I see you are grasping at straws.
"This ridiculous request that those claiming Escrows will not be receiving billions must, "PROVE IT", is asinine."
The guy didn't say that escrows will not be receiving billions, that would be just claiming. No need to prove or disprove. But he specifically said that "in fact" that's what will happen. Then of course we want to see proof.
"That's like Company X making outlandish claims about their product and then demanding that the Public "PROVE" that it isn't true.....ridiculous!"
No need for the public to prove that it isn't true. The Division of Advertising Practices under FTC will do it for you, easily.
No, he is not correct. He said specifically that escrows will "in fact" not be getting huge returns. AFAIK the f*t lady has not sung yet, so there can not be any "in fact."
You can say thousands of times till you are out of breath, you are still putting words in my mouth.
Do not put words in my mouth! You stated "how do you know we will (get huge returns soon)?" No, I did not say that we will. You, however, did say that "when in fact they (i.e. escrows) are not (getting huge returns soon)."
"your broad post that is misleading equity holders and they are thinking that they will get huge returns soon when in fact they are not."
Question 101: has the f*t lady sung yet? If not, how do you know that "in fact (your words)" equity holders will not get huge returns?
Never mind emailing the management. You said that escrows would get nothing, but you intended to stay, as this was a coop board. I actually thought that made sense. I am not interested in your spending countless hours discussing useless stuff (since we can't do anything with escrow shares). You keep saying this is a coop board, so where are your discussions about coop?
I have tons of escrow shares, which I can't do a damn thing about. I have also added quite a few coop shares lately, which trade on the market daily. I certainly would be more concerned about coop's future. The guy says he is here for coop, so let's hear his presentation.
When can we hear your great presentation on coop? Isn't that what you are here for? We are waiting!!!
No addressee? This must be BS.
Are you sarcastic or just mean? The two you mentioned have nothing to do with financial sector.
Nothing to do with this case (BTW we all know this is Chapter 11). I was just pointing out his erroneous statement about Chapter 7.
"Under Chapter 7, all of the business' debts are eliminated"
You've got to be kidding. See below:
"...unless the business is a sole proprietorship, a business can’t discharge debt in Chapter 7. The business remains responsible for the obligation."
To separate facts from mere opinions, you should add "I declare" to most of your statements. For example: I declare that WMIH is soon to be in Delaware BK...
You need to see an editor too.
Fake company? You better be careful about what you say.
So you are wishing a reemerged company to go bankrupt again? How disgusting!
And you have been saying that pps would drop to ridiculously low price (don't remember the exact number) during practically the same period of time. Hasn't happened either.
"there seems to be nothing after it's consolidation"
What consolidation?
"they find out there is no value thus no valuation. LOL"
LOL indeed. How could they find out anything without valuation?
If you two think it will go down to $1, nobody is preventing you to sell now and buy back (or not buy back) later. If you are so convinced yet choose not to do it, then you shouldn't be in stock market at all.
LMAO indeed.
But thanks for the encouragement., As you said yourself: Escrows will most likely see a return...
That's fine. But I don't see anyone here trying to sell any "winning system". People are just holding what they have. It would be silly at this moment to sell their shares for a few pennies. Maybe a few people do try to buy more (not me), but at these prices I don't see any great harm coming.
Does it matter to you if people spend their own money buying lottery tickets?
Fantasy based on flawed interpretation, refusal of facts, pretend "facts", and a bunch of nonsense.
Why don't you show your arguments explaining why the interpretations are flawed? I don't remember longs refusing or pretending facts, can you show some quotes? Otherwise, your statement is just nonsense.
MD presented a plausible theory recently on this board: to PURCHASE the mortgage loans that they have been SERVICING all these years.
What hasn't happened is not reality. We can talk about reality when this saga is finally over.
People do their DD and come up with plausible theories. If you don't agree, you need to point out how their theories are flawed (AFAIK you haven't done that). Just spewing negativity won't work. And BTW this is just logic, not personal attack.
I can wait till 2019. Can you?
Soon is just soon, or near future. For a more precise time period people will say weeks, months, or years.
Who is selling fantasies? People offer different opinions/theories. If you don't like a theory, just disprove it. BTW the BK has not been closed yet, so you will need to wait a little longer to claim that escrow theories have failed.
"with the facts set in stone"
Now that's real fantasy.
Hope needs not spring eternal. I am sure most of the people here would be happy to see this thing end, one way or the other.
"Reality says it's not going to happen."
FYI what hasn't happened can not be called REALITY.
And it didn't take long for the negative spin either:)
The easiest way to dispute a theory is to offer a counter-argument. Why don't you do that?
Has the f*t lady sung? If not, then everything is just speculation. I can wait for the outcome; can you?
No money both for escrows and WMIH? ... and WMIH? What nonsense!
Sounds like someone who was sent here to manage expectations, no?
Fantasy maybe. But you haven't proposed any plausible theory to explain why they try to raise that much money.
So when are you going to sell?
