Hi Sassanb - still around. Once in a while I have a look on this board. PCFG is really a joke - no minning , no info about any progress. Just manipulation with numbers, stocks etc. for RnM's own pocket. Suckers !!!!

I have seen identical scenario ( triple the amount of AS ) with Pacific Gold Corp by which the longs (incl myself) were complete dried out.Have a look at their ihub message board ( ticker PCFG). PCFG needed capital as well so they tripled AS to 3B. Next they dumped their AS -> increasing the float and price went down to 0.0001. Next an RS of 20 to 1, and AS dumping again - > price went down again to 0.0001. RS again of 120 to one, AS dumping again.
Above scenario in just one year.
I don't want to terrify all readers, we all want to earn some money. I just want to share my (bad)experience with OTC increasing AS with these kind of numbers.

Fox that's the most frustrating about this whole case. The robbers are making a lot of money since when they started dumping their (illegal) shares. Indeed pure profit.

We - shareholders - lost a lot of money and we can do nothing about it.

ALERT - STOP BUYING PCFG !! - as Sassanb stated, both Rob and Mitch keep on dumping shares. Spend your money on Xmas presents in stead. There is no single reason to buy this stock.

Sassanb - indeed the par value should have been a warning for us ( tough lesson learned ). So in his case wait for the next R/S, which will definitely happen somewhere next year if we look to spiral of death again, wait for the news and pictures of them building the ponds and having paid their IRS debt in time. Maybe in this case buy some extra the cover the your loss.

Sassanb yes i did - unfortunately 0.01 will not be enough to cover my big losses I will need 0.48 for break even.
The ponds are plans nothing less. Again, it might be trick nr 99 to get the share price higher.
I'm not going to avg down ( as I did earlier) and loose money ... again.

Sassanb - the concrete ponds will not happen they just don't have enough cash. They stated earlier that it would need 2M to build them. $850-$250 will not be enough.

I guess money they earned with selling their billions of ( illegal) shares will not be spend on PCFG but on Santa, ThanXgiving etc.

Chase - I definitely hope you are right but that would mean that PCFG should rise at least 2000% to get investments back.

TwoTone - I have that same frustration . I'm in @ this stock for almost 5 years having trust in the company that they would be able to dig gold. Unfortunately they have digged my wallet.

Q: When will the mine be re-opened ? The mine was shut down in early 2012.
A: We are hoping to reopen in the Spring/Summer of 2014

Q: what is the purpose of the reverse stock split ? If we we look back to the previous RS the value of the company has decreased dramatically due to the amount of shares being dumped by major shareholders. The stock value is between 0.0001 - 0.0002 for months now so it seems , unfortunately, there's no interest of investors in the PCFG stock
A: We have not yet committed to the reverse split.

Q: Why the massive increase in share count (3B) after a 200:1 R/S
A: The reverse split has not happened and may not happen for up to 9 months if at all. We need more shares authorized in order to raise capital

Q: Who is the current Mine manager and what are his credentials?
A: The Mine is not operating right now and is on care and maintenance until we finish some modifications to the ponds


Q: Who is the current engineering company you are using?
A: We are using an Engineering company based out of Reno, NV


Q: Are all claims currently paid in full?
A: Yes all of the claims are paid


Q: Have all modification to the plant been complete ?
A: We are still working on the plant, mostly it’s just the new pond system and a new dewatering screen to be built and installed once approved by the NDEP for our permi

A: Pacific Metals expects to have an update out before the end of September
