nicely in the $0.40s. Let’s see what happens.
- JMHO
It still needs to over come those stubborn sellers that keep appearing at $0.50! If it can take them out once and for all (like the pikers that sold below $0.30 not too long ago) then it can make bigger moves up! IMHO
Yes, there’s seem to be buying pressure building up on this one....let’s see if it can finally break above $0.50 and stay there! - IMHO
I just heard it and it appears that they’re on target with the goals they laid out earlier in the year. Rare to see an OTC company come through with what they claim, but so far it seems like this one is....interesting! - IMHO
Where is all this volume coming from all of a sudden? The float is still only about 5.5M or so. Can’t be that many large position holders that would look to sell at these levels- IMHO
Yes, excellent point. Something’s up and it isn’t just the volume IMHO!
Wondering where all this volume is coming from? This hasn’t happened before in this stock at these levels! Very interesting indeed...
- JMHO
True...let’s see if the momentum continues? But volume has been picking up which always a good thing with stocks like these. - JMHO
Wow! That is a big deal!! They will finally be able to get that 800 lbs gorilla off their backs!! IMHO
Any news on this? Looks like some buying has been coming in the last couple of days. - IMHO
New intraday high! Nice volume too....
Holy Smokes!! What happened? This is the most volume in over nine months!!
- IMHO
