I gotta say...
I realize all the fluff PRs, I have been here for all of them.
Its nice to see some activity and excitement around this stock. I have ridden this into the mountain, and its nice to see something coming to life here.
From what I can see, there are fresh faces and new $$, and there is finally what appears to be a turnaround with the management. Slow and steady wins the race, and I am pulling for a steady climb through second quarter.
Don't sweat the past, look to where we are right now!
Dan the Man
Free,
What are the chances this gets to .015 by summer? Any thoughtS?
Thanks
I certainly hope that you are right. I bought into this 3 years ago at .11 and watched it go down.
I have bought again twice more in the hopes that this will take off.
I read this board almost daily, and there has been so much negativity, I believe they scare off novice investors like me.
I am encouraged by the fresh faces and the activity lately. I truly believe things just might have turned around!
Guys and Dolls,
Its great to hear about record revenues. Its great to hear about new suppliers. I have been self employed for 22 years. Revenue is NOT profit. They need to be sharing what profits those revenues are bringing. There is a huge difference between profit and revenue.
I bought in 2 years ago, and have been holding ever since, I have watched my investment fall 95%. I have nothing more to lose. I hope Solomin and Ali have this figured out, but either way, I am going to watch this fly into the mountain and at least get some enjoyment out of this.
These guys are like a bunch of hoods that rob the same bank every week. They need to learn to leave it alone just a little while so it can take in some money.
I think you might have found something here.
Thanks for your hard work!
Wilma,
I have not sold. I still have my shares, I am just riding the plane into the mountain. I am holding because I have nothing to lose in this POS. I need for this to get to .03 to break even, and I doubt it will get there.
Best of luck to you, But I think we have been had...
I am fortunate in that I can afford the loss. I am done putting anything in and actually kinda enjoy seeing this flounder. I hope this bounces back, but I am not optimistic. I won't bash this because I don't know what is really going on, but it looks like no one else does either.
Good luck to the longs, I love to hear the optimism. Lets just have this run up to $100/ share so we can all retire!!!
I just need .03. I leveraged down a couple of months ago. This is a puzzle, and I can't figure it out.
Fun to play though...
I bought in on this July 2011 at .11
I am so far down, I am waiting for it to crash all the way!!
I keep thinking it will pop, but that just isn't going to happen. The last month or so felt different with the "big Buy" of 1.5 billion shares. I don't understand this.
Should be moving up at a record pace
I o live in Minnesota. I have not yet looked for NDR, bur I will. I live outstate, but its worth a look.
For whats its worth, I have been in this for a long time and I am encouraged by the last couple of days. I need this to go to 3 cents to break even and I am going to sit on it until it goes tp a buck.
Thanks to Frogger and Bgallitin for holding the torch!!!
I hear that, and I sgree. The PR said that it would be a done beal in 6-8 weeks and that was 3 months ago. You have been on here for a while like I have and those things never seem to work out. That is my concern. I am pulling for this just like everyone else. You talked to Solomen, in your opinion do you feel this is going to happen?
Thanks
Hey Frogger,
I like the charts, I have no idea how to read them, but they are very interesting to look at. I have been in this stock for 2 years, and can't count the number of times they have released a PR, followed up with another either later that day or the next. The prices jumps 30% and within 2 days, its right back down. What makes this any different? Can anyone tell me what makes this sustainable?
thanks, Dan the Man
all the posters on here...
I have been into UBRG for 2 years now. I seldom post, but I check this board every day. Like most of you, I have lost a TON of money here (I bought in at .11 OUCH!)
I have pretty much given up on this one, but I figured I would rather see it all the way into the mountain. I have no idea whats going on, but the fact that someone bought 1.6 billion shares, and then the website has been down ever since tells me something is happening.
If this is a reverse merger, what are the implications? I have never been through it and it doesn't sound good
Thanks
I bought shares through ameritrade last week with no problem
I agree. don't leave us hanging. The PR put a time frame of 30-60 days and its been almost a month now. If they update us on where that deal is at, it will show us that they do give a hoot about the shareholders.
The only thing that gives me any hope at all here is that they put a time frame on the china deal. They stated that they expect to start shipping coal in 30-60 days. I don't recall them ever putting a time limit on a PR. Trying to keep the faith, but it's been a long couple of years
I have been in this stock for almost 2 years. Bought in at .11 (ouch) I picked up 100,000 this morning at .0032 so I am elated with today. Before I resign my position monday because UBRG made me rich, What other news is out about China and Coal.
The last I heard, whitesburg was not even operating.
Looking for some advice here. I bought into this at .11 almost 2 years ago. I should have bailed out, but I thought it would come back.... I have $5,000 into this and its worth less than $200. I don't see this ever climbing back to .11, but I am thinking about throwing in for another 100,000 share to leverage down to 3 cents per share.
Anyone have any thoughts??
It makes sense, and the numbers match up perfectly. Is texican and thier 1Billion in sales looking to buy UBRG? Why would they partner with a smaller player?
Alright Guys and Dolls, I have been with UBRG for 18 months, I bought in at .109 per share. I feel the pain here, trust me...
A couple of thoughts, some good, some bad
UBRG is aquiring and adding assets and partnerships, don't you think that those other companies looked into UBRG to make sure they were sound before partnering up with them? No one is going into business with a dead horse.
I looked at the link that Locks sent earlier today and I saw that the mine is active, but has only 3 employees. I don't know much about coal mining, but how much coal can 3 guys dig out of the ground??? I don't see much revenue from Whitesburg based on that!!
Any thoughts??
Dan the Man
I have been into this company for over a year now. I bought pretty heavy last July at .10 and have lost 80%. I believe that UBRG is trying to do the right thing and make some $$ doing it.
A lot of people on this board bash away, some defend. I guess what it boils down to for me is that its a Nat. gas company, and Gas is at a 20 year low. If the demand would have stayed high over the last winter, I believe there would have been moderate profits and the share price would be up.
Many here sight Dillution, and the DTC Chill. And to be straight with you, there were(and still might be) some reporting issues. I think this will pretty much stay close to here until the demand for gas increases.
JMO Good luck
I think its because more people are selling than are buying.
JMO
I have no intention of selling, I just wanted to know what the signifigance was of no trades for 45 minutes and how that meant we had bottomed out?
How do you mean "Hit the bottom"? I have been long on UBRG for over a year now, I enjoy your insight.
I trade with Ameritrade. During the last "pump and dump", I sold my shares through Ameritrade, Opened a Scottrade account and cleaned up. I will do it again with the next run.
You made 15K today, and you are still here, VERY active on the board when it would cost you $500 to walk away???
I'm Confused. Why would you do that?
The price of Nat. Gas Does have relevance, because nobody predicted the weather this winter. I live in Minnesota, and it was unreal how warm it was. The farmers did not have to dry the corn for the first time in 15 years. If the demand would have been higher, UBRG would have had modest Profits.
How can the chill be a death trap?
Before the run in March, ave trading was under 400,000 shares a day.
Now it is up over 2,500,000. As far as I know, Ameritrade is the only house that will not let you buy, only sell. If I want to buy, it takes 10 minutes to switch to Scottrade and I am off and running. Not difficult.
Plenty of people know how to make $$$ during a pump and dump. You posted you made 15 large today. Congrats on that, but you just have to pay a little attention to keep up with the trends and you can make out just fine.
If you can boost revenues in this economy by 41%, AND reduce debt by 8.5%, you are on the way to finally showing profits. With profits comes value.
Guys and Dolls,
I have been long on UBRG for over a year now. I watch the board fairly often. I hear about Shorts, Dillusion, Reverse Splits, the CHILL, Etc...
The fact is, that revenues are climbing, they are dangerously close to showing a profit, and they are following thier proposed plan pretty close. They are doing all of this in an economy which is dismal at best. Ask yourselves this, Where would the profits be had we not had the mildest winter on record? Where would we be if Nat. Gas were not at a 10 year low.
The chill is bad, but it didn't keep anyone from buying during our nice little run last month. This is not a fortune 500 company I realize, but this company will mature and start showing the growth that they keep promising.
I would love to hear from anyone who can estimate where the profits might be based on Nat Gas prices in 2010-2011.
Your thoughts...
Thanks, The real question is are they losing at a slower rate. At what time will they turn revenues into profit???
Any ideas??
Anyone know when the deadline for filing is? What are the chances they get this one in on time and they are at least close to breaking even?
Did anyone see the 2,000,000 share buy right at close? Whats up with that?
nothing major is going to happen here until the financials are released. If UBRG is reducing the debt and increasing revenues, then they should start showing PROFIT by the end of 2nd quarter.
Just hope and pray they get the reports out on time, or this could get real ugly real fast!!
Any ideas when the reprts are due, and any speculation how the numbers will look?
I bought this stock last june/july at .109 I have been watching everysince. right now I am over $4000 down, OH WELL. I bought it, and I am gonna ride it out.
I also use TD, so I can't even dilute!!! You don't hear me crying foul 15 times a day.
Sell your shares and move on to greener pastures. If you can't afford your $500 broker cut to sell off then I say again, you shouln't be in this game.
so yeah, take it like a big boy and shut the #%$@ up
Its not that we aren't listening, its just that we don't care.
If you lose $500 to dump your stock, and that is keeping you on this board, then shame on you. If you can't handle a $500 loss, you don't need to be playing penny stocks.
We are all trying to make a buck, but if you are that close to going under that you can't take the hit, go get a real job and quit blowing up this board on a daily basis. Everyone here knows how you feel.
My 3 years cries less than you do!
Great link. every person on here needs to watch this RIGHT NOW!!! Thanks advisor
Keep you eye on the ball here, and if you find anything else, let me know. this will be a fun ride.
Enjoy
This is gonna be sweet!!!
What will the sell off be tomorrow from the shorts?
wow, what a day. I have been following UBRG since april of last year and while most of my friends got out, I stayed in. Looks like I might get the last laugh.
EXCELLENT JOB this weekend Joe, way to keep things real and keep to the facts. You had a lot to do with this.
Now for the $64,000 question...
Where will we be at the end of the week?
Dan the Man
Good info here. Is there a time line after a chill is removed before they can do a RS?
There was a great post a while back that spells it out what they are trying to do.
Remember the investors they were meeting with in New York in January? They use that $$ to buy the stock up to .40 then do a RS and you have the value at $4.00 which is where you need to be to get on NASDAQ.
How soon after the chill is removed before you could pull a trick like that?
Does it even make sense??
V63,Love to hear your take on this, your too Tocorro
If they had anything good to say, they would have said it by now. I have beed in this since June, and right now a "realized loss" on my tax return is just about the only good I can see. I find it harder and harder to keep holding a stock that a common person can't buy if they wanted too. Feeling more and more like we might have been had.
Where do you find that info? I am with TD and don't know how to see that.
Toccoro, I have been holding for 6 months and I always look for your posts. I believe them to be genuine and sincere!!
