Sooooo who to fix the mess now?
You have had conversations with Patrick. What can you share that would compell others. We all know no filings, no news, which in itself is compelling
The facts are, we have lost our butts! The questions are, what can be gained with this law suit? Will it help the return of investment or hinder? Is there a plan going forward? What are the timetables. Is it possible to get relisted.
It just seems that all is a big secret, WHY!
Bruce, I would agree that new capital would be a waste without a listing. At this point I have been a big loser with this stock. I am not sure what has happened and do not understand why the delisting has not been resolved. I hear bunches of stories but not sure, most likly the truth is in the middle. I sure would like to know if the New Miami is still pumping and what the results are since so much has been put into those wells.
I am on board with you to resolve this concern.

Thanks, for the not so good news.
Seems Cubo Energy is the European company Traded under 3CU
So this is the new Uniontown energy. Lets see what happens
Second New Miami well started. Reported by Fairfield Sun Times.
Well is being drilled by FX Drilling Rig #5. Also reported the New Miami 40-20H is On Pump with a Deisel Generator for power source to operate.
Oil termonology to start the drilling process.
The main salvation will be the 300K new money to bring the New Miami on line. Then the big sweat will be off for a while.
Common sense would agree that futher investment by UTOG is not a classic P&D move. I still beleive the New Miami will be flowing soon with some futher investment/coaxing. Certainly potential, just not too easy or everyone would do it.
When, not if the New Miami and the other projects start pumping the prices going today will be like having Microsoft stock at the inception! I am sure many people thought Microsoft was a real DUD.
Yes, I have realized huge losses. I agree that funding was not just given, never happens that way. On the other hand, they were out of money to proceed with bringing this well on line, so a cash infusion was needed for any hope at all. If this well flows the way back can be seen.
No doubt that there is big money in a good flowing oil well right now. Not to sure about the Nat gas. I hope this is enough money to get the New Miami on track. It must look like a good well or they would not put addtional money into it or drill another well nearby.
Not sure about all the rest, just using good country sence.
Uniontown news release, Good to hear of the new cash to finish the New Miami. Seems like a logical move to me.
Not sure that is the right profile. Try google "Patrick Smyth Forbes" I think there are many ways to to "Profile" people The truth is the hard part, usually an element of truth in all of them.
Need to PUMP the New Miami.
Could Have, Should Have, Would Have If.
Fairfield Suntimes Interviews Patrick Smyth. To read interview goggle Fairfield Suntimes Montana.
Seems good to me!
A oil production company with production that is profitable will get attention sooner or later. So two possibilitys here, one an uplist if this would ever happen and second a new market such as Europe could be a solution for investors as well. This may take a couple of quarters to show good finacial results, If I were on the board. I would be pushing the envelope for production at the other sites as well if I thought there were a decent probability of payback for my investment (stockholders investment).
Not a scam, buy your shares today.
This is solid news from an independent source. We do not know the flows yet and I am sure still being worked on but looks very good at this point---to me.
Thinkordie welcome! I am is similar boat as you, maybe not quite as bad. I know these wells are tricky especially to get pumping correctly if you are not in the traditional Texas sweet type oil.
They may get the well going or not. It is a gamble as it costs so much to drill and set up and get flowing. The good news is it is not a dry well that would be bad. Now the question is how well the well flows if at all. I also would like to hear about Teton as they did drill there and hit oil-- what is that site doing?
100 shares have traded now.
So my statment was correct just worded different.
Thanks for the confimation
Read the release. I did not say this was a bad move. I just was reading the release. How do you interperate the portion of the release stating the issuence of shares to the current stock holders.
You would have to do this in my opinion.
I would guess this means a dilution of shares but sounds as if some form of compensated shares will be issued to current holders of shares. TBD.
All very solid advice. This area is on the edge of known reserves. No real risk in known reserves. Any time drilling is done on the known edge it is a risk. Yes I have researched the best I can. I have looked at this area with oil produceing wells and dry or plugged holes. I do not have 100% confidence as with any stock. At this point it seems a good risk to me.
I prefer to think the glass is half full! Not half empty. I beleive most investors realize the full potential is not known, however this is NOT a dry hole.
I hope this revenue stream from the oil sales will be enough to either finace additional wells and futher development, the Teton project which had good oil showings at the already drilled wells. I beleive this was heavy oil. But would rather see an additional well at the New Miami if the data shows good for this as it is lighter oils with less trouble to extract.
Either way if I were a creditor---revenue is a good thing!
UTOG press release ships OIL!
These were quotes from the last 10Q, I remember reading them. This 10Q was very cautious sounding due to the SEC suspension.
The revenue need for futher exploration or expenditures on current projects would either come from another block of stocks (not recomended) or as I see it from the sale of oil pumping from New Miami project, which I beleive is happening it is a question of how much.
Big T this has been the case for months. What you are reading has been the case for quite some time. I believe it has to do more with the promotion tactics of the stock, the same reason that the SEC is investigating.
The reporting may come thru the Operator of the well which is Sands Oil Company for New Miami operation.
Gas at $2.92 in SC.
UTOG third quarter results should be soon along with an update on New Miami oil flow. Looking for good news.
These grey sheet orders and price sequence---Make No Sence at ALLL
Never have, makes you wonder how that could happen????
