Agreed. We need to see if TRCPA is correct that no new shares need to be issued due to the company being cash flow positive. Barring that at this late stage, the only alternative is a Reverse Split and the usual outcome, more downside.

I continue to believe the ones who make out on otcbb's are the paid hypster company's. They get shares ...not sure if restricted or not and cash for just doing some easy tongue in cheeking. Not a bad gig and of course...protected by disclaimers from here to eternity.

TRCPA
The kds is said to be useful in many different areas but how many sales in those areas have been made? I remember the gold processing and the glass and rubber initiatives. Sure it may grind up a lot of stuff but is it economical? For some reason it just doesn't sell well.
manos
techisbest
Are you referring to the way biph works the wire?
manos
Jagman
That was the paid hype company's forecast for biph today. For fasc I'd be happy with .07 right now .05 seems an insurmountable barrier.
manos
TRCPA
Yes indeed! Why? Because the only orders announced(not filled) to date are to NanoDynamics and Natural Nano(aka biph). Jacobson hasn't pr'd any other outside interest in the clay at those lofty prices.

It's becoming more and more obvious that almi is much better at servicing other mines than it is at working the Dragon Mine. Also the lack of new orders has to be a concern.
manos
What will happen to the almi kds?
According to the latest statement by Jacobson almi will focus on producing for Natural Nano. But I recall Natural Nano needed it's own processing system and had trouble with output form the kds. So if almi is indeed becoming a captive producer for Natural Nano, wither the kds?

Help me out with this. If refineries are closed, why should crude oil go up..they don't produce crude! Sure they use crude..but with ordinary supply demand analysis..that would mean crude should go down..NO? Am I missing something here..or are they using any excuse to jack up the crude price?
manos
OT re: ALMI
We were wondering what was going on there. Apparently not much sales wise. And it was about time the CEO fessed up. Interesting that the mine only cost 4mm or less. Are we really to believe from that will issue 300k tons at 500/ton? I don't buy it!

TR
Too many bigshots are in on penny stock scams for the press to cover anything about naked shorting. The bigshots are not only involved in the companies but in the shorting..IMO. This will continue to be covered up indefinitely especially while Bush is in office.

RE:stockgate
There should be plenty of stuff on the otcbb to do a dateline expose. Usxp alone could occupy a complete hour. But one could go on and on and on!
manos
Jagman
If it is on Dateline, I think we're in big trouble. As they usually uncover scams. Let's hope it isn't!

I don't think vmhvf looks anything like Netflics.
manos
I think the problem with bonuses at fasc is we don't know what they're based on. It would help if the company would delineate the criteria for giving bonuses when it does.
manos
TR
Given the history of fasc, I'd say any excess funds will not go to enhance shareholder value but to pay bonuses.
manos.
TR
I have to agree with that comment!
manos
Wonder how many other solutions to the paper waste problem WRAP is entertaining? Let's say the kds is one of perhaps 10 possible solutions, I'd say that's reasonable to expect.
manos
Jagman
Have you ever found an otcbb that owns the building were their offices are housed?
manos
TR
If actual sales/net income/cash flow start boggling the mind on the 10q then you have something to talk about. The possibilities must translate into something tangible not just board chatter.
manos
WyoInvestor
I'm one of those lurker/newbies checking out this stock.
manos
Jagman
That's the fallacy here. Obviously only the posters on this board and RB know the wonders of the kds. It's lost on everyone else including those that buy it. Afterall, if the kds is so great, why wouldn't all sorts of insiders be buying fasc? Like the firma people or the almi people. Why wouldn't rich almi buy a stake in fasc? Nope. Not happening! And it's not because the story isn't out.
manos
WyoInvestor
If indeed you invest for performance, then how do you measure your performance? Certainly not on an annual rate of return basis as you would be sadly failing here. Is it some nouveau method of analysis you've come up with?
manos
Jagman
This has concerned me for a long time. We never get feedback from the existing deals. The firma deal should be constantly updated for pr purposes..but it must not be living up to expectations, same goes for ALMI, which hasn't said much or indicated a new customer in over 6 months. Either these companys are flopping or the kds is not meritorious of comment.
manos
Anyone...
Why hasn't bsx pr'd the biph deal?
Jagman
Wonder what the success rate per lead is so far. One must assume none of those 45 leads ever made it to close. My concern as it always is, when someone from fasc says 25 more sales are on the back burner, are we to ignore the past guesses that went astray? Perhaps the market has spoken by signaling, show me!
manos
setonian
The problem is each deal is usually only a machine. Then there is the issue of testing. Testing has been the achilles heal of fasc for the longest time. So the Malaysian machine may have to be extensively tested and by that time another year will pass. That's why the market is so unmoved by this past pr.
manos
TRCPA
To each his own. Maybe you will own enough stock to take this private one day. Then we won't have to hear about it anymore.
manos
TRCPA
Not so sure. The share price has hardly budged. If the recent deal was so good why wouldn't there be much more buying and a higher share price? To me, the market wants more proof that the kds will work without a year or more of testing like at AP.
manos
setonian
Your infatuation with fasc is contagious.
manos
setonian
I too am disappointed. I'm not sure what calling the respective company's would accomplish. The results must come out in the financials. If not there by the next 10q, I think anything anyone from the partners has told callers can be treated as someone's point of view only.
manos
setonian
That's the scary part. Because testing has been much of what fasc does. Probably at least a year of testing if AP is any guide. Which means if a machine is ready say 4th quarter 05, probably no sales til late 06/early 07.
manos
WyoInvestor
I think what is so unusual is the length of time that the kds is in testing. It's highly uncommon for years of testing to lapse with no word of how things are going and neither a yes or no on the part of the testor. I'd love to test an Infinity Q for two years before I buy it or a house free of charge.
manos
setonian
I can't understand why we don't hear about kds units once they are operable. If they are a success, it would only make the company look better and be self fulfilling advertising. One can only wonder why in this age of advertising that fasc doesn't use the obvious edge that they may have.
manos
sambeaux
If they would just wise up and substitute buybacks for bonuses it could make a difference in investor confidence.
manos
WyoInvestor
I think a share buyback could have some positive impact together with some pr activity. But the amount of shares that fasc can buy would be severely limited by any immediate increase in the pps. I just hope they wait til I load up at .015.
manos
setonian
I'd even take an update in Polish, I know some people who can translate. Just give us the update. Why can't we know what's happening by published throughput on almi, and poland?
manos
I'm beefing up my order at .015
without much news the pps here could hit my buy target.
manos.
TRCPA
That's oversimplified. If the company came in and started buying shares the price would move up for sure and a move to .06 would quickly wipe out their available capital. So, if the buyback started and ended at .055/.06 fasc would be back at where it started, temporarily at least. I'd like to see this happen from a low of .02/.015.
manos
setonian
I'm looking to pick some up if it drops to .015 per share.
