Nice to see the company finally making progress. Catching up on filings and 2 Large companies backing QMC. TIME has finally caught up with Quantums tech. Most of us have been hanging tight for many years till market caught up.

To me it looks like they are going to,attempt, build QD reactors in-house rather than external. Just my 2 cents

I sincerely hope so, in my opinion this is QMC'S last shot, or should I say last shot as a viable shareholder.

The Market has never looked at QMC seriously and nothing has changed. Been in this one for 10 plus years and have watched this bright idea move to several countries. Great idea behind continuous flow tech for manufacturing Quantum Dots but time frame,money,lawsuits, and watered down shareholder value through to many shares not much is left.

I have watched this for nearly 10 years. QMC started in the USA and then ventured to Saudia Arabia and returned to the USA. Next we took a trip to San Marco's Texas. Then QMC took its show to China and back to the USA. Now we are in India, see how the market reacted. Justification through past history thus the drop. Sub penny land in our future. There has been news for the last 9 years but and still it a dime.

All this good news and the stock just keeps falling. Looking subpenny soon.

I have never liked that move, Chinese do as they please and it's like letting the Fox in the Hen House. Hope it works out, if it was such a good move why did we need to add additional shares to the Kitty while there was going to be this large infusion of Chinese investment rather than chasing toxic loans from lending institutions know for their predatory lending practices. Many answers and excuses I'm sure but time is running out on the investors that have been here since the beginning. We have time but time is going to run out soon.

I love QMC but I still don't favor us in China.

I understand the wait has been a "?" and we all are ready for some revs along with contracts. After following this for a substantial amount of time there are no competitors that can prove ability to mass produce QD on a level that can support an entire market with the exception of QMC but this company still has yet to pull off a contract. I think QMC is close which is just another opinion.

I don't think many of us thinks a penny and half is a runnup.

I have been buying this stock since 2010 for many of the reasons you just listed. There are several others lurking that have been in it longer than I have. Some day QD will have market acceptance.

I think parameters have been set and have been met in my opinion. Mass production,cad free,color,uniformity,heat resistance,longevity,price point. Perhaps implementation is the next hurdle.
