WoooHooo! Way to go Scott Mitchell Rosenberg! This is the best news I have heard in a very long time! For those of you that did not load up while the price was low -- it may be too late tomorrow morning to pad your portfolio. You had your chance and now I can only hope that we will start the slow upward climb to a price that truly represents what this company is all about. The fact that Platinum Studios management has "heard us" and they are about to establish communications with its shareholders; that is all I can ask for -- to be kept informed.
Please ask your questions now that you have a POC. If you don't ask, then you have no one to blame but yourself. Kimble and the rest of the naysayers, I hope you are compiling your questions and comments with as much fervor as you had when you were “informing” the masses here.
For those of you that kept saying Scott this and Scott that... well I can tell you one thing. A smart CEO does not just get up and start shooting answers from the hip (no C&A pun intended). He takes his time, confers with his staff, his legal team, and then once there is a game plan to disseminate info to shareholders, then and only then is that plan put forth.
Regardless of what the news is, this is a good sign. It shows us that Platinum Studios is for real and that it is not a fly-by-night company that is here today and gone tomorrow. I never had any doubt of Scott Mitchell Rosenberg’s sincerity or his desire to fashion a top tier company that can compete with the big boys out there.
This has been a great start of the week for me. First my eldest son gets married and now we receive news from Platinum Studios. It is a start…
I am glad I am:
PDOS4Life
Yes, I did receive a reply from Scott and Platinum Studios that stated they would get back to me the next day. As it turns out, it is not just Scott involved -- there are several staff members and at least one lawyer that are working to release some info.
Sure, I wish something came out like yesterday, but there is no way I am going to sell at this price! I would be crazy to absorb this type of loss. Right now it is just a paper loss. It will remain a paper loss until I hear back from Scott and his team.
PDOS4Life
Rather than sit here and type away about how disappointed I am in the PPS, I choose to be proactive and do something that will hopefully give all us shareholders a bit more faith in the company.
I wrote to Scott Mitchell Rosenberg and I hope to hear back from him and his staff on several questions I had. I did ask the hard questions, and also included some of the typical "basher" questions that I culled from this board.
When I receive answers, I will ask permission to post here. Rather than receive quick replies from Platinum Studios, I am glad they are taking their time to make sure what they release is legal and well thought out.
Hang in there my fellow Platinum Studios shareholders. Hopefully we will receive some news/PRs from Scott and staff that will set the right mood for the upcoming release of C&A on BLU-Ray and DVD.
If there was one question you could ask Scott Mitchell Rosenberg, what would it be?
Let's take a vote amongst our peers:
A. PDOS will be above a penny by the end of the year.
B. PDOS will remain at these sub-penny levels by the end of the year.
C. PDOS will jump in price once we see the next Quarterly Report and it shows the company paying off its debt, slowly but surely.
D. PDOS will continue to fall in price even more so when we see the next QR.
E. Both A and C
F. Both B and D
I have learned my lesson... when will you? I do not hide here, yes, you can go back and see that I did indeed say my brother had insider info. I thought I was going to be rich!
I have learned from my mistakes...I am now an informed shareholder that will go directly to our CEO if I have any questions.
There is hope for me. As for the bashers... well I believe there is hope for them too. Once they drive the price low enough they will buy buy buy and then I believe their bashing will change its tune.
JMHO...
PDOS4Life
...last comment before I have to start work again.
Try to remember when PDOS was above 7 cents a share. If you think it takes much to make a penny stock jump, then think again. Level 2 is very thin and all it will take is one piece of news, good news for this to jump thru the roof!
Imagine if all of a sudden we hear several words from the CEO that allow us to understand what his game plan is. Scott is not the CEO because he communicates with his shareholders. Sure that would be nice, but he is the CEO because he knows how to bring ideas to the media. Whether it is movies, comics, and digital entertainment -- he has proven time and time again he knows the ropes.
So please ask yourself a question? Why are all the bashers here constantly trying to make you sell your shares? Are they so concerned with your well-being? Are they here to save us all from financial doom? Do they patrol the boards "helping" shareholders?
The only shareholders they are helping are themselves. All the time and investment they make in "bashing" Platinum Studios and its CEO -- one agenda only...
...in my opinion it is to drive the price down so they can buy or so they can capitalize on the fact they have shorted the stock.
If I no longer cared about PDOS, believe me, I would not patrol the boards spending all my time warning everyone! haha.... com'on.
Anyone with any kind of sense will realize the game here. You may ask yourself why I am on this board speaking so highly of PDOS? It is because I care about this company and I am a shareholder. My words will not have a drastic effect on the stock market, but I will continue to sing praise for this company because I choose to believe it will succeed; and when it does, my millions of shares will bring a smile to my face.
Your choice... believe the bashers or invest in Platinum.
I have made my choice. Now make yours.
PDOS4Life
To respond to your statement, Scott NEVER has asked anyone how to make the PPS higher. That truly is not his concern. His concern is running a company and making sure his product gets noticed. I think he is doing a damn good job at that. The PPS will jump and drop based on volume. Once Platinum Studios gets a bit more attention, especially with several projects coming to fruition in the near future -- all those bashers that were screaming that the sky was falling -- well in my opinion, they will all have a substantial nest egg. WHY? Because they are doing exactly what every good basher does... they manipulate fear in the market to drive the price down and scare shareholders into selling low. They buy at these low prices and then wait for the price to go back up. It is a vicious cycle.
Please do yourself a favor. If you are a PDOS shareholder -- hold onto your shares and buy now so you can average down. The company is not going to disappear overnight. If you truly believe that Platinum Studio is not going anywhere, then please sell me your shares.
Bashers will always be here -- educated shareholders need to remain positive and HOLD LONG!

True - many people lost money on PDOS yesterday -- but ask yourself a question:
What are penny stocks?
Answer:
They are a risky way to invest.
Question:
How do you pick a penny stock?
Answer:
You close your eyes and throw a dart? No...
You look at the potential of what the company has to offer and its track record. You don't focus all your attention on the CEO's salary or the company's debt. Sure you take that into account, but remember the answer to the first question...penny stocks are a risk. If you are going to risk your hard-earned dollars, then place your bets on a company that is doing something with its product.
My money is on Platinum Studios...regardless of what everyone has to say, regardless of how much my portfolio has lost...If you are going to risk your money on a penny stock; I think PDOS is a good risk.
PDOS4Life
I respectfully disagree with your comments. I await our CEOs answers to many questions today. I am sure we all are pretty anxious to hear what our CEO has to say.
Seems the market, specifically PDOS, is reflecting some confidence in Platinum Studios. If it is not abundantly clear that PDOS, at less than a penny a share, is a bargain, then I might as well burn my money right now.
Do yourselves a favor and trust in our CEO. Scott Mitchell Rosenberg may not be the most vocal of CEOs, but it is not the loudest person in the room that always wins. I think his track record with his previous business deals should give him the benefit of the doubt.
So I say to you all: BUY - BUY - BUY now, while the price is low and then let us see what our CEO has to say. At least you know that the odds are in our favor that PDOS will go up in price.
JMHO...
PDOS4Life
Here is a summary of Scott Mitchell Rosenberg's quick reply to me today. Let's give our CEO a chance to put out some information that we are all eager to here. Remember, Scott cannot release anything that would provide us with insider info...but maybe we will have better insight into what is happening with Platinum Studios. If you truly care about our company, then hold off -- do not sell -- and let us see what our CEO has to say.
Bashers, continue to bash away... you may have an effect on some of the shareholders, but you cannot sway those that are in PDOS for the long run. Platinum Studios has way too much going for it for us to abandon them at this time. Sell when the price is high, buy when the price is low...
Below is Scott's short email.
---------------
Thank you so much for your continued belief in us.
I'm going to get back to you tomorrow, not because I'm busy, which I am, but am looking into how to deal with this and what I can say that is meaningful. While I have my doubts that the bashers actually care or would have positive reactions to anything whatsoever coming out of Platinum, our (messages are) not targeted to them, but to shareholders in general, to consumers, to buyers and so forth.
We have collected information from emails and calls that we've gotten, plus questions that perhaps people should be asking and/or facts that should be presented. Clearly this is top of mind.
Scott Mitchell Rosenberg
Chairman and CEO, Platinum Studios, Inc
We can speculate all we want and you can be sure, there will be many that come on this board and rant and rave about reverse splits, bankruptcy, the CEO this, the CEO that...but unless you have written to the CEO and have received a response you would like to share -- it is all pure speculation.
I am not here to defend any of our CEO's actions; I just ask that you write to him to see what he has to say. I did write to Scott and he promised he would respond tomorrow, Tue, 11/8/2011. I am sure many people would like to read his response and I will try to post as much of his reply as I can -- as long as he gives me the OK.
I can guarantee you that Scott is not happy with all the negative posts, but it does not matter what information he puts out -- the bashers will continue to put a negative spin on it.
He is very aware of what is happening, but please remember that his main concern has to be the well-being of the company. The price of the stock is a by-product of many variables. Scott Mitchell Rosenberg does not deserve to be tried and convicted on this board. Please find out the facts before you assassinate anyone's character here. Unfortunately, not everyone here does their due diligence.
On a good note -- amazing that we had as much volume as we did today! All it took was a little PR -- unfortunately it was not the news we were all waiting on and it caused the PPS to drop.
PDOS- Patience Due Diligence, Optomism, and Sense (as in Common Sense).
Have a good evening.
Predictions?!!! Are you insane?!! What I have been posting are just my opinions. If you have been posting predictions, then you need to go nationwide, as you may be the only person I know that can accurately predict what is going to happen.
With all due respect kimble, what you have been posting are absolute rants and raves and character assasinations.
YES - you have been correct about the PPS -- but even a blind man can accurately predict heads/tails 50% of the time.
Good Luck to all...
PDOS4Life
I do not see a reverse split any time soon! This stock has tanked -- no arguing there. Yet I choose to believe it will jump back up again. The tricky question is when to buy back in. It is too late to sell (IMHO), but it is not too late to average down. I have a buy order in for 250K shares @ PPS of $0.004. The price stands at $0.0039, an amazing drop of over 40% today.
I would be lying if I said it did not hurt, but I must caution all who think it is time to sell. Do not let the BASHERS scare you into selling. Of course if we knew what we know now, we would have sold yesterday and then bought back in today. But no one knows what will happen... so buy/sell at your own risk.
Alert: I just bought 50K shares @ $0.004. Still have another 200K to buy.
The news has not been good, and the lack of news has been even worse. I will write to Scott and ask him what he thinks about today’s trading and if he has any message he would like to relay to his stockholders.
Alert: I just bought another 18.5K shares @ $0.004. Still more to buy…
It is time for a PR...
Nelson
...no need to panic. Sure we have dropped over 30% just today, but total volume amounts to less than $10,000. There are a few people that are scared and they are selling off their shares. I wish I had more money so I could buy like crazy here. Platinum Studios has so much going for it.
DO NOT PANIC! Hold onto your shares and you will be rewarded. If you can't stand the heat, then go ahead and sell your shares. There will be many people, even those that are bashing the stock as we speak, that will be buying.
In My Humble Opinion (IMHO), PDOS may drop in price even further, but I believe it will go back up in price once the new Quarterly Report comes out and once more info and PRs are brought to light.
My apologies to all that lost money here -- do not blame the posters here, do not blame Scott Mitchell Rosenberg, there is only one person to blame... and you have to look in the mirror. I have lost quite a bit of money on PDOS, but I am too deeply in the red to sell at this point. I MUST HOLD LONG and keep my belief that it will go back up again.
Good Luck...
PDOS4Life
If you want things in writing, then I suggest you email Scott Mitchell Rosenberg. If you send him a message on facebook, I am sure he will reply and if you ask him, I am sure he will provide you his email address.
...at these sub-penny prices, negative publicity is almost as good as positive publicity. The more people that notice Platinum Studios -- well that is a good thing. When they realize they can get in on an entertainment company at rock bottom prices...
...the sky is the limit!

Message from Scott Mitchell Rosenberg below:
Why are we wasting air on whether or not the movie lost money? Platinum Studios did not lose the money! We got over $200 million worth of advertising.
It could have been the adventures of Pluto Nash for all I care. Sure the better the movie, the better the merchandise, but let us not lose track of what is important here. Platinum Studios and Scott Mitchell Rosenberg have once again brought one of its projects to the big screen. Failure or not, Hollywood is happy to continue pumping money into these type of projects.
What does this mean for us, the PDOS shareholder?
It means that our 7/10 of a penny share will most likely go up in price. That is all I care about. It is not me that lost millions... I am not taking that sort of risk. I am just a shareholder and would be foolish not to continue buying at this sub penny price.
So come Monday morning I will transfer another $1,000 into my E*Trade account and buy some more shares. Anyone that does not think PDOS will be over a penny shortly -- well go ahead and sell me your shares.
So if you guys want to keep wasting your time arguing about movie gross returns and whether C&A is a failure, and we need to make over $300 million to break even… hahahaha…. I am sorry for laughing, but it is extremely entertaining. The only ones laughing when all is said and done are the folks that will have added to their portfolios at this ridiculously low price!
PDOS4Life
...and come Dec 6th when the Cowboys & Aliens Blu-Ray and DVD goes on sale, how much attention and interest do you think that will drum up for the C&A license? Green Lantern which has been on sale for two weeks has already sold over 500,000 units.
Ref: The Numbers
I would think C&A can have similar numbers, especially with the names Harrison Ford and Daniel Craig attached to the sales. Add all those numbers, regardless of whether PDOS is making a penny off of the sales (which they are not) and you have a worldwide campaign that will most definitely peak interest in the C&A brand.
Guess who holds the rights to the C&A brand? In my opinion I think that is most definitely worth 7/10 of a penny per share.
PDOS4Life
I've been reading a lot of back and forth about this and that but the fact remains, C&A has grossed over $200 million worldwide and Japan is still a major market that has not been added in yet. When all is said and done C&A should hit $250 million worldwide. Now whether someone considers that a flop or a success is not relevant here.
What is relevant is that Platinum Studios has received $250 million worth of advertising for the C&A brand. If you cannot see that is worth something, then I suggest you get new glasses or LASIK.
The movie could have cost $1 billion to produce and could have been labeled a major failure -- the point here is Platinum did not lose that money. Platinum Studios licenses the Cowboys and Aliens brand and pulls in revenue on anything C&A.
OK, sure the C&A brand may not be at the top of anyone's list and we may not have a bunch of toys lining the shelves for this Xmas shopping season, but again I point out -- $250 million worldwide, divide that by the price of a ticket and even at $10 a ticket we are talking about 25 million people that have seen C&A. 25 million!
Heck, I think to pay less than a penny a share to be part of that, well you do the math and decide. Now for all of us that bought when PDOS was in the 4 - 7 cents range, well we gotta tighten the belt a bit and wait this out. I believe PDOS will come back and eventually Scott Mitchell Rosenberg will pay off the debt.
Several movies coming out, C&A licenses... we just need to hold long and not let any of this negativity bring us down. Educated investors can tell the difference between a post that we should read and a post that we should ignore.
...enough said on this matter.

Here are Scott's own words concerning Cowboys & Aliens and revenue:
These are good concerns -- if you really want to know the answers -- you should rewrite them in a polite fashion and then send Scott Mitchell Rosenberg a message on his facebook account. Please share his response with all of us.
Thanks,
PDOS4Life
I will leave that up to you kimble -- will wait for your response to see what happens. I have doubts that he will be able to divulge that type of info -- it would be insider news, which is illegal.
Good luck to you...
PDOS4Life
Some excellent questions that I think you should ask of Mr. Rosenberg. Look for him on facebook and send him a message.
PDOS4Life
Hi all -- gotta run so this will be quick. I have a job interview today, more like a dinner/interview with the technical lead of the position I am hoping to land. Wish me luck...
Back on topic, I received a lengthy email from Scott Mitchell Rosenberg last night. It was very refreshing to be able to receive correspondence from the CEO of a company. I can pass on a few tidbits of info here and then will post again after my interview.
Cowboys & Aliens, why it is still very relevant. $200 million at the box office, DVD/Blu-Ray sales imminent, future openings in countries like Japan. Why is this still very important? Because Platinum Studios will be able to lease C&A to more and more customers, businesses, etc. That in turn will bring in more revenue. This is coming straight from the CEO and it puzzles him as to why people comment saying that C&A is not important anymore, and how we should be moving on to other topics? C&A is very important to Platinum Studios and will be bringing in much revenue for a long time!
Scott and his employees do read the boards... he is trying to come up with ways to publicize news about PDOS. He is open to any and all suggestions. He stated facebook is a good way of contacting him. He said the time is now... now is the time to start putting out news. He goes on to say he does not want to put out any "puff" news that just reiterates old news or news that has already been made public. So look for some news to come out and please, if you have any suggestions, write to Scott on facebook.
Platinum Studios is for real, and I challenge anyone, to show me a penny stock that you can buy that will give you an opportunity to be part of company that is involved in bringing great concepts to the big screen and to other media outlets...
...so now it is your opportunity to get involved. If you have the time to post your comments here, take the time to send Scott a message.
PDOS4Life
P.S. I did ask him if he would buy several million shares of PDOS at the ASK price <--- joking of course.
Excellent post thickhead. I agree, buy low sell high is the only way to go. And if you just happen to buy high, well then keep your shares until they get back up to the range you bought at.
Pretty simple...
PDOS4Life
Wow, this is really very eye-opening! Puts a new meaning onthe words disgruntled employer. Great find Maddog. I will be reading this blog -- to me this is the only PR I have been able to find for Platinum Studios.
Great stuff, although it may not paint the best light on our company -- still, it is best to know the truth and nothing but the truth.
PDOS4Life?
The fact that the stock market exploded today, really has no bearing on penny stocks. The life of a penny stock is one of violent storms and choppy waters. PDOS is no exception. As long as we stay above $0.0001 we will be OK. IMHO
PDOS4Life
I am tempted to send my earlier post to Scott Mitchell Rosenberg. I have long believed that as a shareholder, we should try not to "bother" the company and its leadership, because they are trying to do everything in their power to further the company and I am just one shareholder. But I believe that the gloves need to come off. I will send my post to Scott via facebook and see if he responds. Will keep you all posted.
... I will say it for all of us. It is a bit depressing to continuously watch the PPS drop almost on a daily basis. Sure I have averaged down and now I am at around 2.5 cents a share (not bad when you consider I bought most of my shares back when PDOS was 6 cents and higher).
Currently, PDOS stands at less than 6/10 of a penny ($0.0059). How much further can we go? I trust in Scott, our CEO, and I am sure he is doing what is best for the company, but to sit here and watch our baby lose, and lose, and lose... it is extremely frustrating.
When I bought at 1.7 cents, I thought that was a steal. When I bought more at $0.009, I was thinking how lucky I am. When I purchased even more shares at $0.006, I was thinking, it cannot go any lower! Now we sit at $0.0059!
HELP! If only a PR, or a good Quarterly Report would surface. Anything... at this point, I would even be happy if Platinum Studios announced there wasn't a buyout in the future plans. Anything...
...I am starving for anything...
PDOS4Life?
For sure Scott should copyright this. He can make the "Platinum Studios" kind of wear off towards the end so that it will just read "Platinum Stud..." lol
By the way, a 16.67% gain for today is not bad. I would "settle" for that every single day of the week.
Platinum Stud...4Life
$2.90 a share?!!! Wow, I would be a millionaire!!!
Millionaire4Life
"...If you are looking for this thing to go up 100% in the next week, maybe it's time to move on..."
Maybe not 100% in a week, but how about 25% in a day?!!
PDOS4Life
Wow, $0.0054 we are almost down to half a penny! This hurts. Oh well, I am PDOS4Life and I am not going anywhere. With my luck, I sell all my shares at this price thinking PDOS will continue its slide and it will jump up immediately to a penny and higher and I will lose out.
I choose to stay long and write off any paper losses. In the long run, I believe we will prosper. Platinum Studios just has way too much to offer. Wait until the quarterly report comes out...and then we will see.
Whomever bought the 139k shares of PDOS @ $0.005 has already made 20% on his investment. Amazing!
Just bought myself 50,000 shares of PDOS @ $0.006. SWEET! I realize that PDOS may drop further, but at 6/10 of a penny, I just don't see how I can go wrong!
I just wish I could have invested my entire portfolio into PDOS at this price! Let's go PDOS!!!!
