It was CXLT when I first bought shares in 2011. I believe an oil exploration company. David Saltrelli, the CEO at the time turned it into a coupon business. He changed the name to Net Savings ticker NSAV. You could actually buy coupons on their website, although I believe they would come from Groupon. But it was at least a real company. Saltrelli just kept getting investors to invest and he would issue shares for payment. Just kept going deeper in debt, but he was bringing in money for his salary through investors. Hope the name and ticker makes sense now.
I had a little under half a million shares left and I sold today after watching it go down by $17,000 since August. I have been in this since March of 2011. Been through many CEO’s and many roller coaster rides. Since I sold it will probably go up for you all. Good luck to everyone.
Anyone notice that OTCX left right before tweeting started?
Citadel(CDEL) removed their 1.5 million wall at .03. Wonder why.
Update about dividends:
Just got off the phone with E*TRADE. My dividend shares were showing purchase of 8/20/21. I asked them shouldn’t it show 6/29/17 so it will get reported to IRS as long term if I sell. After looking through my history and seeing a spin-off in which I told them never happened. They finally realized what I was saying and that it was a dividend, not a spin-off and they agreed it should be long term and dated 6/29/17. They said it will take a couple days to get corrected and they will let me know when it is fixed. Just a heads up for anyone else with the dividend so you don’t get hit with short term instead of long term. Nows the time to fix it, not when you are doing your taxes next spring and realize it.
Did we run up to fast this morning?
You seem to keep nailing it. How about $1.00 next resistance. If you say it it may come true. Lol
Are we about to leave the .058’s in the rear view mirror????????
For anyone interested in how long you can hold your dividend shares after they are released.
From E*TRADE:
Thank you for contacting us about your NSAV shares. I can confirm that there are no restrictions on the shares. You are able to hold them for as long as you need or sell them whenever you see fit. I would think the SEC would leave NSAV alone since they’re current and filings show them owning percentages of companies they have been PRing about. If the crypto trading desk flops like the exchange did, I will be concerned.
Finally chewed through big wall at .0383
I have shared that my dividend shares were released Friday and that they showed as negative shares in my account. E*TRADE had it fixed by market open today. I assumed since I had held these dividend shares since 2017 that they would qualify as a long term investment. When I look at my tax lot it shows 8/20/21. So I guess they are short term unless I hold them until 8/20/22. Does this make sense that they would not be treated as long term? Any of you really smart people know?
It seems like I remember reading that, but they haven’t told me that. I’ll try to get an answer from E*TRADE.
Received them in 2017. Mine were a number until yesterday afternoon, now they say NSAV. E*TRADE made an error and show them as -422,911 Hard to believe someone wouldn’t realize they put a negative amount of shares in someone’s account. Maybe someone is borrowing them, lol. The people who can fix it only work M-F though. So I was told today it would be fix on Monday.
$895 to release 422,911 shares at .03 is $12,687.33
I have been trying to get them released since 12-3-20. Would have been nice if that would have happened sooner and could have sold over .10
I really didn’t think they would ever be worth anything. When the price started moving last year I decided it was worth a try.
E*TRADE handled everything. Including wiring the money to Attorney from my E*TRADE account.
Yes. Total of $895. $450 to Attorney for opinion letter. Then E*TRADE had a fee and the transfer agent had a fee. That totaled $445.
Thank you
Well my dividend shares no longer show as a cusip #. They show as NSAV now. The only problem is they show as negative shares instead of just shares. My total account value has been subtracted by the value of those shares instead of added. Spoke with E*TRADE since you can contact them 24/7 and they said the only employees that can fix this only work M-F. So I hope this is fixed by opening bell on Monday because now I don’t have any cash to trade with. My cash balance is negative over $8000. If it can go wrong, it’s gonna happen to me. In 1994 I had a procedure on my heart. There was less than 1% chance of having a heart attack through complication from the procedure. Guess who had a heart attack that day. I just have bad luck.
I don’t have private messages. I’m only getting 422,911 dividend shares. I had 5.6 million shares I held till 2017 and at time of dividend I only had 4,229,113. I wasn’t able to buy all mine at triple zero’s. I first bought in March 2011 at .78 cents a share, then .44 cents and again around .15 cents. I kept averaging down but the price just kept falling. It dropped to sub pennies, I believe around .004 where I averaged down again. By the time it hit .0001 I had so much money in I just wasn’t willing to put in anymore. I thought I’d lost it all and wasn’t gonna lose anymore. I had my average at .0008 with 5.6 million shares and sold at around .0005 in 2017 for a big loss right before volume picked up and it started to move. So I bought back in and my average moved up to .0012. It hit .0015 and I thought it was gonna keep going so I held just for it to fall back to .0001 again. Believe me Tilton was the scum of the earth to me, but there were around 3 or 4 CEO’s before him that were scum too. I sold in January for a small profit and watched it keep going up. I finally started trying to flip it scared to stay in and get burned again. Although I did get caught with .048 cents a share average while it dropped to .005 and thought I had screwed up again. Now I’m up over $26,000 and hoping my divies are freed up next week. So I won’t be able to hurt the price with that amount. I was in today when the other guy started dumping those 5 million and it scared me out. Only made $300 today. I sure wish I had known it was his divies and not others bailing and I would have stayed in. I will not let myself go back to red with NSAV. I missed my chance for big money, but I’m just happy after 10 years I got my original investment back plus $26,000. Hope to add to that with divies and some flipping. When the exchange flopped on 8/9/21 I was out at .115. No way was I going down with the ship again. GLTUA
I don’t believe shotsky has got his dividend shares released yet. He got 10% of 225,000,000 shares, so he should have 22,500,000 divies.
In 2017 JT offered a 10% dividend in the form of shares. For every 1,000,000 shares you owned, you were given 100,000 dividend shares. They were originally supposed to be restricted for 6 months, then when he issued them he had changed it to 1 year. He never had them released and with the stock doing nothing until this year, most didn’t worry about trying to get them released. Now most of us want them released.
Congrats. Was it thru E*TRADE? I’m expecting mine anytime thru E*TRADE.
SLAP THE ASK
SLAP THE ask
SLAP the ask
Better slap the ask and get this back above .03
Thanks
How many days do you set stochastic for?
Instead of just focusing on the exchange, we’re now going to have a governance token. There is always some new idea/promise. What happened to the stux token?
You ain’t a kidden. Waiting on news is like waiting on an orgasm. JUST DO IT ALREADY!!!
Anyone want to dump a few million so I can get back in cheaper. Anyone Carlson, Howell, Shotsky, hello anyone?
E*TRADE showing 150,000 @ .109 bid, that was me. Missed it by that much.
Chartmaster, what say you? Are we closing above .10?
Thank you
Anyone using RSI. Do you use 10 day or 14 day?
I have been thinking about it all afternoon. You made several very good points. I know some will beat you up over it, but I have been here since March of 2011. I’ve been through several CEO’s with the same BS. And Tilton was the worst. Several on this board act like the past doesn’t matter, but I’m sure none of them would let someone back in their house who had stolen from them repeatedly without being a little skeptical that they may steal again. I have been in and out of this stock about 5 times since January. It started moving and I finally after 10 years of being stuck had averaged down from .78 cents, yes .78 cents and got my money back and made $1500 in January. I sold at .0014. 2017 was the last time I added shares to bring down my average and to get the dividends. It kept going up and thought maybe it’s not a scam this time so I would buy back in, mainly because of Yuen Wong. I just couldn’t trust Tilton and didn’t want to get burned again so I would bail out. I don’t think most hear will ever understand what some of us went through, especially with Tilton. I want to believe that Tilton is out and it’s real, but he could just be appointing someone else as CEO and still be in charge. That’s exactly what happened with Jake Noch, Tilton fired the CEO because he was still in charge. Not looking for pitty, I have made about $25,000 now and I want to believe Yuen Wong and the rest wouldn’t be involved in a scam, but if Tilton remains in charge with his preferred shares I still going to proceed with caution.
Yeah I took a snapshot on my phone from any post that explained how to do it. I just think it would be awesome if the incoming CEO said I’m gonna take care of it. I don’t mind paying the broker fee and transfer agent fee, I just think there’s no reason to pay an attorney fee for a letter the CEO could write.
Wouldn’t a letter from the CEO be even better than an attorney letter?
