I'm tired of taking one for the team here; someone else do it, please ;)
The "very people" you mention that would buy HNSS at this point are smart enough to notice the R/S as being nothing more than a temporary scheme to drive up the PPS.
However, not all investors are smart enough to realize that. Further, not all investors are simply "investing" in HNSS for the long run.
Indeed that is one way to raise the PPS.
It'll forever ruin investor sentiment (at least of prior investors) but it will still cause a spike in PPS.
Because history tends to repeat itself, and because a PR is likely to come out sooner than later signaling another "hopeful" HNSS stunt.
You're welcome to disagree with my opinion, as many do. But, again, IMO, it will happen.
IMO, It's inevitable; a jump in PPS will come soon.
Interesting observation.
Well said. I've yet to sell a single share as well.
I've said this before (as have other longs)... this is not the way HNSS will leave the game. Lo and behold, we've got some movement.
There are plenty of other options. Black seems to be a smart fellow (make of that what you will), and he probably won't leave HNSS in the dark. If it takes another roller coaster of PR releases, he'll do it. Give it some time and the zeros will move again.
Longs are silent because there's nothing to discuss at the moment. It is simply a waiting game, and it is Black's move.
Don't worry, Olanda. There are plenty of people that have confirmed INAR shares. As such, you shouldn't be worried about their status. They'll end up in your account soon.
Received my shares on ETrade, too.
Thanks for the replies to my previous post. I've been busy with options.
Here's to either HNSS or INAR posting some positive news soon.
ETrade Inquiry:
Members who are using ETrade, and who have already gotten their INAR shares: What, if anything, did you do to receive the shares? I remember reading that some people (1) received them without having to look into the matter, or (2) called ETrade, spoke to a rep, and were subsequently given the shares within a certain period of time.
Just want some clarification, as the incredibly smart human being I'm currently exchanging e-mails with is in the dark.
Those longs are now quiet because the entire board in general has died with the PPS. The flip side of your comment also rings true to our ears: now that the stock has settled down, most of the negative posters have also disappeared. Wait for the stock to rise back up, and the cycle will, once again, start back up, too.
It's a two-way game: What's there to complain about when a stock has crashed? Quite a lot, in my opinion. Yet most of those people haven't posted a single response as of late.
Anything is possible; and you're right... the restriction (if one year) would definitely kill any positives about INAR until the hold is removed.
Best set a one-year alert and ignore INAR until then... ;)
You're on eTrade, right? I should call them and inquire about INAR, too. I've yet to see anything.
ETrade is showing my position/price as well.
I also appreciate your input. I've only experienced two RS positions in my lifetime, and it's definitely a sore ride for those who hang on to their positions.
The waiting game continues...best of luck.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but a RS would increase the PPS. Sure, at that point, it's absolutely possible (if not probable) that the PPS will further decrease, causing your position to also decrease. (You're initial $1,000 investment at .0001, for example, would decrease to $500 after a RS and a subsequent drop from .001 to .0005, for example.)
However, my point is simply regarding the lowest possible PPS that HNSS can currently trade at, which is .0001. I'm glad that you're pointing out this type of situation for everyone, but these are merely after-effects of a possible RS.
Oh, definitely; I didn't mean to imply that HNSS can't reach $0 flat. But it IS my assumption that, at that point, the stock is useless to any buyers/sellers. Hence, .0001 would be the lowest possible PPS at which shares can be traded.
The stock is at the lowest possible PPS it will ever near. At this point, it's beyond silly to even have to mention that HNSS will result in a huge profit IF you still believe in it.
As far as DD goes, there are only two ways to look at this story, and I've been repeating this for almost an entire year. Either:
1. You believe in HNSS, the management, and their claims, and you invest/continue to hold your shares; or
2. You think HNSS/Black is a scam, and the entire story is fabricated.
Whichever way you lean, there's only one direction HNSS can head toward. Keep in mind that their recent PRs, while disheartening and somewhat vague, really don't mean much EITHER WAY. The company has not announced any tangible developments that relate to the original soar in PPS. and I concede on that point. However, the "claims" some people make on iHub about their personal "DD" are nothing more than speculation and opinion. Similarly, us longs are hanging on to HNSS with comparable beliefs.
Apple, for example, has had interesting episodes during their company's lifetime where product developments and unveilings have been delayed/postponed. In most of these situations, customers, investors, and the general public all begin to panic and wonder when a certain item will come out. Does anyone remember the iPhone 4S debate? With the lack of a summer release, the entire tech industry, as well as every single news organization, published story after story attempting to explain the situation. Some said that the iPhone 4S would actually be called the iPhone 5, and would be released later than expected. Some pointed toward problems in the production line; others pointed at Android's progress in the sector, and suggested that Apple was waiting/improving their phone. Every single person with a computer was, at that point, a self-proclaimed "Apple Insider," and thousands of stories were published about alleged "insider information/phone specs." Yet, most people were incorrect.
Does anyone notice a trend here? We're ALL speculating, we're ALL guessing, and we're ALL waiting. HNSS/Black have not delivered and have missed their deadline, AND they're being quiet about it.
...but what exactly does that mean? Absolutely nothing.
Hence, I sit, I hold, and I wait.
Right. I'm not arguing with anything you guys are saying. Just sharing the background story.
You may have nailed his intent. There's speculation around some circles that something soon is coming.
None of the "Oh my, this stock will explode!" talk... but something may be brewing underneath it all. Mere speculation from this group I'm referring to, but that is all.
Really?
Give it some time and you'll get what you all came for. That's all I will say.
Go Longs.
Indeed, I myself am averaged much higher. However, my point still stands. You're going to have two very different, yet very happy groups of people once and if this stock "takes off." It doesn't matter if you're averaged at .0003 or .003... both groups will be rewarded in one way or another. You'll either make a ton of money in a short amount of time (as a newcomer), or you'll see your assets finally rise back to previous levels (if you're a long).
Good luck.
Newcomers will sure be awarded, but don't look at this as a punishment for longs. If the stock does indeed take off, both longs and newcomers will have the same big smile on their faces.
From my discussion with some of the shareholders holding similar lots (owning X% of the stock like myself), the majority did not favor the buyout at the time. They would not have loved the buyout because they were expecting a higher PPS (we were already around .004ish at the time).
Not opinion; but fact.
Yes. In fact, that was the message of today's PR.

I honestly don't know what to tell you, mate. I'm in the same boat as everyone else here. Difference is, I choose to believe that he's doing what he has promised, and that HNSS will make us longs proud....very, very soon.
Negativity can only go so far when you're this low on the charts.
Go Longs.
Considering the fact that most of their other PRs include the disclaimer, I don't think it's mere coincidence that they're missing from the MicroFill-related ones.
Don't waste your time... many negative posts seem to surface before milestone events of any stock.
Just hang in there and wait for it. The stocks are being issued on Apr. 30th. Any reasonable long would realize the meaning of that date.
/waitsfornegativejokeregardinglastsentence.
Again, there is no "fact." Putting your "two and two together" merely points out two inferences that can lead to an opinion. Here, we have no proof on either side of the argument.
Hence, thank you for your opinion.
Anyone who would like to access L2 for free should open a TD Ameritrade account. Their platforms (like TradeArchitect) offer no-charge live quotes / Level II for basic accounts.
It's a cycle that's been plaguing this stock for months now. It's being manipulated by $10-30 selloffs. Thankfully, most savvy investors can see this L2 action and understand what's actually going on with the PPS.
Reality and the complaints that go along with it are always plenty on investment boards. You've mentioned this several times before, and so have I: this isn't a surefire stock that accepts your deposits and throws out 100% guaranteed gains. Everyone should know the pure risk of an investment, especially in Pinks.
That said, we still have an "unknown" lurking around. While a lack of any information definitely scares us, it doesn't necessarily mean that the road we're on is the wrong one.
Hang in there.
See Wayno's response about the shares? That's exactly the type of reaction I have predicted. You're going to see many band-wagoners who jump aboard between now and April 30th, and most of the longs will hold until then as well. This could drive up the PPS, which is why this low entry point is appealing to some investors.
The hits below the ask still amuse me. If only we had the current ~7-8mil on the ask.
Cheers to a good week.
mistercellphoneman and topdog, let's try to steer the discussion away from each others' arguments and back toward the stock itself, please. We've cross-referenced one-another enough already (I've done the same...), and my mailbox is full of complaints from a few members.
I do appreciate (as do other members) your input on these things. But circular logic wiggles its way into most of our daily arguments, and it's important to realize this.
The only concrete argument about HNSS is that Black has been silent about MicroFill since November. NOTHING else is concrete; any speculation about his good/bad intentions and company status is just that: speculation. There is no way to argue this point.
I'm not on my home computer at the moment, but there were a few trading days that exhibited a pattern one could not ignore. The sell orders were literally being placed at 2 hour intervals, dropping the PPS down for a measly $20-30 selloff. It seemed orchestrated.
