Bought some more on Friday with the dip! This could pay out well in 3 months...
I don't know. I'd think with all of the poor investor sentiment right now, gold would be up. I bought a few shares at 77.65. Waiting for $100 again!
Bought last round at 16.34 a share, sold for 20.54 a share, bought again at 16.20 and 14.85, here's to another big win when this goes back to 20.00! Give it 60 days, we'll be there.
30k? You must of blown your inheritance. I worked 3 jobs all through high school and was a regional sales manager at 18. I NEVER had 30k to lose. Sorry you had such an expensive lesson!
What is going on with the volume? Can any one see L2 bids and asks stacking and not executing? Or, is this thing out of momentum already?
I've been trading for a little over a year now and feel that I have a very small handle on APS.
The way I see it, we lose our butt today and settle around 1.40 or so and then Sykes will run his mouth for a little, the stock price will swing back and forth between 1.25 and 1.70. Next week we see heavy buy pressure again and shoot us to over 2.00 a share. It will swing back and forth a little until Sykes pulls his position and the short squeeze will rocket this to the 3.50 range over the next two weeks. This will be a huge pull back point and I have no idea where to go from there.
GL TO US! GO GWBU!
I hope you get out of this mess if and when you do. I made money 3 times on the way up, and lost my ass on the crash. I was in at 1.57 and stop loss'd at .98 with a 1.20 stop loss! FML
I figured I'd chime in. I'm an employee of the company so I can't say much, but what I can tell you is that I bought in at the low of 15.77 and I've been riding the wave. Public knowledge shows that Clayton, Dubilier & Rice dumped to the public at 16.60 a share. Now that it is out of the way, investor confidence has been good. I'm loving what this company is doing and believe that it has great merits for it's investors.
Good fortune to those of us with patience!
The statement of Beneficial Ownership doesn't help any of us. I'm feeling a bit pissed off right now. THANK GOD I got in around .035 and again at .04. I'm going to ride this out one more day and see what happens. I can tell you that I'm not really impressed. 2mil shares moved on Friday, 1 million on Monday, and less than 900k today. Not good!
What happened to our cheerleader? I don't here anyone FLEXing the strength of this stock right now. It never ceases to amaze me how once the stock dips, silence grows.
Look at this baby fly! I'm loving it! I'm buying all they way up to $28 and ditching at $30 unless something bad happens.
Good fortune to us all!
HAHA thanks! The problem is for every 5-10% I make in real stocks, I lose 20-100% in Penny Land. One day I will quit my job and stay home and baby sit Pinkies all day.
Good fortune to us all!
Good for you buddy! Congratulations! Now how about you help me do the same? I missed the boat on this. Got in on the morning dip and didn't catch the fall until my lunch break. Sold at a 40% loss! FML I'm still recovering from my FTEG mess.
I bought in at $20 as well. This company has an excellent near term outlook that could outperform the market if the economy keeps edging forward and the demand for fuel keeps rising. I'd like to see $27 by the middle of 2012. Could be done if things get better.
I'm trying to see the value in this board. All I see is someone posting a hundred different tickers with no explanation. Anyone can shoot in the dark and have a history of 5 big wins.
Can someone set the record straight for me?
I'm not in as bad as you but I have over 200k shares wrapped up in this for about a $700 loss. I'll be here for a while I've averaged down to about .01....Oh would it be christmas if I could just break even on this. It sucks because the company could really be doing much better but Grist really stuck it to us with his bad PR deals and it looks like he hasn't learned his lesson with the pump at the end of Oct.
Good Fortune to us all!
It's crazy! I've been in this POS for a long time. But yet, some how, I find myself buying another 67k shares today. It's like a drug. I know this company is real, with real employees, and has a good business concept.
Problem is that Mr.Grist made some real amateur moves taking the company to the OTC.
May time and good fortune be on our side!

MASSIVE DUMPING!
WTF! Nelson Grist needs my foot in his rear! I don't know what's going on, but someone knows something I don't! This is fact!
I'm getting good reading this POS. In at .204 out at .301. I knew the MM's were wash trading! I can't see level 2, but I bet this was not due to shorts and stop losses.
They have, Quality OTC ran their campaign a few months ago. They have some work to do but I think they will pull through this.
The best we can hope for here is that their new deal with a "Large Retail Chain" is something like Wal-Mart. If it goes to a real known big name retailer, we could be in good shape.
However, with their new product coming out soon called "What Dirt" I'm a little nervous, as the marketing of this is just shy of stupid. Why don't they name it something like What Mess or What Stain? Something to clean dirt won't sell well in today's house holds as most families are buying products that clean a multitude of different things.
Good run today! Hope to see more green days ahead!
dropped 7% at time of posting, massive buying going on. I don't have level 2, but it is insane how much buying is going on. Any institutional investors in on this one?
down she goes!
Also, for those of you who think MR. Grist is a criminal, he stated that one of the IR firms they looked at asked him if he was prepared to go to jail. He obviously walked away from the deal because he wants this company to thrive!
I spoke with Nelson Grist (CEO) today regarding the current situation.
Here is a recap of what is really going on.
1. External costs ate them alive after the Billy Mays movement. The call centers, Billy Mays Franchise, and Warehousing costs were all a factor in their profit.
2. They moved all of the external nonsense in house and now ship out of their own warehouse, use their own sales team, and have active sales reps on the street.
3. The former PR/IR firm was a compete waste and they are really what caused the share price to tank. According to Nelson, there are very few shares remaining to be sold off.
4. FTEG has made it clear to the MM's that they are not about pumping and dumping the stock, rather they are looking for long term movement.
5. They removed their current customer service person and reassigned duties to better handle customer service issues and save them money on their salary.
6. The nation chains can't be released to the public until the products are released to their stores as the stores would like to remain confidential until everything is done.
7. There are a few acquisitions on the way that could help facilitate their growth.
8. They are obvisouly rounding up additional investments to continue company growth.
9. 2010 Audited financials should be available soon.
Nelson was very accomodating and willing to discuss quite a bit with me. I invite you to call him yourself if you'd like. We just need to ride this out until the selling is done.
Thank you for the correction. =)
PS: Bought some more at .165 :)
I don't think that the well not being completed on time is going to be much different than what most others are dealing with. Haliburton has 3500 uncompleted wells because of lack of drilling resources.

FML! The IR team won't email me back. I don't really feel like calling because I'll probably threaten them.....
I'm not sure what to think of what is going on. I'm going to average down from my $1.09 purchase but I'm not sure where the bottom or top is going to be.
The issue is that D&T can't release the documents under China's secrecy laws. The SEC Subpoena has not bearing on China nor is China required to enforce it. D&T could lose their license and not be able to audit U.S. companies or they could lose their License in China and not be able to audit any company in China.
So the issue is really all on D&T to provide the documents. If they don't, I'd be sure to short D&T and go Long on LGFTY!
On the other hand, investors are scared that this is going to get halted here and then they are really up the creek without a paddle. The other outcome could be civil penalties and law suits, but again, no one is going to enforce U.S. penalties outside of the U.S. well...maybe some countries would but they are few and far between.
In my opinion, we can't lose because regardless of the outcome, LGFTY is in business. The worst case scenario is that it gets suspended again.
Looks like we should see news soon!
This was recently added to their website.
Upcoming Product:
What Dirt?
An environmentally friendly, non-toxic, biodegradable product guaranteed to remove dirt. Safe for kids and pets!
Lets move this POS!
I'm just disgusted all around. I knew the risk on this but I never even thought about this thing running sub penny. I mean really, any company with decent sales is worth a penny!
This has been real interesting. Does anyone have any new info? Is this relations firm supposed to move this stock up? I don't like their website at all and it all looks really shady.
I'm still holding onto a glimmer of hope here. News would be good...anything would be good at this point. All I want is .03 a share. Is that too much to ask?
Feel free to send me money via Paypal at riescomputers@verizon.net if we get 24 people to pitch in a buck a piece, I'll cover the rest. (Paypal charges a 3% fee for each payment.) Doubt I'll get enough interest but if people want to know what's in the report they'll throw in a buck.
Sharebuilder doesn't recognize this as a valid security? WTF! I finally find a nice opening for an easy 50% return and I can't get in.
I knew this one was going to shart the bed! I set a stop loss at .40 and I'm glad I did. 25k doesn't move a stock for long. I'll be waiting for a much larger promo. Nice run while it lasted. GLTA
OK, so now I'm really dumbfounded. How does this compute to a 2% gain on Friday? Buys out numbered sells by like 15-1. At least Friday was a day of strong interest.

I love all of the promotional data on this, but here is what the 10Q states that scares the hell out of me.
Acquisition of Bitzio Corp.
On July 13, 2011, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Bitzio Holdings, Inc., entered into an agreement (the “Agreement”) with an individual (the “Seller”) to acquire all of the shares of Bitzio Corp. There is no material relationship between the Company and the Seller, other than the Agreement.
Bitzio Corp. is a company that focuses on developing niche mobile applications for consumers and organizations.
As consideration for the acquisition, the Company, through its subsidiary Bitzio Holdings, Inc., will grant to the Seller 5,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock. These shares were issued on August 8, 2011.
Net Operating Loss
We have accumulated approximately $222,106 of net operating loss carryforwards through December 31, 2010, which may be offset against taxable income and income taxes in future years. The use of these losses to reduce future income taxes will depend on the generation of sufficient taxable income prior to the expiration of the net operating loss carryforwards. The carry-forwards expire in the year 2031. In the event of certain changes in control, there will be an annual limitation on the amount of net operating loss carryforwards that can be used. No tax benefit has been reported in the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2010 or the six months ended June 30, 2011 because there is a 50% or greater chance that the carryforward will not be used. Accordingly, the potential tax benefit of the loss carryforward is offset by a valuation allowance of the same amount.
So they are saying 50% chance of no revenue coming in over the next year?
Yep, someone has 5M shares to sell. What better way to make some serious cash than to promote it and dump it. Just as well, it appears that the companies that they acquired are producing revenue so the next 10Q better show revenue on it or this thing is a bust.
Regardless, I'm in for a few bucks Monday morning to ride the wave a bit. Just do your DD and keep a close eye on this.
