Guess we'll have to wait to see the 10-Q, sice any spike in PPS will be partly on reported revenues. To say this will hit.05 soon is a pipe dream. Going to take a lot of work to break the present resistance levels. It'd have to be a GIANT bit of news to spike this past .01. .05 is just dreaming.
lol!
ChrisKo - Very good post! Very correct!!
I do beleive inroads have been made that other beverage startups never accomplished. I do believe we could be onn the cusp of something great, but the opposite is equally true. Much depends on the moves Vanis et al make in the next 5 months. More depends on whether or not the market wants to sustain the product.
It appears there's been good, proper placement of Fizz. The question is whether or not demand for the product exist. This can only be determined by long-term sales.
The following must be considered if investing further in MINE:
"Specifically, we anticipate deferring development, expansion and certain acquisitions pending the receipt of additional financing. Still, if we do not secure additional financing, our current cash reserves and working capital will be not be sufficient to enable us to sustain our operations for the next 12 months unless revenue increases dramatically, even if the Company does decide to scale back its operations."
With such information available, we should all proceed with caution imo.
If we hit .003's I'm buying a boatload! I can count on it going back up to .007's.
...and I'd like his original question answered. Can anyone speak to whether or not hospital administrators have been contacted to verify the use of the software? I think it's a good question and one that should be answered. If the answer comes back a "NO!", then we have some work to do.
Is there anything legitimate that's not a PR that indicates this software is in use and is there any measurement of the product's success? I don't think there is. That too, is concerning.
Have the physicians that are listed as management of this company been researched beyond what the PR states? Has the Medical Board been contacted to find out if they are actually Board Certified physicians? I will venture to say no one has checked the credentials.
It's easy to write a PR and list names of individuals with all sorts of credentials AND make the whole thing up. It happens every day. Has anyone verified any of it?
I admit I haven't. I've just taken everyone's word. Shame on me for getting too excited about the potential and not doing some solid research before investing. I could have and should have checked sources before investing.
That's all good! Thanks!!
Fido - Great response and I appreciate it very much! I won't look at this play again for a few months and possibly, I'll be pleasantly surprised. In the meantime, my shares will remain.
Thanks!!
I purchased shares here several months ago. Since that time there's been movement in a steady downtrend. There's been no news, no updates of any kind, and the trading is abysmal. It seems our CEO is absent from his post. Don't like to be a party pooper but I think we've been had. I'd like to be wrong about that and I have no substantial evidence to support my claim. Admittedly this is just my opinion.
If anyone has good evidence to the contrary I am happy to receive it. Thanks!!
Very good analysis! Thanks, "pimping wall street"!!
Thanks for the replies! Two replies were positive and one told me to get out. My investment isn't significant so I will wait to see what transpires.
Thanks again, and I'll do some digging on my own about their product. If I can come up with something, I'll let you know.
So I purchased a paltry 150000 a few days ago at the ask of .004. Friday, someones sells at .0032 and that accounts for the only volume in two days. Bleh!
If any of you have been in this a while and if you have substantiated DD, I'd appreciate it. If not, I'll suffer my loss and get out ASAP before losing more.
Thanks!!
Yes, we need news. How much exposure have they had? Seems that the low volume and days without trading are indicative this play is a relative unknown.
I think what they have going is revolutionary and a tremendous asset to the health care industry. But it seems like they have little exposure.
Not without volume, which so far today and all of yesterday consists of 0.
Just got in this. If anyone can give me the down and dirty about this I'd appreciate it. I looked at the chart and although average volume is really low in comparison to other plays I'm in, I liked the chart.
I noticed there's not been any SEC filings since 2013. That concerns me.
Help a newbie!
...and I was that last trade of 150K at .004.
nice run of buys at .0074.
I got out of this thing quite some time ago, but even so still took quite a bath in the muck of this disgusting cesspool of blatant lies.
I am truly sorry for all of those who got burned here. To the so called bashers (I mean to say only those who sincerely tried to help - not the bashers that simply did it for fun or to simply be a nuisance), you were right!
Finally - I don't agree that BW will have his day in court. I'd like to be wrong about that. There are just too many ways he can beat the system and I think he'll walk away without any consequences. I've seen this before, many times. Similarly, I also believe he'll pop up again with another scam eventually. However, next time you can believe eyes will be on him and he will be closely monitored. But this go-round, I'm sorry to say he's had his fun and can sell all assets and not be beholding to anyone.
To those that falsely pumped this sewage for their own gain, you can argue that's the free market. I will argue your souls are as dark as any muck that ever existed.
...and that is published, where exactly?
Getting rid of product is all that's happening with the free Koma. It's cheaper than filling a dumpster.
You are correct, but typically there are substantial additional costs to incur for premarket trading on the OTC stocks. Those costs can make it not worth it.
Agreed. The parallels between MINE and BBDA are curiously similar in terms of having a real product, venues to sell the product such as Walgreens, BBDA (Koma Unwind) is in Walmart also, distribution centers, redesign in packaging, racing as a way to gain exposure, and others. Even the PR's are similar.
The difference in MINE, as I said before, is in the management. These guys are all well-connected and can get it done. They've really got to be smart with investor cash and it's use. So far, so good. We'll see in a few months if they can turn this around. If they don't, there's fodder for concern.
The CEO at BBDA used investor money and his company to purchase racing boats, racing cars and trucks, a pleasure bus for tours, trucks to transport racing cars, and essentially everything to support a racing hobby. The CEO himself was a driver, although he never finished a race from what I can tell. Pure scam to support his hobby.
We'll all get a clearer picture in time with MINE.
Just checked the board and discovered the racing sponsorship. Before you call me a basher, which I am not since I'm long in this play, read all about BBDA.
This is a path BBDA went down many times, mostly to fuel the love that the CEO of BBDA has for NASCAR. Certainly, I think there is a difference between Vanis, his expertise and inks to high powered names in the beverage business, and the CEO of BBDA.
Racing can provide lots of exposure and could be productive if done correctly. Hopefully, MINE will not blow this as BBDA did.
Again, read about BBDA to understand my misgivings.
I can go with that.
I'm still long and have continued to add shares with these low prices because I also beleive this will hit (I no longer report my holdings to this board).
I hope Vanis et al stays the course with what he wants to accomplish, and can afford to stay the course. In that way this can fly.
So you pay higher prices when you could pay lower. Goes against buy low and sell high theory. Interesting strategy of making money.
Yes. That is correct. However, I've been in this play since 4/13.
I've been on the hub since 2011. I've played the penny's since 1994.
You think you're making a point, but you're not.
I've been in this play at least that amount of time. I do have a clue.
rttjr1 - I'm not paying for a subscription so can't reply to your private message privately.
I will agree that SS1's DD has been better than most. On the other hand, I think he's manipulated a few to following his lead and/or to doing as he says. Certainly, folks are free to follow him or not. But he has cleaverly created for himself (on both boards) a mystic so that folks look to him as an authority AND I think they think he's connected in some way to Vanis and therefore knows something the rest don't know.
For one example, when he tells all to slap the ask, folks respond to the mystic he's created and that's manipulative and suspicious behavior. What if the ask is .0039 and the bid is only .0038, and he's the one selling at .0039 and telling folks to slap the ask? I'm not saying that's what's going on. But what if that's exactly what's going on? I think the fact that he knows exactly how many shares folks own hightens the suspicion.
That's what I mean by the fact that his behavior is suspicious. There is no proof in what I am suspicious about. It's all conjecture, but also a caution to all to be careful about following anyone on any board. Everyone on the boards wants to make money, both the pumpers and the bashers.
No disagreement with you there.
I'm simply calling into question why he's pumping two of Vanis's plays, and pumpinmg both in the same fashion. He's free to do what he wants, but his activity looks very suspicious.
As far as you are concerned and your comment, I'm free to question and call out what may be suspicious acitivity same as your are free to call me out as you just did. Don't like it, that's too bad.
El Lobo's deleted post used strong words. SS1 has quite a following.
It is curious that many of the same sort of posts (pumps?) of SS1's are for another one of Vanis's companies (TEMN) as well. That could create suspicion of his motives. It does appear to be non-stop pumping in both stocks.
Is that deceptive? That depends on how accurate the pumping is. imo

This is dismal. If I were to sell today I will have a net loss of about 5g's. The turnaround on this from a play that looked successful (the pps) to a play that looks like a failure (the pps) was so very fast. It went from a promising play to a stinky pinkie in a relatively short timeframe.
Seems like the company has done everything right too. The market isn't liking this company. What gives?
Going to be an exciting Friday! imo
Amen! Following you!!
Interesting point. If that's the case, there's money in it for flippers.
If not, LONGS will be very happy with a continued move north!
GO MINE!
New shell game, that's what. imo
MikeTrave69 - All you have indicated may be so. But BW has covered his tracks where he needs to as far as the SEC is concerned. He knows where he can be caught as well as where things are loosey goosey (mostly concerning investors). That much you can count on. All of the loosey goosey things can be explained away.
He's got a trail of oversees trips, as well US events where he can show he's "worked hard" (his words). You can bet he's documented well all of his efforts.
Specific SEC violations will do him in. But they have to be clear violations, not presumptions. I suspect (opinion) that he's got it well-covered.
Honestly, I'd love to see the SEC have evidence enough to lock him up. I don't think it's as clear cut as that, unfortunately. He's smart enough, believe it or not, to have played this scam just short of actual violations.
He's not alone as far as pinkies go. All of the pinkies that are shell games do the same. It's hard to nail them with circumstantial evidence. Proving he lied and that he intentionally pumped knowing beforehand that it was going to go south is near impossible to prove.
If I am wrong, I'll eat crow. That'll be fine with me. But I don't think I am.
