WOW joey, you have really turned the corner on this!!
It is sad to see how bitter ppl get...they are Auditing their financials, likely required from the merger or acquisition…at years end they will likely have to show audited financials for the year…and likely to make their upgrade as well. Will be going up again, then make your choice of when to sell?

Well here is what I have.....

The filings are delayed because of a valuation of non-tangible assets. It seems we had to get a 3rd party to come in and do a valuation to protect everyone. With the new rules everyone is held accountable.

The valuation has be done. I believe it was the leases, and the equipment on the leases.

Now the drilling in Texas.

Seems we have some procedural hoops to jump over to begin drilling. The rules and regulations require you follow a certain order to commence drilling. Looks like we may have not been as astute as we needed to be. The correction is almost complete and drilling will commence soon.

Belize is moving forward and I believe we may get the first news from there. We are looking for positive wireline results to come in. I believe this will happen.

No timeline given.

I can assure you Andrew and everyone else is working as hard as they can to make this happen, ASAP. They are fully aware of the PPS movements.

I believe we see the stock much higher soon. This won't last. This will get much better fast. Take advantage of the current situation if you can.

there will always be flippers, and you should take profits...I think this company has huge potential and IS taking great strides towards making thier plans come to fruition...getting financials in order and doing what they say they are doing...when all the pieces of the puzzle are in place, this will fly much higher than the 55 we last hit. imo

I guess SOME do not realize the impact complaining has on potential new investors when they come to a board like this and hear apparent shareholders bashing their own stock, crying and whining…it does NOT provide confidence in new position?? Nor does it attract any new investors so some can get out of their position…it does not seem all that complicated to me??
