Well, youse asked for it; and youse got some....
Over 6.6 million certs traded.
Share price closed below $00.004.
A dump without a preceeding PUMP!
Hints that Asher Enterprises was not a major active player today, either. The leaves lots of potential conversion at a discount of the floorless debenture debt paper held by that vulture capitalist awaiting to be turned into cash.
It ain't pretty folks; it never is when an investment game folds up the table and heads down the chute. The next major noise to be heard might well be that chute opening and a flush of smky toilet tissue certs heading to the bottom of the ocean. All IMHO.
Looks like it was the GREEN paint that somebody got out hoping to stem the flow and keep the price from vortexing to the seabed.
PAINTING THE TAPE IS A SKIT IN THE INVESTMENT GAME PLAYBOOK, AIN'T IT! All IMHO.
But what if the "storm" turns out to be REALITY coming to call at smky?
That storm is then a whirlwind of destruction. In the World of Investment it is called a death spiral. The playbook of the investment game provides for a cyclonic storm wherein the toxic financiers convert their floorless debtentures into common shares at a discount which they then sell, sending the share price lower where they continue to convert until there are no shares available to convert and the share price lies lifeless at the bottom of the ocean.
Be careful for what you wish! A hostile storm is not good for your financial health. All IMHO.
Thanks for the suggestion Mr. Lots of Sand between the ears.
I already paid my tuition for Ray Stole My Investment, so becoming a mod on a dead board with a dead corpse is not to my flavor.
But we'll still hang around here awaiting the next attempt to resurrect RSMI with a manipulation by white collar low-level bottom feeding criminals who will undoubtedly hijack this board at part of the game plan. All IMHO.
I make it that you have nominated Asher Enterprises as a toxic financier. In that status they hold floorless debentures which can be converted at a discount to common shares of smky.
Those conversions often constitute dilution pollution. Dilution pollution is detectable by a falling share price and increasing numbers of outstanding shares.
Once a company has opted for toxic financing, their ability to obtain legitimate, normal, solid financing all but disappears. All IMHO.
WHO, Who, who PAINTED THE TAPE for IDOI late this afternoon?
Backguarding the precipitous fall of the share price over the years is a real challenge.
But what else should be expected when the investment game is exposed, there are no saleable products, the revenue stream is unsure, the deficits are mounting, the debt level is quite high with lots of floorless debentures left to convert at a discount.
IDOI is now a joke stock. All IMHO.
Since no mod is operating on this message board, there is NO one to take down the stickies.
IHub ADMIN has so advised.
Who wants to step up to the plate and request to be the mod of this message board for the purpose of removing the stale stickies and serving as a target for the next hijackers when they decide to collude and fraudulently promote this corpse?
It is a thankless job. All IMHO.
When there is no mod listed, who assumes the responsibility for taking down stale "stickies?"
ADMIN?
Wonder why all of the mods deserted this message board. No "run" anticipated or some other reason. Methinks the corpse is still dead. All IMHO.
My chart shows that IDOI broke the dime and closed below that figure today. Not a very positive sign.
Just in case anybody is interested, my wife and I have been traveling and passing through airport security at home and abroad this January of 2013. I am pleased to inform readers of this message board that for the very first time in years, I was NOT required to remove my shoes for airport security screening. Does that indicate to anyone else that the alleged purpose of the shoe magazine that IDOI is flaunting is a gimmick of the past?
Goodbye shoe magazine, goodbye IDOI. All IMHO.
My observations are that the Board of Directors (BoD) in an investment game is a figleaf to cover the embarrassment.
I would guess that members of the BoD are complicit members, not advocates for the bagholders, and, as such fit right into the playbook to offer cover without criticism.
Practically, the BoD of an investment game outfit is about as utilitarian as a bicycle is to a grouper fish.
IF IDOI is an investment game, its only purpose is to facilitate the scroundrels in their quest to skin the suckers while the BoD enjoys the fruit placed before it to feast upon. All IMHO.
Desperate times for smky call for desperate measures, eh.
"Average Down" is a formulary response for disaster!
While youse be "averaging down," the insiders be dumping their free/cheap shares. It be a losing algorthim. It is right out of Kafka, ain't it. Vortex to the bottom of the sea. All IMHO.
Now why would anybody bother to read the smky SEC filings?
Or perform deep due dilligence on smky?
All you need to do to get a great, clear picture of how well the publicly-traded corporation is doing is to read the positive nonsense that appears on this message board!
HOPE and delusion drive the interest in smky just as converting floorless debentures into common shares at a discount sink the share price of smky. Go Asher Enterprises; youse guys gots it all.
See any company news releases lately informing the stuck bagholders how the efforts to raise legitimate, solid, quality financing is progressing? Wonder why.
Consider how skilled the alleged buyers of smky shares are as they play a dangerous game of trying to catch falling knives. Accumulate at your own risk as the insiders cash out. All IMHO.
Can some kind soul provide a definitive resolution to the nomenclature of
1. Lender of Last Resort, and
2. Toxic Financier.
From my lexicon, I do not find the terms completely interchangeable. Something about when entry is made and exit is completed.
Regarding smky, we have classified Asher Enterprises as a toxic financier. Discovering floorless debentures convertible at a discount constitutes prima facie evidence. Is that the appropriate nomination?
While both terms connote vultures, the differences are nuanced. All IMHO.
I appreciate your kind and prompt reply. No, I did not read your accusation as a facetious remark; sorry.
What I now ask you directly and respectfully is why does a reader on IHub require a thick skin? Is IHub nothing more than a PUMP & dump gamester message board? Are there no honest investors who post on IHub with genuine insights and ideas about genuine opportunities in legitimate companies to explore and share?
Your open revelation about gambling portfolios prompted this follow-up. Thanks for the consideration and thoughtfulness of a reply to this inquiry. I am becoming convinced the IHub is part of the problem of the proliferation of investment gamesmanship, not an exposer of fraud and deception. I hope you can dissuade me from this dark perspective. All IMHO.
Please accept my apology as I had NO intent to insult you. Methinks your message was the last on the list and I inadvertently replied to it as I did not post a new message.
Hope your gambling portfolio pays off; maybe you have an apple-echo in your lunchsack. All IMHO.
GLT.
While the Dow-Jones average has had a wonderful January 2013, so far, how is SMKY doing?
As we all get ready for another week of trading, may I suggest that everybody put on their reading glasses, look at a comparison chart between the REAL markets and SMKY, put on their skeptical thinking caps, and evaluate the situation.
Some of us have classified SMKY as just another run-of-the-mill subpenny speculative sewer stock investment game complete with toxic financing which will lead to a death spiral collapse in which the insiders will cash out and leave an empty sack for the bagholders. Others are still drinking the cool-aid that smky is a reborn dream that will make them RICH, Rich, rich just as soon as solid, reliable, quality, genuine financing is obtained; that is a pipedream, for once toxic financing is embraced, the creditworthiness is exposed. The vultures are eating the roadkill.
Think about it. SMKY may just be smoke and mirrors, another investment game played by professional scoundrels to skin the suckers. All IMHO.
Will some honest, truthful Raysayer please step up and volunteer to be the moderator of this moribund message board just to remove the stale stickies and to ride herd before the next wave of bottom feeders mount their next assault here? Thanks.
We need to be ready for the next run as the criminal syndicalists will surely remember this corpse and try to raise it to zombie status to make a few pennies. All IMHO.
That RSMI is still trading is a sick joke, but I don't know if that perfidious news is capable of evoking a laugh.
IF the magshoeflypie was an active board moderator as well as a catfishing assistant board moderator, maybe he would be active enough to remove ALL of the stale stickies here.
But don't count on it. He is probably too engaged in other subpenny speculative sewer "prospects" to attend to his double-duties here. All IMHO.
Try: Mitotic subpenny reversion reflush.
That may just be a scientific term signifying DEATH SPIRAL washout.
The phenomenon is often the direct result of a causative action catalyzed by the conversion of floorless debenture debt instruments to common shares at a discount that requires issuance of additional toilet tissue certs which flood the market with paper and produces dilution pollution. All IMHO.
Thanks to youse for the positively contributive spelling correction. It was appreciated. I don't know the other word (?) and I would like to admit it was a spelling mistake.
Looking at the letters and your emphasis, it looks to me like SMKY is not only in accumulation, but maybe in MUTATIVE stage, too.
Having embraced toxic financing, SMKY may be mutating into a synthetic symbiotic investment game vehicle whereby the vultures provide the means for the scammer(s) to skin the suckers. All IMHO.
Today's chart seems to indicate:
1. PAINTING OF THE TAPE at the close of the market.
2. The volume of SMKY shares traded was signficantly above the daily volume average.
IF youse put it all together, a cogent analyst might conclude that SMKY is just another run-of-the-mill PUMPER-DUMPER being manipulated by sophisticated investment gamesters with a toxic financier looking over their shoulder.
Accululation youse says? OK, but it is accumulation during a dump. All IMHO.
What? No bids, no trades, no volume on a premier Chinese commercial land holdings and underground shopping shopping mall builder. Did somebody pizz in the hoissssssen sauce? Something smells fishy on an active Monday in world markets. All IMHO.
Oh what a lovely job of PAINTING THE TAPE today!
IDOI most probably exists as a share-selling company.
Nothing wrong with that in the eyes of the regulators!
As long as there are willing buyers and sellers, the regulators won't stand in the way to those who choose to engage in business investment dealings. All IMHO.
On a "NO Bid" day for RayStoleMyInvestment with no volume, permit me to share an insight with youse on how incompetent the SEC really is today.
THE SEC IS COMMITTED TO ALLOWING THE SHARES IN DEFUNCT PUBLIC CORPORATIONS TO TRADE because they do not want to be an obstacle in the transactions between willing buyers and willing sellers.
The SEC and its accomplice FINRA do not care whether a company audits its financial reports, is an "on-going" concern, or is a corpse. As long as a publicly-traded company maintains its registration and keeps its stock symbol "alive"/"active," the shares of a moribund entity will be allowed to continue to trade.
Somewhere along the line, the SEC which IS charged with the responsibiity of regulating the exchange of securities has abandoned its role of protecting the honest investor because they are too lazy to crawl into the sewer, turn over a few rocks, make some decisions, and deregulate and deregister and delist dead public companies. Hence, white collar criminal conspirators can conjure up manipulations and PUMP & DUMPS knowing the nobody in the regulating or law enforcing positions of authority will do anything about such syndicalistic activities! P&Ds, crowd-funding; why not bring back the bucket shops, too? Just another pungent clue on the decline of a once-great country. All IMHO.
Anybody got any proof that Mary Ann's is doing real business for SMKY? Or just another accomplice in an investment game?
On the other hand, most likely, there ain't anything production-wise going on for SMKY, just issuing floorless debenture debt paper to Asher Enterprises and perhaps other toxic financiers to keep the doors open! All IMHO.
Now that makes a lot of sense....
Grow and catch the salmon in Scotland.
Eviscerate and skin the salmon in The United Kingdom.
Pack the clean fish in ice to ship by air to Webster City, Iowa.
Smoke and vacuum-seal the product for distribution.
Did they run out of power and ovens in Scotland?
Is anybody really believing this fish tale of your greediest imagination? Business plans for this manipulation should have a certain degree of credibility attached to them for selling purposes. Makes for a whale of a tale, though. All IMHO.
"The Company" youse keyboards.
What be "The Company?" Certainly not the real honest public investors!
IF "The Company" consists of the toxic financiers who designed, created, and launched this most-probable investment game to skin the suckers, then youse gots it correctly. IDOI The Company amounts to an insider enhancement manipulation using the shoe magazine as a carrot to lure in the marks. All IMHO.
They does catfish farming in Arc Kansis, don't they?
Dey do talapia fish farming in Arid Zonia, doesn't dey?
Who dat what says they cain't do salmon farming in Ioway?
Wanna bet that the Third Mars colony isn't outfitted with saltwater shrimp farming equipment?
"Imagination is the true magic carpet."
Imagination is what SMKY is selling; not Iowa river smoked salmon. Buy into SMKY's flim-flam and you might as well believe that wild salmon swims up the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers to spawn near Webster City. All IMHO.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Today's trading on this first day of trading in calendar year 2013 showed that RayStoleMyInvestment is not very active.
What should we expect? The corpse is still dead!
Maybe this will be the year that somebody drives a stake into this corpse and ends our misery here. All IMHO.
NICE PAINTING OF THE TAPE JOB at the close of the day.
How were those smoked SMKY salmon from The Rivers of Ioway as served at your New Year's Eve and New Year's Day parties?
Hope youse read the labels for freshness and expiration dates! All IMHO.
On a day when the Dow-Jones was up over 300 points in a hot market, the total handle for IDOI was in the neighborhood of $150.00 for the entire day.
First day of trading in 2013 and IDOI made another poor showing. Golly, everybody must have been active in the world of legitimate security transactions and ignored IDOI as just another run-of-the-mill pumper-dumper of the investment game variety. All IMHO.
What an ironic play that would be, eh!
Toxic financier holding floorless debentures gets finessed by clever securities manipulators who go to the Wide Open crowd-funding strategy to evade regulators, laws enforcement officials, and toxic financing vultures!
And youse know how a good sell by flim-flam artists will bring in the crowd to fund their investment game. How stupid are we? Pretty stupid and getting stupider in our decline. All IMHO.
"Manipulated runs" youse keyboard.
Are they legal?
IF there were manipulated runs, that reads like a conspiracy to commit fraud using securities. Players who participated in those manipulated runs would be aiding and abetting white collar crime, wouldn't they?
Oh, I almost forgot. The regulator for SMKY is asleep. White collar criminals have been turned loose to commit fraud knowing that nobody in the regulating or enforcing positions even care, much less are interested in investigating, indicting, apprehending, trying, and putting the white collars criminals away should they either plead guilty or are found guilty.
Crowd-funding is just around the corner. Youse think the OTC BB USA investment game is corrupt, have youse considered what crowd-funding will bring? Open, blatant white collar crime! All IMHO.
VERY NICE TAPE PAINTING JOB TODAY!
As long as IDOI has a live, active stock symbol ---- games will continue to be played. Painting the Tape on the last day of the year sure makes the share price look better, eh. All IMHO.
To those of youse who are serving Smoky Market Foods, Inc. smoked salmon canapes and other delights for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day to your guests utilizing those Iowa river fish, be certain that you check the expiration date of those products.
When was the last time that SMKY used its smoke-ovens to process salmon? What is the shelf-life of SMKY smoked salmon products?
By all means, enjoy your snack foods, but be extra careful about the wholesomeness and freshness of SMKY smoked stuff. All IMHO.
One month from now will be January 31, 2013. Falls on a Thursday.
Can we mark it for scrutiny, or do you have some "tolerance" factor that makes the January 2013 window somewhat more flexible? Giving SMKY another month for whatever looks rather indecisive. All IMHO.
"DIME, Dime, one thin dime today!"
Got me a piece of the unique Chinese underground commercial real estate market.
End of the year. Hope next year will be better and we soooooon see a two-bit price per share on this recovering Chinese enterprise. Hoohah! All IMHO.
My opinion is that the onliest financing that smoky is ever going to get is of the toxic financing kind.
That translates that youse can hollah-4-da-dollah, but all youse gonna get are Asher-style floorless debentures that can be converted to common shares at a discount. A series of toxic financing debt issues from the vultures is on the menu for 2013. It is an investment game? All IMHO.
Truthful observation!
Should we infer from your post that youse expect SMKY to dilute to "00ville?"
Have youse considered the ramifications of Hussein's approval of the novel concept of crowd-funding? Why do I have a lingering doubt of the propriety and integrity of peddling unregistered stock that does not require any reporting or transparency?
Why not just bring back the bucket-shops? If enterprising innovators like Asher Enterprises can do toxic financing now within the bounds of the culture of the OTC BB USA (QC tier), how corrupt will the vultures be hiding under the umbrella of crowd-funding where anything and everything will go unregulated! I am skeptical. All IMHO.
Quite honestly, based upon recent non-performance of the smoked product production, marketing, and sales ends of the spectrum, it is really not about Dilution cycles or delisting being "due."
If the OTC BB US (QC and lower tiers) were properly regulated, what is due are Cease and Desist orders to take a moribund company out of its existence as a vehicle for touting/shilling/hyping/pumping before the dumping phase.
The onliest REAL element of the SMKY investment game seems to be a "live" and active stock symbol! All IMHO.
