Nothing.
What merger? There is no merger. Where are people getting this info? If you have a link to some actual news then post it. Otherwise, it is just opinion. I hope individuals aren't buying because of manufactured hype on a message board.
$100,000 on what? Some fantasy that this is an actual company? A couple of spikes to .0002 and you've put earnest money on a mansion. There is no one at the helm. The best you'll get here is in and out at .0001.
The only thing "clearly happening" with this junk is a bunch of hype on this board. There are no filings. There are no earnings. There is no news. What information are people buying on? The MMJ rumors are just that: rumors. Take a look around iHub and see how many other boards are promoting MMJ with no MMJ news. Whining is a relative term. I prefer to call it realistic.
Sure is a lot of hype over a company that has not filed anything with the SEC in over two years. I got sucked in to this a few years ago without doing proper DD and I'm stuck with a boatload of useless shares. Looks like someone is just trying to pump this enough to get rid of their shares. Maybe I should jump on this pump train.
When I see something happening at the SEC then I'll probably get excited or angry...probably angry. Check out the last filing:
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=%09ANGEL+ACQUISITION+CORP&match=&CIK=&filenum=&State=&Country=&SIC=&owner=exclude&Find=Find+Companies&action=getcompany
If you're not going to post a source, it is just opinion. Anybody can make up stuff and post it then say they have a source. Are the multiple other iHub boards boasting a cannabis play quoting the same source?
What plan is in the works? You can't count the cannabis hype on multiple iHub message boards.
Unfortunately, the only buzz for AGEL is here. Where I want to see some buzz is here:
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=%09ANGEL+ACQUISITION+CORP&match=&CIK=&filenum=&State=&Country=&SIC=&owner=exclude&Find=Find+Companies&action=getcompany
The last buzz was two years ago. That's radio silence.
I can tell you exactly how it's going to close out this week. The same as the last 200 weeks: .0001. And, it's going to close like that for many more weeks to come.
I agree with you, but there's not even evidence of cows jumping over moons. If there was any evidence of AGEL investing in jumping cows, jumping cows that are really into cannabis, or just plain old cannabis, I'm all in. Right now it's just a bunch of MMJ dreamers filling message boards all throughout iHub with false hopes.
What I've learned is that I've been holding this junk for way too many years...and I'm not your son. Until there are some real facts here everything else is just wishes and opinions.
How is that a fact? We've seen nothing here but opinions. Only one fact here: SCAM
Apparently, suspensions are going on quite frequently. The reason the last list made some waves is because of the number of companies (255) suspended all at one time. If you poke around in the link below you can see that most of the suspensions are just one company or a handful of them.
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions.shtml
It looks like AGEL did not make the naughty list. You can see the list here:
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2014/34-71465.pdf
We won't see anything until the annual report comes out early April. You can check out their filing history here:
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001269127&type=&dateb=&owner=exclude&start=0&count=40
I'm pretty sure that if I was a CFO at any company and had the same track record I wouldn't be there long. Just searching through the SEC sight I found 16 NT10-Q/NT10-K's since the start of 2008. That's more than three late filings a year.
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001269127&type=&dateb=&owner=exclude&start=0&count=40
75% that it will be on time. That's based on the last two Q1's being on time. The two before that were late.
Here's the history of the last four Q1 reports:
5-20-2009
5-21-2010
5-13-2011
5-15-2012
The stats say 50/50 chance of it coming out on time but the trend is on time based on the last two Q1's.
Thanks for the link, but if you are looking for bad you will find bad. Anybody can do it. If you are looking for good you can find that as well. This took me all of three minutes to find, and I'll bet a few more minutes will net even more. If I do as you do and just look for the negative then that is what you will get back.

Since you're throwing it out there, let's see some examples of predatory lending of last resort by YA Global. You would expect the same from any of us if we made such claims.
"to bad i know more info about GERS than anyone on this board"
Really? Classic line from Jr. High School. How about just sharing some of your insights instead of the teenage drama.
One word - SELL
In the big picture it doesn't really matter because it is only one day, but when you file an NT is the 10Q due five days from the day you filed it or five days from the day the 10Q is due? I'll need to know this in case I'm ever in a stock market trivia slap down and I need to spout some serious 10Q trash talk.
Because Tuesday, November 20 is the final day to file the 10-Q after filing for an extension this week.

Looks like we wait a week. Typical November...

I'm not afraid to admit that I don't know that much about a summary judgement. So, in my research in to it I came across this link about a study of over 45,000 cases that involved SJ motions. It's lengthy but there is a lot of good information about the success and failures of SJ.

So what are those "three main issues" that are facing this company? In all this time you have never, ever told us. This is information that you should be telling us every day, over and over.
You have more guts than me. I tell myself each week to get out and lick my wounds but by Wednesday each week I chicken out and hold. There is just enough bait on Skunk's site to keep me in. Who knows? You're probably the genius in the room. Good luck.
"Captain Repetitive". That's a good one. It made me laugh through my nose.
The last time Slash said "Oh My Dear Lord!" in 2010 good news broke with Green Plains. He's saying "Oh My Dear Lord!" in 2012 just before he breaks some more good news. The link to the Yahoo post is his qualifier.
Occupy SIRE...I'm diggin' it.
For Pete's sake, just post the reason why you know there is no shareholder letter this week. I don't think anyone here wants to wade through all your posts on Raging Bull. While I do share your belief about the shareholder letter, I just want to know how you know. Are you sure you are not my teenage son?
Tell us exactly how you know there is no shareholder letter this week. I don't disagree, but you can't just throw that out there without some kind of support. I don't think you are limited to one post a day from all message boards so post it some place else and we will be your proxy.
I'm not sure if anyone has seen or posted this but I ran across it today. I am not even sure what it means, but maybe smarter people than me can translate. It was posted on the SEC site on December 20, 2011.

My sports analogy of not giving your opponent any fuel is purely a gut feeling, not based on any historical facts, just gut. Occasionally, my gut is right. We'll see.
The more I think about this it seems like a situation where you don't want to say anything that will give your enemy, or in this case, defendants, any fuel for the fire. If you noticed in the last week, Tom Brady has not said anything more about winning the Super Bowl other than "We are going to try our best". Anything more than that will just motivate the Giants. GERS might be holding off on any news until settlements or the end of court proceedings. I think if I were an attorney, which I absolutely am not, my advice would be to lay low until things are settled. Just me thinking out loud.
I DO know what I am talking about. I doubt your clerk has web maintenance knowledge outside of using a UI to push updates to a website, otherwise you are paying your clerk way too little. Those UIs are designed to allow the average user to make updates without having to call the webmaster every time you want to make a change. Many businesses need a web developer to maintain their site. Looking at GreenShift they are not spending their money on web maintenance or development, which is fine by me. Their website is adequate for their needs. As far as the merits of advertising go, GreenShift is not Madison Avenue, although I do like your aspirations. I highly doubt the "stagnation of the volume and the meandering of the PPS" is the reason that we haven't taken off yet. This is my opinion based on my experience.
I agree with jimmowrey on the website stuff. This market is not based on your website. Right now it's just a placemarker with the basic company outline and some contact info. If you are interested in Greenshift and you are using their website is the sole factor in decision making then maybe you should be looking elsewhere to invest. Besides, I don't want Greenshift spending money on web development or hiring IT guys until this thing gets going. That money can be better spent on litigation. I would hate to think that dilution was happening to pay the webmaster his fee to update the website. I work in web development, and believe me, it is not cheap.
I could use some help. I am about halfway through reading the Markman hearing transcript. I am not clear on what "Prevost" means. I'm sure someone smarter can educate me. "Googling" it does not get me much. Is "Prevost" exclusive to the patents or maybe some kind of proprietary thing?
slimeo, you do realize you posted this on iHub, don't you? "Scam" posts are supposed to go to Yahoo. Glad I could help.
