agreed. RS is not on the horizon but certainly belongs in conversation down the road, and not neccessarily a bad thing, if company is progressing nicely and hitting the projected marks. BLTA is a wonderful opportunity for all, especially in pennyland where the majority of what's available is worthless. It is a legitimate company that will be FAA certified and America's newest airline with non stop service from JFK to St. Petersburg Russia in the coming months. Truly a once in a lifetime opportunity for investors that want to own a piece of something real. imho

Most likely won't happen that way . From what I've read and gathered is it won't be considered until co shows profitability.

Even the LT whom heads up a group of major investors thought we'd be officially announced into Phase 3 and at roughly .05 pps come today.

Let us look at this logically:
Logically, Baltia will be in Phase III by the time they go to the airshow (it is something they have planned for since the time all involved decided to make Baltia the PRIMARY SPONSOR).
That means that in the next 2 weeks - 10 trading days - Baltia will be putting out Press Releases regarding:
1. The completion of all maintenance checks on N706BL, that she is airworthy, and that she will be present at "Baltia Airlines Thunder over Michigan" airshow on the weekend of August 9th and 10th.
2. The completion of all training - including simulator training for the pilots (since Baltia can't enter Phase III without it).
3. The completion of all of the requirements of Phase II, and
4. The acceptance of Baltia into Phase III.
AT A MINIMUM! (I didn't even mention a PR about the airshow itself, with honorable mention that this is THE FIRST TIME in the history of this airshow that the THUNDERBIRDS will be making an appearance!).
That means AT LEAST 4 MAJOR PRESS RELEASES in the next 10 DAYS (practically one every other day) leading up to the HUGE event on the weekend of August 9th & 10th.
Over the next 2 weeks, Baltia is going to knock our socks off!
Seriously.........what effect do you think this kind of publicity is going to have on the price of BLTA?
Is it feasible that BLTA bought on this coming Monday (7/28 - before all the Press Releases and the Publicity) could be worth twice what an investor paid for it after two weeks have elapsed (8/11 - the day AFTER the airshow?).
Is this just a few days off LT?

According to the website, "Baltia plans to start flight operations in the Fall of 2011 as the only U.S. airline directly connecting two of the world’s most prominent cities – New York and St. Petersburg, Russia. " . So, are they at least a year out from this projection? Also, wouldn't it make sense for Baltia to update their web info, especially for potential new investors, that would be put off by dated projections that they were clearly overly optimistic about? How do you go for manual clearance within the 1st 2 weeks of 2012, to many of you thinking now it won't be until spring?
Ther are some here that have waited longer than me for this bird to officially fly. Anyone here have a similar post that predates mine?, lol.

No matter how you slice it , it IS a forward looking statement, that is all it is. As you can see today, it was worth the breath Barry spent on it. Sure we've never been closer, yet millions of shares continue to get dumped. Yes , taking profit before their investment becomes a deficit because this is going further south. Low 2's, maybe .018 again if they don't annoiunce phase 3 this week. GLTA

haha, right, but still a forward looking statement. Yes they have a way better chance of hitting their goal than of someone wanting to hit the lottery. But saying were aiming to on or before oct 1 is not real news, or one of several surprises the co. stated it had imo.
Aiming to be certified by oct 1 is a forward looking statement and not neccessarily based in reality, until it actually happens. I'm aiming to win the lottery next Saturday because I'm gonna buy some tickets. See? Good weekend for Baltia, but I think most at least expected an announcement of in phase 3. I don't think that's living in fantasy land. I would say that's realistic.

3.9 billion shares and it's gonna hit a 1.00 as soon as we get certification without generating a penny of income? I think it willl go up, and I hope you're right, but I don't think we'll see that for a while. We'll be lucky to see .10 before it quickly retreats. I think it will be hard to climb with any significance until they start making money.
What's keeping big money from getting in at this level? If you were gonna take this company seriously ,now, more than ever would be the time to do so right? Either we're all really smart for believeing in this company and will be rewarded for our efforts and support, or WE are the sheep.
If you see the company submit a non dilution clause regarding the 51%, run for the exits, as the r s is on it's way. Some say no big deal, but if you own 100k shares and it gets reduced to 100, you're not gonna be very happy with it. Granted, we're all playing the lottery with penny stocks, and this is actually one of the very few that may do something...I believe in it, but I don't wear rose colored glasses anymore, and I'm not a big fan of giving money away if I don't have to. Nice post. I don't disagree with your logic. However in your wife's case, didn't she buy low and sell in the 3s and rebuy sub2 or low 2s? That imo is a perfect way to play a penny stock if you're fortunate enough to do so. Cheif shed light on the main concern for anyone holding long that really only the co. knows the answer to: the rs. Could be 2 yrs away, or as soon as they achieve certification. Agree with Chief that it will happen, just a matter of when.

All exciting stuff to come in a short period of time ovr the next week or so. I have certainly enjoyed the informative posts of deltasaint, LT, pipa, orvie, spekulator, old and wise and anyone else I've left out that has given informative insight regarding BLTA. While there's never been a more exciting time for them to edge closer to certification and for those that have been here for what feels like eons, you can't help but wonder what the real play here is. At some point , it's hard to believe that there WILL NOT be a reverse split with the number of outstanding shares. I know I've read that roughly 80 percent of shares are owned by major investors and co./employees?...still, at what point in this process does Baltia Do the DEW? Once certified? Of course I'd like to see it rise a few bucks at a few pennies entry point...it would be like hitting the lottery. I am long like many of you and believe in the company, but I plan on selling before that happens only to return once the split takes place. I'm sure I'm not the only one that's had that thought....anyone?
Plane Age. This may have already been covered by someone, but would the age of Baltia's plane be a deterrent from potential customers booking flights? Having asked that question, I've never really thought about the age of a plane when I get on one, but it comes up quite a bit here. What is the average age of planes in service...10-20 years old?

Thanks for posting the response. I think "broken record" enjoys reading her own redundant drivel...makes her feel important. At least he she ditched the all caps. I've mostly resigned myself to skipping right over her posts. I believe she's the only one here that bet her life savings on MDFI, panicked and lost it all. Why else would one spend their life on a message board repeating themselves incessantly. She should've diversified...then we wouldn't have to deal with her constant whining.

What marketing avenues would be worth pursuing in Germany or Europe to create awareness for MDFI?
Another great marketing avenue for medefile would be talk radio. Getting the endorsement of one or two of the nationally syndicated proactive personalities that have a broad fan base, touting their wares would definitely boost subscriptions IMO.
So I take it you no longer hold a position in this stock, or somehow you're upside down in your .0006 position?
If you've been here since the stock price was .0006, why would you want to see it at .001? Quite a demeanor change from someone who could see this stock at 5.00 a share.
