Proof's in the pudding. Or in this case, a long history of bogus promises.
Looks like the more things change, the more they stay the same. This smells to high heaven like a Loflin scam.
We came up with a name for our nonexistent business. Doesn’t really inspire confidence.
Considering Dean is apparently using the same law firm that's been alongside Loflin for his long history, I'd say it means more of the same. Ongoing dilution, fluff press releases, paid stock promotions and the eventual collapse of the company.
The only thing propping this scam up is the $5 paint job trades.
The only things keeping this from .0001 are the 3- and 5-dollar paint job trades.
Oh, I'm guessing he's made money in this deal.
A bit more Loflin news.

A few interesting tidbits from the story: Loflin filed bankruptcy in 2012 and twice more last year. How is that even possible? And the initials of the unidentified broker are J.K. Could that be James Kaufman?
Looks like the pump & dump has run its course.
Another detail-free press release. No website or phone number for this alleged brokerage. Oh, and we might be hiring two unnamed mechanics, assuming we get funding, and maybe station them at an unidentified airport somewhere in Wisconsin. This has the stink of Loflin all over it.
Not surprisingly, Dean and David are long-time acquaintances.

Know how to tell when something's a scam? When people post a three-year-old story about an airport hangar expansion and claim it has something to do with CLKA, even though it makes no mention of any of the current management.
You realize that letter is five years old, right?
Well, that's something I've expected for years. The only question remaining is if the new guy is legit or if he's in on it as well.
I don't think we've seen the last of Loflin, though.
Loflin and Sukowatey have a long history. I’m guessing that means the whole direction change is part of the scam. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1103384/000114036108009648/ex106.htm
I'm pretty sure if someone is sophisticated enough to run a pump & dump stock scam they can figure out how to add a few fake ratings.
"11 positive 4 stare rating since Nov5,2019 See all 11 reviews at Roku channel store https://channelstore.roku.com/details/235079/clikia"
Funny how the pumpers are nowhere to be found now.
Going over the latest financial statement, it looks like CLKA now has 16 paying subscribers.

Going lower every day, as expected.
Not really news, though. Just a reiteration of the bogus promises Loflin has been making for years. They always seem to coincide with massive dumping.
Lawsuit over a pump-n-dump? Wouldn't be the first time for Loflin.

Another classic Loflin pump & dump.
With all the dumping going on I'm sure there will be plenty of opportunity to add to your holdings.
Looks like we're headed for no bid.
I was completely wrong about this company.
I thought it would hit sub-penny weeks ago. Sooner or later, though, Loflin always comes through.
With $912 in revenue for the quarter, at an average $30 per month per subscription, it looks like Clikia has 10 paying subscribers.
The CEO of Clikia is David Loflin. He has a long history of launching companies that seem to end up as little more than stock-selling vehicles. This is just the latest one.
Looks like sub penny by the end of the week.
Headed for sub penny, as expected.
Yesterday's opening trade.
Paint job. Trying to drive up the price so they can dump some shares.
CLKA's Q1 statement shows $1,000 in revenue. Divide that by 3 months and an average subscription rate of $30, you get 11 paying subscribers, not 4. I stand corrected.
I'm sure all four subscribers are pleased.
And there's that paint job!
Amazing how there's always a last-minute trade to paint the chart.
If only someone had warned us that CLKA was a scam.
Looks like what I've been trying to warn everyone about for the past year is coming to pass.
Lot of dumping going on, it looks like.
Oh, I think Loflin's flapping on here.
