yes, I scan the San Diego paper hoping the fat crook died but so far, no luck. Wonder when his next scam will launch?
come on I was just scamming some sucker, I know as well as you that this is dead and it was a complete scam
This horse is long dead, quit beating it.
I wonder if Destiny was ever repaid the $8,000 he loaned to Ray and Brad?
Look, If it is on the OTC BB and sells for pennies, it is a penny stock no ifs, ands, or buts. It ran to $31 from 20 cents or so. Also, as you know, I cut no slack to the fools who believed Ray and/or Brad. Ray/Brad's elaborate story was always "We are building a chip, FPGA or whatever, look we got a PO from company X." In other words they were promoting RSMI as a real company, and too many suckers believed them. As for making money, if you get in real cheap, how low can it go? Buy at 31 bucks and you lose a lot, buy at .0001, nowhere to go but up.
Anyone with any penny stock experience knows or should know that pennies are not real companies with products, earnings etc.. they are scams. However, you can still make money with scams. Just have to recognize what you're dealing with. Even the NYSE is a manipulated cesspool, but that doesn't mean you can't make a buck. The problem most had with RSMI is that people believed that it was a real company and they acted accordingly. The days of real investing based on fundamentals are long gone, just like earning 5% in a money market account.
Going to a nickel real soon now.
Would you rather be right or make money?
5 million shares volume and up 100%. Something is up! Come on Ray, find a suitable company to merge with.
Nope expecting a reverse merger or outright purchase of the shell, It is a lock.
Me too. But I just have to live a few more months.
Glad to be of help. Makes me almost as happy as when I make $10,000 here.
They can pay off the debts with shares in the new entity. This is going to happen.
No Game. What is the value of a public shell with massive tax loss carry-forwards? That is the potential here. Some other penny stock will make Ray an offer he can't refuse. Then I'll get my nickel per share or more. It has been over a year since they closed down, yet the company still exists. Has to be a reason for that. Ray may be a thief, but he ain't stupid.
Nice display of "selective memory". Look, if it went to 31 bucks, it could go to a nickel pretty easily. That is all I want.
But it did run to 31$ per share and I don't remember anyone saying scam on the way up.
Reverse merger makes sense. RSMI still has value as a shell with loads of loss carry forwards. Still say worth a nickel, at least.
Don't listen to the naysayers, they were wrong before and they are wrong now.
No question, 31 million shares Friday when the average daily volume has been less than 2 million speaks loud and clear to me. I say it will run to a nickel or better. Ignore the naysayers.
I just doubled my money here. No crickets.
Biggest volume in months. The move is on!!!
This thing is moving again
Not necessarily. He can increase authorized shares easily, sell more stock and be back in business in no time. I'm sure the office in Portland is still vacant, if not, plenty of cheap space available.
I believe he will resurrect RSMI. Do not ever lose faith.
What happened to your faith in this wonderful opportunity? I say it has life in it and will soon be at 5 cents or even higher. Ray will not let us down.
No comprendo "Crickets".
I did my part last week. Bought 1.5 million shares so lets get going here. Time for a move. This company has great potential and the product for the times.
"While a little sarcasm goes a long way, when you lather it on, Orphy, you are going overboard. All IMHO."
Where was the sarcasm? I meant every word I said. This thing will run again.
I have to agree, it is time for a run perhaps to the 2 or 3 cent level. Great chance to make some serious money. Don't listen to the naysayers on this board. They are losers. Much money was made with RSMI. If I were you, I'd go all in. That is what I am doing. Borrow all the money you can for investing here, after all, at .0001, you can buy millions of shares for peanuts. No way Ray and brad will let this thing die. RSMI to infinity and further!
Do You really believe there is a hell? Reminds me of Cobra and his "intelligent design" rant.
Those two are such scum! Wonder what Ray is up to now that his directorship at idoi is complete. He must be what, 65 or 70? Fat as a hog with a bad ticker. He can't have much time left to launch another scam. What a poor excuse for a human being. ditto for Jughead Ketch.
"but they both know very well that they were nowhere close to a workable, saleable product."
Isn't that the very essence of this scam? Ray knew from day one that he was never going to produce a product. The so called "good folks" on Tick Tock either believed he would or, as I suspect, were complicit in the entire scam.
"I have to wonder if there is anywhere that Ray can hold his head
up high. He has plundered his friends (and relatives and family),
taken advantage of everyone he met, I know that several family
members read this board and know the appraisal of many of us and
the wishes of revenge and ill bodings. It can't make the family
proud. (and shouldn't)."
If anyone thinks Ray has even the slightest bit of regret for pulling off this con, they are fools. Both Ray and Brad are sociopaths. And to this day I think they would tell anyone who asked: "if only we could have gotten financing we would have created a truly great semi conductor company".
This is no case for a rookie attorney with no paying clients. Don't forget Ray and Brad most probably had D and O insurance which means they won't have legal bills and the insurance carrier will pay for a vigorous defense. Nope, sad to say, but this story is over.
Sad to say, but Ray and Brad have the intent angle well-covered, that was the genius behind their scam. It was so elaborate and multi-faceted, they will have no problem defending themselves. It is obvious that all of the "sue 'em" cheerleaders here have never been involved in civil litigation. Anyone can file a lawsuit for a few hundred bucks. However, taking it to trial could easily cost 3-$500,000 and it will probably be dismissed fairly early in the process. I seriously doubt that any attorney would take such a case on contingency, as Gary in PB found out.
Believing that legal action will be successful is like believing that RIM will produce and market a chip! Not going to happen. We all know that Ray and Brad lied and cheated but proving it in court is an entirely different matter. Those two con artists covered their tracks extremely well. Read any PR and the obligatory Sarbanes-Oxley disclaimer. Don't get me wrong, nothing I'd like better than to see Ray and Brad suffer, I just don't think there is a provable, legal case. Besides, there is no corporate money to recover. Time to face the facts, it is over and the bad guys won.
Too bad Ray didn't stick with the 3D scam, that is very timely now, sort of like DSL back in 1999. Maybe he'll get back in, hope he still has those camera lenses.
Yes, the reverse split occurred, (Actually, it was the second RS) but they never got on the NASDAQ. And, the stock price never held 10 cents let alone the 5 dollar level.
Maybe I was sleeping, but when was this POS not on the OTCBB and when was it ever covered by unpaid analysts? It was always a penny scam stock and I'll bet the majority of investors paid less than 99 cents per share. Sure, it may have hit $31 or some other ridiculous number but I remember when Ray did the reverse split to get NASDAQ listing, and that meant it had to maintain 5 bucks a share for a few months.
