It would make sense for PZG -----------------------------------
to keep drilling, as long as their drill hole analysis is good. The more ozs proved up - the more value we both have in the property. They have a big stack of cash and it would be easy for them to raise more, providing the #'s bear it out.
They have 2 rigs running 24/7 now, and it would seem sensible to put more on the job - it would speed things up. I haven't paid much attn to them, so I don't know how many meters a day they are able to finish. I'll make some inquiries, I know a guy that's close to PZG.

It's likely that Rich ------------------------------------------
has announced acquisitions that have been completed. As far as the future goes, I doubt if anything new will be done until there is more positive cash flow. The next few months will probably be trying. He is going to have to put out a lot of bucks to Paramount, they have a very aggressive drill program going on down there.
If he does a placement, that could all change quickly. I think he should do just that, to make sure all these projects stay on track.
C L
That clown is another short ----------------------------------------
I count 5 of them now, working the board... They usually come out of the woodwork when they are getting ready to cover. I personally think they could find lots better short candidates, but it's their money.
C L
Good move ------------------------------------------------------
Everybody should evaluate every stock they own, on a daily basis. If you're not happy with the jaffe, get off the rancho.
C L
What many can't seem to grasp is --------------------------------
that this isn't Newmont or Barrick. TARA is a tiny company with limited resources. Rich literally runs it out of his house and his pocket. Given the choice to tie up more properties, make payments to Paramount or pay $200K to some CPA or not, I expect he has to make some hard choices.
He's the CEO and makes all the decisions - good or bad. I doubt he's going to change his Method of Operation, at this late stage.
The SH'ers have little choice - keep it and accept his leadership or sell it. That's an easy choice for me, I've known him a long time and I'm patient.
C L
Hey crooked ------------------------------------------------------
There's no use in the poster's constant whining about the filings. Rich is totally aware of the situation and pushing them to finish them. When they're done, they'll get posted.
C L
Had a nice chat with Rich ---------------------------------------
this afternoon
TARA Minerals: I think he said the engineering study is done and they have ordered most of the equipment. We worked on some flow #'s together and if the yields are half of his projections, the stock will be a barn-burner.
Most of the auditor problem is there's only one person that works on it and apparently she has some family problems so is AWOL from work a lot. Hell of a way to run a railroad.

I hope you losers are ----------------------------------------------
capable of reading comprehension:
--------------------------------
Our monetary participation begins October 25, 2007 and we are prepared to maintain our 30% interest."
----------------------------------------
This should settle the lies that were posted here.

O K - what happens tomorrow??? _______________________________
I hope I make some more good trades, if you like some fast action, try this one:

This is one of the best day trading stocks, I've ever seen.
C L
If all of them are acting poorly ------------------------------
it makes sense that TARA isn't doing well either. That's the part that's been bothering me, the public seems to be ignoring all these Mexican miners.
C L
Correction in the PM's is -----------------------------------------
way over due. I haven't had time to do a chart on gold or silver, but a good correction would be healthy.
C L
Good post Sage ------------------------------------------------
I think you nailed it exactly. I expect Rich is probably upset with the wording, but they may be the correct legalese.
I hope these losers apologize to the readers, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
C L
Nearly every public company ------------------------------------
has detractors, these boards are full of them. Certainly the attackers don't own the stock, so their motives are either anger at someone or it's financial. They want to drive the stock price down, either to buy it cheaper or they're shorting it. My problem with most of them is that they are dis-honest in their approach - they will say anything to achieve their goal. There are at least 4 of them now, posting on this board and I expect the more active boards have more of them.
As far as I'm concerned, they should be in prison, they are perping a scam against the company and it's SH'ers and they have harmed many people over the years.
There was a particularly pernicious SOB on RB, named docsocbrain that even trashed the stock when it was at 3 cents. He persisted until it was trading above 40 cents and finally realized what a moron he was and gave it up. If I ever find out who the scumbag is, he'll wish to God he'd never heard of this company. He was a lying, thieving low-life that was attempting to rob value out of my stock account and I don't appreciate thieves.
C L
I just read entire PZG filing ..............................
key there is that they didn't say the payments were delinquent. They just stated a fact, TARA owes them X $ and it hasn't been paid. What they didn't say was that, so far TARA is keeping their end of the bargain. I think that was disingenuous. Just one old guys opinion.
C L
I just got an email from Rich ----------------------------------
Here are his comments:
--------------------------
We have not missed a payment with Paramount and do not have to start paying our portion until October. In essence, we have 90 days from the date of invoice to make each monthly payment.
We are going to speak to our attorneys on Monday regarding this post.
--------------------------------
C L
I think someone with the handle of "taraproblem" --------------
has an agenda and I see "wunsch" has posted only once. I suspect Rich will have something to say about this - so don't jump to any conclusions.
I think there is a huge short position, so am not surprised some of this is going on.
C L
I discussed finances with Rich ---------------------------------
recently. According to him, there's no problem with financing TARA's part of the partnerships. I'll discuss this post with him.
C L
Good post other cl --------------------------------------------------
Everyone should keep in mind that Palmarejo went from 10 cents to $10 and they did it all on drilling - they never produced one ounce of metal. Then they got bought out. Also keep in mind that TARA has multi-projects going on, so the stock will go thru bursts upwards as they develop.
I got a lot of people into this stock at 6 to 10 cents and nearly every one of them sold at about 15 cents. I think in March it will be 5 years I've held this, thru the good and the bad, and I'm convinced it will really pay off to be patient.
C L
I just got an email from Ron Struthers --------------------------
He says Paramount has identified 38 mil ozs of silver with 39 shallow drill holes, in Mexico, and they are just getting started. Backup in the lab is the reason for the drill data coming out slowly...
They have 2 drills running 24/7.
Palmarejo sold out for about $5.50 an oz.. You do the math - for both PZG and TRGD.
C L
Here's the key part to that analysis: ---------------------------
"You're playing with fire if you ignore the weight of money argument, looking ahead into 2006. We'd only need to see a tiny slice of mainstream assets diverted into gold, which comparatively is a pretty small market, and the price could really take off," Klapwijk commented.
The metals mkt is a very tiny piece of the total investment picture. A slight % increase of investor funds will drive the PM prices much higher.
C L
Gene ----------------------------------------------------------
I talked to Rich a few days ago and not much new to add. He did tell me what he personally believes PZG has drilled up, but it's no sense in discussing it until they update their resource report. I think TARA is worth over a dollar, just on the progress they are making. Now, getting the market to give either company any credit for that, is another matter.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Paramount do exactly what Palmarejo did - sell the property when it's all drilled up. To mine a property that size would take a major investment and PZG would be wise to let a major take it over, they and TARA could make a bit hit in a hurry.
C L
Rich tells me that the fault lies -----------------------------
with the auditors that do the financials. I expect he's tried to save money by using a cheaper accounting firm and that may be most of the problem. He expresses frustration, but they are working on them.
I'm not so sure having them done would give a large boost to the stock. Look at PZG for the clue. They have big money, good PR, got listed on the Amex and their stock is essentially flat since all that happened. Also look at Garibaldi and Capital Gold - both in Mexico and they can't get any traction either.
My recommendation is always that if you're not happy with a stock - sell it.
C L
The metals are telling us ----------------------------------------
they're going a lot higher. They are way over-bought with the recent move up and it would have been normal to see them set back before moving higher. They traded sideways for a few days and are now resuming the uptrend.
The big money will be made in the small, speculative mining stocks - it always happens that way. Be patient.
C L
Very nice #'s --------------------------------------------------
sooner or later, the public will wake up.
C L
Motley Fool mentions PZG: -------------------------------------
http://www.fool.com/investing/small-cap/2007/09/21/5-top-micro-cap-stocks.aspx
C L
That may be what's slowly ----------------------------------------
pushing the price higher. Not unusual for small miners to get an anticipatory move. Eventually mining stock buyers will figure out who PGZ's partner is and then look at the diff in valuations.
C L
Paramount starting to move up slowly ----------------------------
on pretty light volume, so maybe the Mexican area is starting to draw some attention.
C L
Not a spin off - -----------------------------------------------
We just got the certs we paid for in the PP. At this point it shouldn't mean anything to TRGD holders. We can't sell this stock until it gets on an xchange and is registered.
However, when it starts trading, it should add considerably to TRGD value. Minerals is owned mostly by T Gold.
C L
It's likely the holdup -----------------------------------------
on drill analysis is from the lab, not from the drilling ops. There are so many drills turning in Mexico, it's likly the wait at Chemex in Vancouver is 8 weeks or so.
C L
Over the last 50 years ----------------------------------------
probably 70% of small mining ventures have gone belly-up. Not big news when one of them fails to deliver on their promises.
Paramount is by far, the strongest of the J/V partners. Since Rich put all of these mining properties under contract, I assume his property title to Lateggra property was the same as Paramounts and they are happy with the deal and pouring some major sugar into drilling it up.
The Palmarejo deal was sweet and no reason Paramounts won't come thru in a similar manner - in fact their #'s are better than Palmarejos - the last I heard.
C L
My TARA Minerals certs ------------------------------------------
just showed up in my mail. They have a 144 legend on them, that's in force until they are registered by the company.
C L
I've been in it for many years --------------------------------
so nothing surprises me and I sure would not sell anything at these prices. I also can't buy anymore, I'm fully leveraged in an oil service stock and it's taken a hit lately.
I email with one large holder, he and 2 friends intended to sell today, they are just worn out from waiting. It's called investor fatigue. I didn't try to talk them out of it, everyone should re-evaluate their holdings on a daily basis and act as they see fit.
Thanks, Bobwins for your usual excellent post. If all the rest fall by the wayside, PGZ will make TARA an excellent stock to own.
C L
Both sides have explained their position ----------------------
I'd be disappointed if he said anything more until the opponent secides to/not to announce a law suit. You never give the other side any other public comments to play off of.
C L
I don't have any doubt ----------------------------------------
in this matter about who is right/wrong, I just hope no litigation ensues that will waste TARA's time and money.
C L
Here's one you might be interested in ---------------------------

They are in Mexico and the stock is starting to move higher.
They are producing from a heap leach project. It also trades on the Toronto xchange.

I'll probably talk to Rich ------------------------------------
next week, but I'm sure he's on top of this.
C L
You had that guy nailed all right -------------------------------
Not all business deals work out. I expect it won't be long before Rich farms this out to another J/V partner.
C L
ROFL, well there are -------------------------------------------
some strange folks in the mining industry. You know what Samuel Clemens said........
C L
Anybody know anything ------------------------------------------
about this Verrico guy??

If those historic holes they twinned ----------------------------
come in with anywhere near the old values, that will be another excellent deposit.
Getting the public to pay attention may be another matter.
