What the hell just happened?? Is this a mistake?

Need some news and some positive results in 2nd QTR reports

Here we go YOD.......give it to us!

I don't think he said anything ground breaking.

More license agreements, and cable company partnerships coming.

The biggest thing I saw was Vince's presence.

Are we to believe this was simply a father showing support for his son? I can agree with that.

Or finally, there is a reliable, high quality platform for Vince to present the WWE product to the largest (and growing) amount of cable TV wachers on the planet? I am more inclined to agree with this.

Today was great, and soemthiing I have looked forward to for a while.

I won't lie,I thought when I got in on this as soon as they uplisted I would make some serious $$.

I learned a valuable lesson...Revenues, Revenues, Revenues.

When YOKU released their IPO they operated with a larger deficit than YOD currently has but they had Revenues.

Great seeing Vince there, a true sign that he is on board fully with YOD and I imagine a WWE announcement very soon.

HOld tight, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th QTR earnings are the only things that can shoot this price up.

Once again I will share this, We have a lot of new folks here.

I have a friend at work who's family lives in the Shadong Province and has Jinan Cable.

They have seen the YOD beta and loved it. They sign up for Cable on a annual contract basis so when they renew their subscription they will sign up for YOD services as well.

Don't forget, this content has NEVER been available in their homes before. My friend from work who is 23 years old never watched a Disney movie growing up. She could only read the books. Really let that sit in. A 23 year old today wa snever able to watch Disney movies. This is brand new technology for a growing market that will soon explode. Until recently the China gov't limited the number of Hollywood movies released in China theatres. The Chinese love Hollywood movies, and the they love watching them in English so they can practice speaking our language.

Revenue will be there shortly, and more than likely skyrocket in future years, We offer HD quality, and the ability to watch in the comfort of your own home with perfect quality.

You can't guarantee that with Pirated DVD's.

We started with Warner Bros. Now we have Disney, 3D. Get ready for WWE, UFC content, it just seems like the next logical step Do you think Vince doesn't want his PPV's broadcasted in China, an aditional 12 million homes hwo could subscribe to next years WrestleMania. Dana White is number 7 on Shane's speed dial. MMA is enormous in the far east.

Again Revenue will be there but I'd guess aroun d 3rd QTR unless we see some special press releases.

Also remember that the YOD platform was built almost mirroring Comcast's platform, only YOD learned from all of Comcast's mistakes. (See one of Shane's video interviews to see this comment) I use Comcast on Demand every day and It is pretty shotty, (Freezes, errors,)

I have learned a lot from the old timers about this stock, and the stock market in General. I have been in on YOD for well over a year now.

Get in now, because this price won't be around $5.50 for much longer. LONG TERM STOCK HERE.

Uplisting is a small part of the big picture, but a necessary part.

If this company didn't have legs he would have jumped ship long before making the media rounds.

We have Fidelity in for $10 million, and Shane is in for multiple millions.

Still an attractive company if you can sit, wait, and be patient.

yes sir. there was next to no revenue in 1st qtr generated from PPV business.

And we are paying $$$ for licensing fees.

We need a Press Release about Revenue!

These are the articles we need to see.

Work is happening, growth is growing.

With the current infrastructre, licensing deals, and the fact that we are live in over 3 million homes.

We are in a far great position this year than last but the stock price is the same.

We are all holding on to a rocket here. A rocket that is getting ready to explode!

As much as it pains me say it, the 1st QTR results are not going to do much for us

2nd QTR and 3QTR are ones that should get us uplisted

It's been a year since I jumped in, it flew by.

Many huge contracts signed, went live, r/s which had as up to $8.00 for 11 seconds, but nothing has affected the stock price in a huge way....6 more months folks....6 more months and it will jump in a major way.

Can someone detail how a Merger would affect YOD stock?

If YOD merged with a company, would YOD still trade stock or would those stocks now be traded under company merged with?

IF YOD was bought out how would that play out for our shares as well.

Obviously these are fictional scenarios, but it helps to pass the time.

I don't see share prices over $100, I'd be surprised if it exceeded $30.

There are only 10 million outstanding shares.

I'd say when this hits $20, we will have more splits.

When we start showing revenue, we start gaining major interest.

Even right now we are very early to the party. Those of us who got in a year ago, were extremely early.

The party doesn't start until we show revenue. 3rd or 4th QTR.

Spoke with my China contact this morning.

She is 23 years old and was never able to watch Disney movies in China.

She could only read the books. She feels that YOD providing Disney content is one of the, if not the biggest license agreement YOD could have done from a usage stand point.

Simply put.....Lots and Lots of homes will pay to watch Disney movies. They have NEVER been available to view this content from home before. (really stop and think about that, in the US we take a lot for granted. Hell, I had a Lion King VHS prop up my end table for years, and now in 2012 China finally gets the magic of Disney.

Hello All - below is my latest question & Answer session with my China Connection who's Mother has viewed YOD on Jinan Cable. My questions are on top her responses are below. Hope it helps.

Can you ask your Mom the following questions?

1) How did she find this channel?
2) Is it a channel or does she have to press a button on her remote to be taken to the movies
3) Is there an option for her to pay per movie now?
4) What movie did she watch?
5) Is there any chance she can take a picture of what it looks like on her TV?
6) Does she think this will be used by other people she knows?
7) Were there any other details given on the screen about when she would have to start paying? (I’m hearing around April)
8) Has she heard of anyone else using this service yet?



Talk with my mom, and got some information:

1) It’s one of the channel. They found it when they were going through the channels.
2) It is a channel called “American & European Movies”. No special button need to be pressed
3) They pay the channels annually. They should be able to add this channel on if they want, but they don’t want to do it until it is time for renew.
4) AN American movie. She did not remember the name.
5) I asked her to take a picture next time.
6) Some of other people with good financial status.
7) She did not notice anything like that. I asked her to pay more attention next time.
8) My other friend told me he saw it on TV. It’s in English and Chinese subtitles.

Will let you know if I find more about it. ?
