News is Out!!
Cartel Blue Inc.'s Newest Division, EOC Underground, Finalizes Initial Designs and Production of Debut Collection
LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Oct 6, 2016) - Cartel Blue Inc. ( OTC PINK : CRTL ) is pleased to announce that after months of planning, its newly created eco-friendly hemp fabric division, EOC Underground, has finalized initial designs and production schedule.
Graphics were designed and hand-drawn by Los Angeles-based Rebirth of Art's artist Ian Hanna. EOC Underground's debut of its urban streetwear collection includes men's and women's eco-friendly hemp t-shirts, hoodies and tote bags with hemp jeans vests and jackets to be added in the second wave of production. A tasteful variety of hemp fabric finishes, fits, colors, graphics, washes and styles will highlight this new division of Cartel Blue Inc.
Interest in EOC Underground's eco-friendly hemp fabric collection has been extraordinary. Once production is complete, over sixty stores have committed to purchasing EOC Underground's apparel that will be available for consumer purchase this coming holiday season.
The Company's President, David Rhodes, stated, "Hemp now meets fashion. Gone are the days of organic hemp clothing being offered only by tree-hugging artisans. Today the world of fashion and concern for the environment is opening its doors to hemp. Hemp fashion has hit the mainstream as clearly evidenced by EOC Underground's extraordinary retail reception to its hemp apparel."
Hemp apparel fabric exudes superior properties. It is one of the strongest and most durable of all natural textile fibers. Apparel products made from hemp will outlast their competition by many years. Not only is hemp strong, but it also holds its shape, stretching less than any other natural fiber. This prevents garments from stretching out or becoming distorted with use. Although hemp may be known for its durability, its comfort and style are second to none. The more hemp is used, the softer it gets. Hemp does not wear out, it wears in. Hemp is one of the natural fibers that possesses increased strength and absorbency, even more than cotton. Hemp fabrics can also be recycled more easily than other natural fabrics. Clothing made from hemp is resistant to mold, moisture, UV and UVB rays, is not easily discolored, is antibacterial and regulates the temperature.

You're entitled to your opinion. However, David Rhodes has never been involved in any other public company so I believe your argument makes no sense.
I agree that the company's history was horrible. However, I think that David Rhodes is trying to make this company work despite all the obstacles. You should probably talk to him, go by the office and do some real due diligence before posting more speculations. There's a lot of potential here given half a chance.
Yes I am and if you scroll the other direction you can actually see writing on the side of the building listing companies that have offices there. That whole street is filled with offices with shops and restaurants on the same street.
Hint: Google Maps Street View let's you scroll to see the parking lot for 1330 Factory Place. Look at all the cars there. It's an office parking lot. Those three buildings house offices where Cartel Blue is located. Suite 124!
I've been to the office too and tried the jeans on. Now why would you write something that isn't true? Tisk, Tisk
Who knows! Evil intentions is my guess.
This is great news and nice to see they put a photo with the release to showoff some of the clothing!! That's two substantial orders in a month.
I spoke to David Rhodes. Something a lot of the people on this board should try. If he was issued shares he would be a shareholder of record and not an undocumented third party liquidator or whatever he calls himself.
There were never any shares issued to him. Period.
He doesn't "own" any stock certificate. He was probably given a cert under the pretext that he could deposit it but it's not the case. Happens all the time with the creatures that are out there trying to get something for nothing.
What the heck is a Undocumented Third Party Liquidator? Oh that's where he has a stock certificate that is not in his name and he can't deposit anywhere. So what you're saying is he has a piece of paper.
Here's an idea... why don't you call David Rhodes and ask him. I bet he will tell you Sullivan is not involved in any way. Rhodes is working hard to make this company work and staying away from all previous people who were associated.
Wow! But am kinda not surprised.
No, he has no shares and there was never any deal to give him any shares. Yes he is!!
You might be the only one left on the face of the earth that believes what Michael Sullivan tells you.
You are speculating. Sullivan has no shares.
Ha! You give him way too much credit. Sullivan hasn't coordinated much of anything in the last couple of years. And now that he's in jail, he has other things to worry about. No dump going on here just a lot of speculation on your part.
Cartel Blue is an alternative reporting company. All financials can be seen on otcmarkets.com. They don't file 8K's. Sullivan has no shares.
This stock has doubled in the past week!! Keep it up CRTL!!

If that's true, all shares of CRTL obtained by Sullivan and parties were done so fraudulently.
There's plenty of news. It's just not posted on InvestorsHub.com. Press Releases are posting on their yahoo finance profile.
Because only moderators can make changes and no one has done so. I'm sure the company would love for it to be updated.
Yet another industry leader aligns himself with this company. Hmmm, and the buying continues. I wonder what's going on. Could there be big news out soon???????
Looks like the amount of endless available shares aren't available any more. Hmmmmm.
Well we may never know as he can't say anything EVER and the company isn't talking either so anything else is pure speculation. The company had to pay the law firm who defended the company in the lawsuit. Bet that cost a lot of money. Thank the plaintiff for all of it.
Read the financials. There has been only one. There was plenty of money to move forward before the lawsuit. Once again thank the plaintiff.
Funds for the first conversion was stopped by the BS lawsuit that had to be defended. Thank the BS Plaintiff for that one.
It's not that simple. Do some DD. Contact artist - contracts need to be negotiated. Well known artists have projects thrown at them all the time so their management takes their time considering the legitimate ones. Convert 2d to 3d - Do you know how much it costs to convert 2d to 3d for theatrical quality. Well it used to be $50k - $100k per minute. To do anything of quality it costs a lot of money. Sell - to who? Oh that's right, first they have to have distribution channels set up which doesn't mean they are going to a film festival handing out DVD's in hopes that someone will like the idea and want to show it in theaters.
My advice anyone interested in this stock should do some homework on just how this industry runs. It sounds like amateur hour.
